Please report this pharmacy to the state board of pharmacy Forget reporting to the corporate office. Be smart. Download a free call recording app and record all phone calls. Then report their lie, horrible ways and behavior with a recording of them to the state board of pharmacy. They deserve to have their all license taken. People come together to help our community. Its our lifes and we have to live it. Im all for good people working here but not bad people.Ive gone without medication four times this year alone for days because of this CVS. They lie, are rude, dont reorder medicine for refills, will not have your prescriptions when needed and even so called lose value prescriptions. Its a crime against us of Goldsboro. If they do answer a call its after a 20 minute hold and theyll hand up without saying a word. This pharmacy is movie nightmarish bad.. Do not come here if you need any important prescriptions filled. I have taken medications for 24 years and never gone a day without my medication until using this CVS. Every month I fear this place a couple days before going for refills. Im tired of living this way. Even the other CVS out of town knows how bad this place is ran. I have never seen a place ran so badly. Theres problems every time I go and this has been going on here way before covid

Ive lived in 3rd war countries and Its the worst pharmacy Ive ever used in several poor corrupt countries. Last month took 4 days to refill a prescription and they knowingly know valuable refills are coming up but always out of stock.The month before that, took 3 days because they where out of stock. This month the lady said they lost my prescription but its a narcotic. How does that happen? It always takes days to refill any scripts here. This month Im out of medication again. There has been a problem each time I was do to be filled. Its a continuous problem here. I tried them for several months. Each time I got surprised at how bad they can be. The pharmacists have horrible communication skills, work experience and seem very judgemental against disabled people. Never again. I read reviews to report this place. Thats what I had to do because this month Im out of medication again. I will never come here again

DO NOT COME TO THIS PHARMACY!!! If you decide to go, all I can say is that you were warned. They are extremely slow. I went to this pharmacy on a Sunday. They close at 8. I was in line way before 8, but because it took them so long to take care of the one person in front of me, when it was finally my turn, I was turned away. Her reasoning was because she had been there since 9 oclock that morning. That is something she should take up with her manager. Definitely not my problem!!! I was in line before they closed, there was no one behind me, and she should have taken care of my prescription. Not to mention, the NEVER have your prescription filled when they say it will be. This is the worst CVS I have ever had to deal with. They need to shut them down!!!!

Although they are always busy they are getting better at providing friendly service. Having more staff would help. I downloaded the app and its made things alot faster. The guy in the pharmacy was really helpful.

So many people complain about this place but don’t understand that 3-4 technicians cannot run a fast paced business when they’re constantly bombarded with customers. These people need more props for what they have to go through! If you don’t like the pharmacy GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Last month I came with my wife to fill her prescription at the CVS on Wayne memorial dr. in Goldsboro NC. She had never been to this pharmacy and she is from a different state. We came several times for 3 days and finally got her prescription, the most frustrated I have ever been with a pharmacy! They neverrrrr answer the phone, the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. And my wife really needs this medicine, they should be ashamed and they need to be shut down. Was told this morning that her prescription would be ready at 3pm, we arrived at 4:20 and its still not ready, we both have severe back pain so we are now sitting in the drive thru and its 5pm. Also I called their customer service line and after fighting their automated system I finally got through and a foreign woman answered...she had a very thick accent and it was very difficult to understand her. She then took some notes and my info, but never asked what CVS I was at! Just doesnt make sense. She then was supposed to transfer me to a pharmacy representative and after being on hold for 20 minutes I gave up. Please do not go to this pharmacy...I wish we wouldve know. They refuse to transfer the prescription and we are hoping her doctor will write a new prescription, but lives in Florida so has to be contacted by video chat...

The drive thru wait time is completely unreasonable. And the customer service is literally the worst in the industry. My insurance demands that I use CVS. I should probably just drive out of town to another CVS.

There is always an issue. They NEVER answer the phone. Always rude. Just today Ive been on hold for over an HOUR. Like how do you let the phone ring for that long and still not pick it up?????? And its not the first time Ive been waiting and waiting and waiting. Yall need to hire more people so the phones can get answered. People have jobs and cant be on the phone all day waiting to get a prescription filled that they need when they get off work. And lets not forget that I always get the same things filled on the same days every month and they never have the amount needed.

I’ve been with CVS for decades. Up until the past few years they were great. Now I’m done. Repeated prescription problems, wrong amounts, delay after delay, and poor or no communication. Don’t expect anything within a reasonable timeframe; and I’m talking talking hours, sometimes it’s days. I am tired of missing medication because of them. There is honestly nothing I could say positive about this location. Although one of the pharmacy assistants/technicians is always kind, helpful, and works hard to fix any problems ~ the lone light among them. I am done with them and I would strongly recommend that if you’re looking for a pharmacy—— skip this place. Your health and well being is ignored.

Overall frustrating experience more often that not. Unless you can catch them at the right time of day, expect to be waiting for at least 30 minutes. There has been more than a few times that I’ve waited in line for a whole hour if not longer. Not to mention over the phone, I had asked if I could pick up my medicine a day early because I work the day it’s normally filled. She told me my prescription could be filled as early as 3rd. I told them I’d be picking it up the 4th, and they said that was fine. I go there the 4th and when I approach the window the man tells me I can’t pick up the prescription until the following day due to doctors orders.(because it’s a high abuse drug) If that’s the case I shouldn’t have been told differently! So I wasted my time and gas for absolutely no reason. They need to work on communication and value their customers time and feelings.

