I ordered 3 items last week. Two toners and a clarifying shampoo. I paid extra shipping because Sallys store in SB was out of toner.I was sent a confirmation email. 3 days later another email stating 1 if the toner was out of stock but they would be sending the rest of my order. I was not happy because of the shipping cost..... then today U received another email stating the other toner was out if stock.Why I am to pay $7.00 for shipping on shampoo that I could pick up at the Store. Customer Service sent me to a service robot who is worthless. This is the 2nd time recently I have had a bad experience ordering from Sallys online!!

Organized storeHowever only 2 employees working at a time; be mindful when visitingThe employees are knowledgeable on their productsI buy hair dye at Sallys for $7 a bottle (I need 4-5 bottles because I have long thick hair:7x5= $35). The hair dye last longer and more vibrant than s salon.
Great prices and friendly service along with attractive displays makes shopping easy. They have everything you need to smoke, which is handy.

Laura was awesome she greeted me at the door with a smile, noticed I was lost and couldnt find my favorite african american hair greese, not only did she take me to the product, but I told her i didnt have anywhere to wash my hands she told me the back bathroom was for employees only, but I told her I had to wash my hands and that i would apply the product to my hair in the store, she allowed me to wash my hands in the back such a major help because I didnt have access to a sink right now! That kind of customer service is unmatched and need not to go unoticed!!!! Thank you so much Laura you saved my day before work!!!!!
