OMG! Carmen was the best! I was greeted right away and shown all the selections. I was looking for a King and was confused but she steered me to the perfect Mattress which I selected that same day. If you go to the Goleta Ortho Store go see Carmen!

Just got my second mattress set from ortho delivered in last week. These guys are always the best with their prices and delivery. Andy helped me out again with a great deal for a returning customer. Even in the rain the delivery guys were right on time.

Great customer service and selection. Got a queen mattress from them and decided I needed a king instead. Andy helped me get it swapped out quickly.

They treat me like family here. they got me a good deal for my parents and for my son. Andy is the man and got us free delivery. I went to other stores for a deal and they tried to sell me cheap stuff, but ortho has better mattresses and better cost

Im specifically not going to be patronizing this store because of their invasive advertising on google maps. I can get a mattress a dozen other places.---------Edited after the response from Ortho Mattress- you folks spam the entirety of Google Maps with your advertisements as though someone is going to be using google maps and have their view of the taco place next door blocked by your lame advertisement and say gosh! I was going to buy some tacos for Lunch today, but now that Ive accidentally clicked on this lame advertisement from Ortho Mattress, imma buy a new California King.Your advertising strategy sucks and it is annoying for everyone who has the misfortune to be in your proximity, customer or not.

We came in the other day looking for a bit of a miracle. My mother had an adjustable bed that was probably about 10 or 15 years old. The remote stopped working and it left the bed stuck in a very uncomfortable position. We didnt even buy the bed here, but we came in hoping they could help. Luckily in a couple days Andrew was able to hunt down where we can order the remote from, as well as having maintenece done on the bed. Thank you so much for helping us when we needed it the most.
