The prices are a little outrageous for an oil change. But they are very honest.Before they changed my oil they told me I had a broken head gasket and an oil change could damage the engine. Most places would just have changed it and let me deal with the fallout.That said, it would have been over $120 for an oil change. That is $80 more than the parts cost for a five to ten minute service. Most places I go an oil change is between $50 - 80.

Went to get the car inspected and oil changed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not busy so I was able to get everything done so I could get the tag on the car.

Slightly shady on safety inspections. Was informed that my wiper blades were bad. They were not dry rotted, torn or gummy? They are actually a higher dollar set of blades. Had another issue with a tail light which has never been an issue. Would not recommend this place if you are not automobile savvy. Friendly people though. FYI I change my wipers out twice a year

Service is fast & employees are very courteous & helpful.I did have two issues: tire pressure was still low after leaving; although JiffyLube advertises they can replace any burnt out lights, they said they were unable to replace a burnt out parking light bulb.

My experience was extremely good. Very impressed with the customer service and the knowledge of staff. My experience was also pleasant due to the number of other customers in getting service and the fun we had while engaging thru social distancing. For something I needed to do that was well overdue... Im really glad of todays experience. I just hate I forgot to use my 15 dollar coupon.

Would give zero stars I could. I live in VA my friend was driving my car and it broke down(serpentine belt broke) and I was unable to get to her. I called my insurance company and they sent a tow for her and towed her to Jiffy Lube. I called before hand and they told me a price(about $69 give or take) and they told her $120!!!!! Strike one. Keep in mind I got it towed an hour or so before they closed. Strike two was they told me they could get it done that day. They didnt she had to pay for a hotel room. Strike three was I called Monday 3/1/2021 and asked about it and was told we dont have that car here PROGRESSIVE TOWED IT THERE!!! Then they had the car all day and told her we dont have the right tool🤔🤔doesnt make sense does it??

Your parking brake doesnt work at all is what I was told after the tech opened my white truck door handle with oil soaked gloves, rested his oil soaked forearm on the inside of my door, I guess to make himself comfortable, then after barely pushing the parking brake down with his leg, on their little hill, the truck didnt move. So then he puts it in reverse and gives it at least half throttle and it moved, but stopped as soon as he let off the gas. I might not be the smartest person to walk the earth but I do know that even the regular brakes on a car can be over powered if you give it enough throttle.

Left my vehicle all day just for an NC state inspection and oil change. Gave the gentleman my phone number, he read it back 3 times. Told me hed call me if any problems with inspection never called and failed it for wipers. At 5 pm I go to pick it up thinking Im all set only to find out it failed because of the wipers which I would of had them replace now Ive gotta come back

Goldsboro had a bad rain storm and I was stuck on a flooded street and had to drive through it. This caused the bottom liner of my car to get damaged and it was dragging and hanging off. I needed it removed and expected to be overcharged from any auto shop to repair or remove it. I came here expecting to be charged $100+ to get this done and they removed it free of charge!! Jiffy lube just gained a customer for life!

So I bought a car that needed inspected. Hearing several friends recommend this jiffy lube I figured why not. I was pleasantly surprised that not only could I get a walk in inspection done, they greeted me at my car and told me pull around back, well have your car in and out in 10-15 minutes. My car passed no issues and staff was super friendly, Ill definitely be back next year for my next inspection!

Stopped on for the first time ever and the service was excellent. They took my car for a test drive gave me a diagnostic and were so helpful provided all the information I needed with no pressure whatsoever for further service. Theyll definitely be receiving a return visit.

Went there with a Groupon because I normally do the job myself. After sitting in the waiting room for quite some time, they came out and told me they didnt have an oil filter for my car but they were looking. I asked them if they had already drained the oil and they said yes. Unbelievable. So after they looked around town they told me it was at least a two hour wait. I said I wish I had known, because I have oil filters at my house. After they scrambled another ten minutes, they asked me if I would drive to my house and get one and bring it back... So I asked them to confirm they wanted me to drive my own car with fresh oil and an old filter to my own house to get my own filter. After I said I would do it myself, the guy acted as if he was doing me a favor by taking $15 off the total price. Granted the filter cost me only $7, but Im pretty sure the other $8 is eaten up by normal labor. No real recompense was offered, considering the mistakes made. Ask them to please check for all required parts before starting a job... Hopefully youll have a better experience.

Overall, really great customer service, my only qualm is they try to push new air filters on the uninformed.I’m not a mechanic in the least, but I know how to do basic maintenance on my car, I just prefer not to. So when I saw them try to sell a new filter to the young lady in front of me, I knew the scam when I saw it, but the young lady didn’t.They do this bit where they show you “your” used air filter, and make it a big deal that it needs to be changed. Luckily, they didn’t have her type of filter in stock, so she avoided the dupe, but I think it’s very shady to do this to customers. The woman behind the counter showed me my air filter, and totally retracted the offer to replace it after I mentioned I replaced my own oil the last go around.“You probably don’t want to replace this, do you?”No. No I don’t.The people were very nice, and they didn’t do a terrible job replacing my oil, but just be wary of anything extra they try to sell you. I don’t think it’s the individual employees doing, but most likely coming from a manager, so they can make more money. It’s the same at every chain shop I’ve been to.

