Ive rented storage units from here a couple times for deployments. The rates are great and the storage areas are reliable. Service is fantastic, I book everything online and get a call within a day to come in and take care of the paperwork.Ms Mary is wonderful and gets things taken care of very quickly.All in all, great for fast setup and peace of mind.

Military Beware!!!! You can have full flood insurance and, they still will not cover if your property gets flooded. The rows of the storage units get flooded during inclement weather and they beat around the bush to make sure you do not receive compensation. The ladies that work there are shady and will not give you the full copies of your claim paperwork! Just an awful business. But we have proof and our lawyer is involved now!!!

They have been more than just Site Managers or just collecting a check.They take the time to listen and get to know their customers. They truly care about the customers and their experience. They will rob you of your money us the place floods stuff got wet I have insurance on my unit but have not heard of anything about it so what good is the insurance then if something dont get done about it I have a lawyer standing by

My experience was great. All the staff was kind courteous and attentive.Mary Smith went the extra mile to make sure I got a the unit I needed. I noticed the grounds were clean, surveillance cameras in place and all the units were easily accessible. Last but not least, the prices cant be beat anywhere in town.

I rented to Mini storage. from Cub Smart.And in the beginning it was great. The storage unit flooded and the management decided to cut my lock off and throw half of my stuff away without notifying me.I had been paying insurance on this unit the whole time. I was not made aware that this area would flood. Or I would not of rented a storage unit from here. After throwing my stuff away now they’re talking about selling the rest of my stuff off because they cut the lock off and I’m trying to find out what I can do about the Furniture that I lost. I would not recommend renting a unit from here. All I can say is runners beware that the units could flood and you could be out of your money as well as been having your lock taking off.

I called to get a quote on prices, and the guy I spoke with was rude, impatient and was forcably trying to get me to reserve a unit. Saying well I already have your information so lets just get you in for this unit. Rates were decent for what I was looking for.
