My wife & I started out by visiting 2 different places before we went to Sasser. And we both was not pleased with services! We went to Sassers looking to purchase have a golf cart for the first time. The salesman Todd (I think) and everyone else was super helpful and was like we were dealing with a friend. We couldnt have asked for more of a friendlier place to conduct business. Definitely recommend anyone looking rather its your 1st time like us or previous owner to ride by and check em out.

EXCELLENT customer service!!! Jeremy provided a great sales experience: Took his time with us, answered all of our questions and was not pushy at all. Once we made our decision, Ms. Betty and the ladies in the office were so patient and kind. Mike in the maintenance shop was kind enough to make the upgrades we asked for the same day and had it ready for us by the time we got back with trailer. Poor customer service, has not lived up to their Sasser expectations. Bought a what they sold as a brand new golf cart 2 years ago and have had to replace batteries 3 times now to finally have Sasser admit that due to them selling me on adding the Bluetooth to my cart was draining my power and killing my batteries. Sasser also made me pay to fix the issue when they knew from the beginning that the Bluetooth would draw constant current. I definitely recommend you double checking all their work. Not a happy customer.

We had such a good experience here. My husband and I knew nothing about golf carts other than what we rode around in on the golf course. Jeremy talked us through everything, was honest, didn’t try to force us to spend more than we were comfortable with, and I loved supporting a family owned business. Would highly recommend.

Justin Sasser went above and beyond, he knows his stuff inside and out and he helped me get a golf cart I wanted, with so many choices, I was explained all my different options and given a honest opinion of what he thought would be best for me and he was spot on and got me what I wanted. These guys at Sasser are just good ol people trying to help instead of pressuring a sale or thinking your just a $. To them it’s about building a relationship for the long haul instead of just making a one time sale. Sasser golf carts is hands down the best dealer for all major brands of Golf carts with the largest on site inventory of new and used golf carts I’ve ever seen. They literally have every different style cart you could ever imagine in there multiple show rooms @ the location in Goldsboro N.C. My opinion is that they are best golf cart place on the entire East Coast. I personally think they have best prices, products, sales and customer service. Don’t buy from one of these small little golf cart places thinking your getting a deal on something or because its near your or convenient. My kids and i were looking for a golf cart. We browsed around and looked at many of them. There were some out front and they had some customised in their showroom that looked really cool! Outside the lot towards the right, they had plain ones that Justin the sales manager said could be customized to my liking. Of course i had to ask about pricing lol... Justin also said after i chose one and had it customizedto my liking, itll be slmost the same price as the ones in the showroom wich goes for about $5-7,000 and itll be brand new. I cant wait to see the finish result!

Bought a golf cart from Sassers. A year later the batteries went bad. They sold me on replacement NAPA batteries. The new NAPA batteries leaked a few weeks after they were installed and ruined the concrete in my garage. When I took my cart back to have the issue resolved I was told by mechanic all batteries leak and it was common.That is just not true and I spent $600.00 on bad batteries. This is not a good business and they will not stand behind there work. Very disappointed.

Very expensive, only the people with high end carts come here, if you bring a cheap cart fixing will be more expensive that the price of the cart, not worth it
