They never have in stock what u need. But they will order it. I need it now!!!!!

They had a part Ive been looking for that no other hardware stores had, even Lowes didnt have it. But thankfully the gentleman from Lowes was able to direct me here. Thank goodness!!! Because I couldnt even begin to find my item online either. Thanks for saving me!!