It took me one hour to get a inspection completed, I understand having to wait in line but I was told twice after 30 min by the female technician that if one of the bays didnt open up very soon she would bring my vehicle to the third station. She started my inspection then walked around having contractions and buying a soda. She never moved my car just had me wait another 30 min until the bay cleared. I will not be returning.

Went in for an inspection, dude told me my brake pad on my drivers side was “just under the legal limit”, knew he was lying cause I know how brake pads work and there’s no “legal limit” on the pads...tried to charge me $250 to replace them. I told him no thanks I’ll change them myself, at which point he told me I failed the inspection. Super shady place lately, would not reccomend

JIFFY LUBE WAS MY SPOT HOWEVER ITS APPEARS THAT THEY ARE DOING FOUL SERVICES NOW, IM WONDERING DID THEY DO THE WORK I PAID THEM FOR AT THIS POINT, I HAD SEVERAL THINGS DONE, TO INCLUDE A NEW TIRE BECAUSE MINES HAD A NAIL, THE TIRE WAS 80 DOLLARS, AND A DAY LATER THE TIRE LOOKED FADED, I WENT BACK MANAGER I SUPPOSE WASH THE TIRE UP, HOWEVER THE NEXT DAY IT STILL LOOKED LIKE A USED TIRE, I HAD A LONG RELATIONSHIP WITH JL OVER 20 YEARS, HOWEVER, BECAUSE OF THERE GREED THEY LOST ME, PLUS I WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE GOT THREE OF THE SAME TYPE OF TIRES FOR $46 DOLLARS A PIECE . DONT BUY TIRES FROM JL AND WATCH THEM WHILE THEY SERVICE YOUR CAR .

I have been visiting this location for years for all of my vehicle inspections. I have never had an issue until today....First I arrived around 9:40 AM and waited approximately an hour. Finally, they started my Jeep and let it sit idling for at least 15 minutes, so I approached the staff and told them I would need to turn the electric fan on if they were going to let it keep running. They shut it off and inspected 3 other vehicles before they got back to mine. They completed the inspection, pulled it out and told me it was all finished and I proceeded to pay for the inspection. As I was driving away an employee stopped me and said Hey, did you notice that she didnt pass your vehicle. I got out and asked her why and she replied, it was because I was only running catalytic converters and no mufflers. Keep in mind this is a 30 year old Jeep, no catalytic converters. I personally got down on the ground and pointed both mufflers out to her she replied your tailpipes are cut off. I have turn downs coming off of my mufflers. She said go to another location, maybe they will pass it. This vehicle has passed inspection at this location for the past 8 years with the very same exhaust system. So I am out of money and still dont have an inspection. I will not visit this business again. You should know basic automotive parts if you are going to perform inspections! I should have listened to my wife who takes her car to Retro Lube where you can get free popcorn and watch Andy Griffith while you wait. At the end of the day, we got an oil change, but it didnt take until we were almost due for another oil change to note all the misgivings. The skid plate fell off our car after a few months, which they had removed and haphazardly replaced. We didnt attribute it to the work at the time, but after we left, the car leaked oil, slowly, onto every parking spot for months. We moved and brought the car to the dealer to get a new skid plate, oil change, and to fix whatever was leaking. The dealer said the skid plate wouldnt have fallen off if it had been properly secured after the last oil change, the oil filter hadnt been adjusted correctly which accounted for the slow leak for several months, and the cabin air filter was missing (Jiffy Lube had charged us for a replacement, but apparently didnt bother to put another in). What a fantastic waste of money- at the end of the day, our oil was changed, but only until it all drained out. Thanks guys.

Someone there is a thief. I purchased oil change on Groupon. I had put a ps4 remote in box with receipt to return to GameStop in front seat. I attempted to clean my stuff up but worker stated it’s ok we clean around it. No one had been in my car but me and my five year old. I drove home forgot about the controller. The next day I found The box was stuffed under seat I looked for it all day. The box was empty. I will never go back.

Waited 40 minutes to be told they couldnt help me. But they were nice.

I wouldnt even want them to change my oil. After I passed the emissions test they pulled my vehicle up left it running and it over heated due to the serpentine belt braking cause a bad pulley which they informed me of. After that they finally asked we were ok and I told them what happened and they said we can put a new one on for you but never came back to help us . After an hour and a half I called for a tow elsewhere.

Ive been a customer for about 10 years and normally the service is as mentioned in the other review. Now most of the people have changed. I went in for an inspection but they didnt send the info to DMV even though part of the charge was for the electronic transfer. I called and asked to have the inspection results forwarded to the DMV, and received the worst blow-off ever and Ive have some experience with blow-offs. I never received any help and had to take care of the DMV myself. Sad!

Got an oil change and it was overpriced, then noticed a few days later that my car was leaking oil. After looking at my car, I found they did not properly tighten the oil filter or the drain plug, causing oil to spray everywhere. It was the worst service Ive ever had.
