Its ok to have t mobile phone for right now.they have better service

If he is there ask for Roderick he provided excellent service and he is very knowledgeable. I was a little worried about going back to T-Mobile but the staff has gotten better with the merger of Sprint.

Excellent customer service was provided by Tyrice L. We were greeted as soon as we entered the establishment. He remained very professional and helpful in assisting us with our purchase. Very knowledgeable on store merchandise and contract information, and what would better fit us personally.

I had gotten a phone last week that I didnt like. I knew I could return my phone within 14 days with a restocking fee. I went to this store and was assisted by Cedric. He was professional, patient and knowledgeableabout the phones. He went over and above in making sure I would find the phone that was right for me. I was very satisfied with the service that I received today.

Sprint is sorry I wish I never chose this company. I’ve had my phone for less than a month and for 2 weeks it didn’t even work all I could do was receive and make calls but I couldn’t text receive text or use my data this final and last time I’ll use sprint 💯💯💯💯 KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Not busy . Had the information I needed

The serviced really sucked. The young lady lotioned her hand for the entire time she was suppose to help a man who was standing at the counter. Then the man walked out and came back in and she still didnt say anything to him. She had one other person and myself waiting to be served. A couple came in and she stated that it would be a long wait and they turned and walked back out. The entire 20 minutes I watched her she did not do a thing and she sat at the front desk while the lady in the rear talked on the phone assist customers and helping to program their phones. It was very sad that I even departed and I am going to another town to get a upgrade on my phone.
