It is the worst place to buy ink for the printer, I bought an office depot brand cartridge for my hp printer and it never worked, The printer never detected it, I went to return it and they told me I needed the receipt, I told him check it, this new and it is the office depot brand, he told me that he could not do anything, he returned the box with the cartridge to me, I told him to keep it, that it did not work, horrible service, things with his brand do not work, I never buy again here. I don’t want wasted my money😡

On 2/28 I placed an online order. 45 minutes later, no confirmation email. I called the store to confirm my order and was placed on hold. then transferred five times. Transferred and placed on hold.I was on hold a total of 10 minutes. and then they hung the phone up. I called back and again was placed on hold. transferred and then was told they had to look for my order while placing me on hold yet again for another 8 minutes before i was told they have my order and now they have to substitute fixtures for my banner because they do not offer the one I selected via the web but its offered on the web.The ABSOLUTE worse service ever. I will not order from Office Depot again. Ridiculous.1st and last time.

Ada who works in copy and print was super nice and helpful to me last time I was in there. She helped me print out my flyers for my fundraiser. She also talked to me the whole time and it was a very nice experience. Great customer service!

Went to have some Christmas tags printed. Jasmine in the printing dept was amazing. She went above and beyond to print, cut and box them up for me. Definitely recommend using Jasmine there for all your printing needs

I visit this location often for work and have found it to be exceptional. The selection is broad, the service is above board, and the prices are competitive. The one draw back is the little old lady who is usually at the check out register during the day - she is inordinately slow. Shes very polite, but if theres more than two people in line, youll be there for the better part of 10 minutes. Overall, this is a great store with a very convenient location.

Pros: A tall employee with a beard and long blonde hair. Promote him, or better yet, someone hire him. He deserves better, and any company would benefit from him.It is such a dumpster fire of a store. Torch it starting with that print center and start over.

I did the faxing at the self help fax fax machine. It cost almost 8 dollars to send the four pages 30 miles away. That is outrageous. So over priced i wont be returning to office depot again. Its a shame really is that hard working people get raped like this

I went in Saturday, May, 28 late morning to the Gonzales, Louisiana store with a mock up of 2 sided business cards. The front was to be my logo and the back was to have my QR code, my email, and my Twitter.I was told they no longer allowed customers to import graphics on their business cards. I told the lady at the printing desk that This is my logo, and I can prove I own the rights to it. I run a blog and I need both my logo and QR code on it. I asked, Where can I send the graphics so they can be used on my business cards?She said something along the lines of We dont do that anymore. Let me show you what we do do.I needed a 2 sided business card with my logo and QR code.I have used that Office Depot for years for all of my personal, business, and volunteer printing and binding needs. I have recommended it to others in the area.I complained on Twitter and was asked to contacted the complaint department. The complaint department asked the store to contact me. No contact was made in a week. I took my business elsewhere and informed headquarters that they did not contact me.Do NOT use this location for printing needs.

Love the people! Especially one lady who called me to make sure she understood my special instructions from my online order. I believe her name was Lauren? Loved it!!

I try not to even go there anymore, last time I went I walk up to the desk and this older woman and younger girl are having a conversation, I am the only one there, yet they ignore me and continue talking. After a couple of minutes I say good morning to break the ice as I am on my way to a job interview, the older lady looks at me, turns around and continued her conversation! I finally advise them I need some help, I have a flash drive with a resume listed last under some pictures I needed copies of. She looks at me and says you can go over there and plug it in yourself and she will help you and walks away! I have to explain it again to the girl and she wants to know what I used to make it? I told her Microsoft word processor, she says we just changed computers cant help you!!!

Helpful friendly staff! Whenever I walk into the store Im greeted with a warm welcome and asked if I need help. I have never had a bad experience here.

I am confused as to why at 5:45pm on a Monday they closed the print and copy section of the store. Never has this ever been done except today so I know it’s not an every Monday situation. No reason was given I was told that the section is being closed and that I can’t print anything which is irritating because the store doesn’t close until 9. So between 5:45pm and 9:00pm no printing will be getting done, sorry for the people that work in the mornings and can only come after they get off. Last time I came to this location the color printer was out of ink and I couldn’t get anything printed. At this point I am done with this location all together.

Britney in the print department was a great help she help with my design and was all around a great attitude!

Ive been waiting 2 days for in-store print cards. The first day the computer froze I had to design them twice. Then the printer broke. I called today, on hold for 23 mins for them to tell me its STILL broke.. Could be tomorrow who knows... They are a JOKE.

I saw my friend cry because she lost her imaganry friend. We tried to ask the employes to help her find him but all of them laughed at us and were being very judgmental.

Well I just have to say, until today I may have been a little frustrated at times going in the store and Im in a hurry, and theyre short-staffed! But, today I thought I would avoid the extended wait, buy going online and getting my item pulled first. Once youve placed your order, your order is pulled normally around an 1hour later, and placed at the pick up point in the store. I was greeted HASTILY, with, a maam, Im helping this other customer first and Ill be right with you. Once, finished with the previous customer, then she asks for my paper, with my order confirmation number, as she walks towards the chairs, shes letting me know very unprofessionally, that just because I have my order confirmation does not mean that your item has been pulled. Give me a minute. After being unable to locate the item, I ordered on-line, I decided to just take the same chair in a different color. Now the second team member that joined the first person searching for my chair, after I changed my mind about the color, he asked, would you like me to put it on your back?! Not funny, at all! Maybe he should have apologized for making a service that has been designed to make shopping in your store more convenient, once again a very time consuming waiting task!!!!