They never answer the phone and if they do. Your put on hold for 20 or more minutes. The drive thur and inside line is for the pharmacy is always long. They have one person working the drive-thur and one at the front counter. Be prepared to wait at least 30min or more n if they had a problem filling your prescription. You get to wait longer, when they couldve called you about the issue. The people are rude at the registers and there is always 2-3 people filling the prescription that will not stop to help or answer the phone. This has beeen a problem since before covid-19, so i hope they try to use it as an excuse.

They have too many customers and not enough people to run a register nor answer the phone. Was on hold, bc no one except 1 person ever answers the phone, for 45 mins, another was 18 mins then was hung up on. Dont ask them to transfer any meds to another pharmacy bc they will NEVER get them, been waiting a month and still nothing. Of you want to leave CVS get new paper prescriptions to take to your new pharmacy.

Ordered a prescription refill to be delivered to my home. It was never received. Each time that I called I was told that it had been picked up. USPS was not showing that it had been received. Never resolved, even tho I was charged and never received.

Our medication was sent to the this location in error. They filled it; then cancelled it to forward to another pharmacy. The second pharmacy didn’t have the medications. So, they had to send it back to this location again. We called to make sure it was available having been to two locations already. We were told it was; but once arriving we were told they don’t have the means to fill the prescription so we were sent across the street to Walgreens. I don’t particularly think of CVS as anything other than a pharmacy... but clearly they can’t do that either.

Don’t come here. They had no idea what prescription was filled for my wife after we waited two hours for it, came back to the car to tell her and she called them just to be told to then wait 15 more minutes. it has now been over another 30 minutes and we’re still waiting.

This pharmacy has 4-6 employees in the pharmacy area every time I go to pick up a Rx. Today there was 12 people in line inside and 5 cars outside. It took me an hour to get my Rx. They are always slow, it should not take that long, they are the worst pharmacy to use in Wayne Co. if you see all the reviews you would think CVS would try to fix the problem!!!!!!!!! Absolutely INSANE!!! I only use this pharmacy because it’s close to my job but I seriously think I will be switching.

This pharmacy is really good, considering that corporate cut their staffing needs, and also considering that they swallowed up Rite Aid customers but dont have the facilities or means to handle the increase in customers. Things take awhile here, but nowhere else is any better. Staff is friendly.Edit for April 2021: I think the quality of service has definitely improved at the CVS on Wayne Memorial! They have more staff working, and its likely due to COVID, but they seem to be moving faster now! Keep up the good work!

Reviewing as a UPS access point.They lost my package, stole it, or gave it to somebody else. Absolutely horrendous customer service. The manager got snippy with me for wanting my delivery that THEY are responsible for. My package was confirmed there not only online, but by ups customer service, my supplier, and the driver as well.If i could possibly rate this place any worse i would. Terible. Rude. Incompetent.

We switched from walgreens to cvs and they are EVEN worse than walgreens. I had an abcess tooth all they had to fill was motrin and amoxicillin and it was a 3 hour wait! If a pharmacy takes this long for the basic meds id hate to see a complicated med order.

I have been going there for 2 years since I moved there. I have never had any sort of attitude. They always greeted me, ask if I needed any help, very friendly. Ive seen some faces have changed but always with positive vibes. Now that Im a few miles away I still like going there for their deals and to the pharmacy.

I went to this store about a month ago and the product I was looking for had been on the shelf out of dat since May of last year. The bad thing about this is that I took the product up to the cashier and mentioned something about it and they told me that they should have that product in the following week. So I eaited for about a month and came back and they not only did not have a new shipment in they had the audacity to put the same one I took to the front a month ago that I showed that it was out of date back on the shelf. On top of that they fronted all of the shelves so I know they had to have seen it. That is just nasty and terribly bad for business. Plus they never answer the phone when you call. I have been calling them for a week straight about my prescription and I havent gotten an answer yet and I was on hold for an hour one time. The employees there are also very rude. Bad customer service, horrible work ethic, just a terrible place to go to all together. They need to improve or be shutdown immediately!

The store is good but the pharmacy is awful. First, only half the time the drive thru is open because there short staffed. Second, they take soooo long to drop off and pick up a prescription. Ive waited multiple times 30 min with only 1 car in front of me. And finally the main reason I stopped going, is they dont call or let you know they are out of your prescription til you show up to pick up. This happened the last 2 times.

I dont know what the other reviewers mean because Eric is always friendly and I never have a problem with any of the staff. All I have witnessed is inpatient people trying fraduently use coupons or not wanting to wait in line. Reviewers must be talking about the pharmacy manager. To be fair I dont use the pharmacy because I use a local family pharmacy.

Agree with the other review. I have used this CVS for well over a year and the customer service has definitely declined in the last several months. Im not sure why or whats happened. I just know that Ive been promised meds at certain times and they are not ready when I go to pick them up. Recently a very expensive med was not processed through my insurance prior to me picking up. Imagine my surprise when I was told I owed almost $200 on a prescription that at most had a $10 copay. To their credit they did the research, saw the problem and corrected it on the spot but it took about 20 minutes longer to pick up my medications than it should have because of that one mistake, after waiting in the line for pick up at least 15 minutes. Not such a big deal in and of itself but when these types of things happen on a regular basis its indicative of a serious problem with the training of the staff.Ive been a loyal CVS customer for years but I am now looking at transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy as Ive run out of patience with this one.

I made a 70$ order of photos. I only got half of them when I picked them up. When I went back for the rest, they had been printed in a hurry and were poor quality and many were printed in the wrong orientation, so parts were cut off. Very disappointed in these photos that I paid a lot of money for.
