Best coffee shop in Goldsboro, hands down. The staff is awesome, the coffee is delicious, and it has that genuine coffee shop atmosphere. Not to mention that its located downtown and on a beautiful weather day theres not many things better than getting Gypsy Bean coffee and taking a relaxing walk.

The guy behind the counter was working alone with a very long line! He was a champ and got all of me and my friends orders correct and came out tasting amazing!!! Will be going back alot more

We got coffee this morning at Gypsy Bean and there was only one barista. He had so many drinks to make but he was killing it, and was beyond kind and composed the whole time! I appreciated that a lot! Thanks Hayden!!

This is really great coffee! It reminds me of coffee shops around Atlantic Beach that I like a lot. They have a variety of Hot and Iced coffee and the prices are reasonable. They offer gift cards and have a frequent visitor rewards program as well. The atmosphere here is great!

Barista was super helpful with finding me something I wanted to drink and what I got was delicious! Will definitely be back. Prices are reasonable and the product was tasty, doesnt get better than that. Location is also in the perfect spot in Downtown Goldsboro.

Wonderful little coffee shop. Great atmosphere and service. The shop had a very homely feel. The cakes have great eye popping colors and the cheesecake brownie, which I had was tasty, and believe it or not.... the coffee was great too! Ill be back!

Went to check out this little gem & was very impressed. The coffee was perfect and the barista was very friendly at 7 a.m.

Sadly, there werent any gypsies, and, based on how much cream was in my drink, it seems there arent any beans on the premises either. My third visit here might be my last, since all three visits had the same result: I was given a cup of something with so much cream poured in, I cant even taste the coffee (if there is any used). However, they do have a nice window seat and baked goods for sale. So, thats worth a couple of stars, I guess.

The perfect lil hole in the wall cafe joint to grab a good cup of caffeine to enjoy there, or out on center st. The barista was dedicated to making a good beverage, and explained the process as he made our order. When we went, there was a long line and 1 guy at the bar, but he served patrons quickly and we get through the line without too much of a wait.

I havent been in Gypsy since Covid started but its good to see they are doing well and keeping everything safe. The barista was masked and washed up. There is plenty of room to socially distance and still be able to enjoy a cup with a friend. As always Gypsys signature blend from Black Beards is an excellent choice and their donuts are a nice treat.

What a fantastic place! They have a great selection of coffee products and concoctions, and the people that work here couldnt be nicer! So glad we found this hidden gem. Great coffee! I recommend the Bohemian Rhapsody

Since moving here Ive had a hard time finding a place to get my favorite drink known as white Elephant back home where Im from; well not anymore I can get my favorite cup to go when Im out and about on a Saturday treasure hunt with my hubby! 😉

My daughter, grandkids, and I are regulars, like 1-2 times a week or more! This shop has it all-variety, uber friendly staff and owners, delicious coffee, and the warmest, welcoming environment. Give it a try, youll be glad you did.

The baked goods are amazing... I live for those sugar cookies! But most people go to a coffee shop for the coffee LoL Their coffee is the perfect pairing for something sweet or a get-up-and-go boost. Knowledgeable staff who can help you find the perfect drink or make your favorite!

Super cozy atmosphere! I love how they have partnered with The Farmer and the Dail from Snow Hill because that is some of my FAVORITE food! So pair that with some awesome coffee and its a great way to start every day!

I havent been to Goldsboro in quite awhile and was excited to learn they had a new coffeeshop. I went and checked it out. I got a black Americano and an iced Mocha.The environment was clean and cozy. The barista was nice. The coffee was ok. It was a little bitter. It definitely wasnt the best coffee I have ever had or the worst. I have found places that roast their own beans have the best coffee. The fact Goldsboro has a coffeeshop thats open is great.On a different note—There was a sign that required masks, but only the barista was wearing one. Not sure of the purpose of having the sign up was.

The atmosphere is great, the flavors on the menu are unique, and the treats are great however the best part about this place is the owners and staff. They are friendly, kind, and remember your name.Our ldest son claimednlast night that the hot chocolate is better than SB but theres no caffeine in it so I havent validated that claim. I can tell you a favorite of mine is the Bohemian Rhapsody.As for the one star review the person that gave that review has only given one star reviews at this time. She must not have anything good to say about places or she keeps the good stuff to herself. Dont trust that review give Gypsy Bean a try you wont be disappointed!

Atmosphere is nice but the coffee is HORRIBLE!!!! The only keeping them afloat is the Farmer and the Dell pastries. As a person who enjoys a great cup of coffee I would not recommend this spot.

The coffee is sooo good! Also, the owners are sooo sweet and welcoming. I was a Starbucks regular but after trying this coffee, I am hooked! I recommend the Iced Bohemian Rhapsody! Lattes are my fave!

Cool little simple coffee shop, not much going on other than some good java and a great hot chocolate for my son. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. My double espresso shot seemed a bit small but had plenty of flavor and not bitter.
