Rode all the way to Goldsboro NC from the Fayetteville NC area just to get a set of Ground Zero GZCF 6.5SPL Yellow Basket Speakers, they were the only ones close to me that had them in stock. Heather already had a set behind the counter with my name on them for me. Once I arrived I was greated with great customer service and good prices. Came in to have my bike serviced. The hospitality out of the young lady at the front was unprofessional. .. one of the worst attitudes I have come across in a long time. Didnt feel comfortable leaving my bike there with that kind of treatment. Took my business elsewhere.!! I will push my bike past woods cycles before I go back in that shop...

I went in for regular maintenance items and they had them in stock, and right on hand. Scott took the time to make sure I had the right parts the first time and I love the new location! They will definitely continue to be the shop I come back to. Family operated and theyll treat you the same!

Great folks!! Bought a Michelin Commander rear for my 35 yr old metric bike. Harley guys through and through yet helpful to us metric guys too. Mounted, balanced and out the door quickly and professionally. Ill buy my steer tire from them as well. Thanks again.

As far as the product they provide, I have no complaints about the work. I personally was just upsold in a very obvious way. I was told my barely broken in Harley was running funny and could use a tune up. Of course this was the guy that did NOT ride my bike. The tech that test rode it said it ran great and sounded good.Then he asked if I wanted to make an appointment to bring it back to get those brakes swapped out, theyre close to metal on metal. I just inspected and flushed my brakes, I knew they were far from worn.When I said I didnt need any of it, I just need tires because I dont have a lift for a half-ton bike, I was told I should get their full service that tightens up the bike and gets it to run better Again, I have a manual, Im a mechanic myself. Thanks, but no thanks.My other main complaint is it took four hours to swap two tires, when I was quoted one and a half. Price wasnt unfair(~$170, tires supplied by me), but it sure wasnt great.

I went to a Local Harley Dealer and never again! I will only go here and only here. Prices and service are top notch. They did my Front tire, front brakes and a battery in one day. That’s amazing considering it’s busy season! They treat you like family and ARE very fair on prices. They do tons of upgrades and now sound systems. You want a fast, load, music bumping bike go see Scott or Chris.

I was on the road and needed some parts. They tend to do mostly Harley Davidson motorcycles and I have a Kawasaki so they didnt have it but they started giving phone calls to all the other shops in the area to find what I need! This was very helpful and awesome. Thanks Wood Cycles ✌️
