This place shouldn’t even be called an outlet. It’s a place where Pottery Barn brings all of its floor displays, scratch and dents and unpopular stuff it can’t sell in its full-line stores and marks it up to ridiculous prices so they can put 40-50% off signs all over to place and hope you buy it near its original price. I’m sure there are some hidden gems but quite honestly, I would never waste my time at this place again. You’ve been warned.

This place has nice stuff but the prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. A lot of the furniture is messed up and dirty and still priced high with scuff marks everywhere. Its not organized and there is stuff everywhere. I don’t recommend if your looking for anything here. A lion small stuffed animal was priced at $99.

A nice quiet place for shopping on a Saturday during spring break season, which is also tax return season and the stimulus checks are arriving ie: meaning a shopping/feeding frenzy. The pandemic aint over yet folks! But this place was quiet today 3/20/21. 4 stars because for scratch and dent, returns, seconds, one of a kind, last ones, close outs, etc this place is pricey!! I am not someone to go cheap on furniture, Ill pay for good quality, but DAMN, the prices at Pottery Barn Outlet are unreasonably high IMHO! Happy Spring!

Prices are still relatively high on some items but it is some savings.Let’s talk about the clearance section though. I understand that it is an outlet but that section is a disaster, the type you don’t advertise to the public. Pottery Barn, much like William-Sonoma and West Elm is known as higher end and even outlets should be presented as such. Things are just thrown about or still in boxes with no way to tell what they are or what condition they are in.Might I suggest rebranding to Pottery Barn Swap Meet

Ok, so this place has very nice employees and staff. But the furniture and decorations are very expensive and lots of the furniture is damaged and scraped.

Everyone at PBO is helpful and kind! Priscilla is fantastic! She provided such wonderful customer service and went above and beyond when I forgot a headboard adaptor at the store. Without my asking, she sent it with the delivery team so I didn’t have to drive 35 min back to the store to retrieve it. She rocks!! During a pandemic, they are set up to make shopping there safe and they are genuinely so friendly! My friends and I will be shopping there first before anywhere else!

Very helpful employees. High quality goods which explains the high cost. All items Ive purchased here last a really long time. You definitely get what you pay for. The only downfall I would say is finding matching pieces.

Great outlet

Lots of bedding for kids, teens and adults such as quilts and duvets, shams. Some sheets for kids and teens not a big selection. Not a big choice in beds for kids. Plenty of rugs, placemats, dressers, shelves, backpacks. Harry Potter section with pjs, and bedding. Lighting section was picked over. I found a pom blanket for my granddaughter. Bedding was 60% off. Worth the drive.

Cheap quality stuff you can get at anywhere else, but beyond expensive. You t was. More entertaining looking how expensive everything was than actually trying to find something.

I drove from Scottsdale to this Goodyear, Az location and wasnt sure what to expect when arriving. I could not believe the great things they have there! I happened to go in on a day when their beds were 60% off and bought 2 beds under 1K total that would have been 3K+ full price! Also, 40% off the leather chairs I had been looking at for a while so added them to my purchase. Long story short, I was in there for 2 hours and came out with 8 items totally less than what the 2 beds would have been full price! Also, Darcy could not have been more helpful! She was so friendly and easy to work with and helped me find everything I was looking for. The items I purchased are in perfect shape! The thing to remember is this is an OUTLET and if you go in with that attitude, you might leave with something you love! And if you dont find it the first time, keep visiting as things literally change daily! Again, I cant thank Darcy enough..she is wonderful! Renee was also great and very helpful! Totally worth the 50 drive!

Everything is extremely high priced compared to similar products elsewhere. The throw a promotional savings discount out there like 50% but even then its back near its normal price or higher. Its a good if you wanna look o guess

Store tags are deceptive. Only one tag showing. Quoted lower price by store personnel. When family member came to purchase, the price was 4 times greater than posted or quoted. Quoted on phone 4 times lower price. We were told that the store could not call back to rectify error until family member drove 45 minutes to the store. Guess no one cares enough to use their personal phone to save customer a trip. Jonathan, store manager, seemed to think we should of known other tags were hidden and the woman who quoted the price works in the warehouse. She was nice. But is this the customers issue or problem? I guess so.

This place is beyond frustrating and incompetent. We called ahead to make sure they were open. No answer, recorded message stating they were open. No mention of restrictions guidelines appointments only. We we arrived after a 45 minute drive the came to the door informed us appointment only none available today, we let them know that no answer no mention of these restrictions on the phone or website, she was extremely condescending and unfriendly to say the least. So shop online or at another store. Disappointing experience with a pottery barn.

Good prices, if you love digging through clearance, this is for you. The delivery is insanely expensive, 180.00 for a headboard that was only 277.00. Seriously decent prices for the furniture, but bring your own truck:)

Buyer beware!In general the stuff is great. I have purchased a lot of items here at a decent discount compared to buying it new and in brand new condition. Bought bed, couple of dressers, desks, pictures, lighting and all nice. The biggest piece I bought was a grey leather sectional. Just got there and was exactly what I wanted. Still expensive at over $5000 but originally over $11k so what a great deal!? But had it in my house and within a couple weeks is scratched up, and scuff marks everywhere. I have dogs which is why I get leather. None of my other leather coaches ever scratched like this. The leather literally rubs off from us sitting on it. Ive had it covered in blankets too to try and keep it looking new. And I cant return it cant complain because it was from the outlet. So only buy stuff that you are sure will last. Do a scratch test on leather. So you dont lose out like I did.

The prices for dent and scratch are the normal retail rate with whatever discount promotion they have at the time. The regular store sale rates are often better with the return policy. At the outlet if you discover a problem, the item is non-refundable.

The staff definitely make this place. The product can be a great deal if it happens to be something you are looking for. Unfortunately most of the couches are dirty from children running across them like trampolines. The staff do what they can, but ultimately its the parents that allow unruly children to run wild across the couches. Keep an eye out and you can find an awesome deal. The staff are great about helping and getting your items out to your vehicle.

Great place with friendly staff. They greeted me with a warm welcome told me all the deals.. 40% off lowest price kids and teens. 50% off outside furniture. 30% off everything else on the floor. Even have water for you on those warm days. They even let you hang out. Awesome store to bring your female..lol

Ok, heres the deal. Timing is everything. Great quality, now how to save? Just stop by now and then. Wasnt expecting to walk out with two $1100 chairs, but when you can buy them for $229 each, lets just say we are very pleased.

In town. Wanted to check this out. Very disappointed. Yes there are a lot of items here. Typical PB furnishings. But if Im buying at an outlet, stuff no one else wanted I want a serious discount. Didnt see any. $30 off a $250 item is a sale not an outlet price. The store was clean and sort of organized. But I dont need to go back ever.

Store is organized well and staff was friendly and helpful. They need more associates on the floor. not Deals are really good! Theres of merchandise so definitely go to the store with a plan.

Part discount retail store, part discount rummage sale. If you dont mind digging through cardboard bins for the next deal this might be the place for you. The over inflate retail prices are discounted all the time, selections are limited, but that part of the joy in the great deal! Staff is very friendly and helpful when you can find someone.

I always find a great deal as compared to the retail price, which still isnt cheap...but you get what you pay for! Wood furniture, dove tail drawers, hand finishes, a real attention to detail and not throw away furniture. Sure you can get similar for cheap if that is how you want to outfit you house. Basically a lot of over priced damaged furniture.

Employees will say they are going to look in the back for something and will never return. The customer service is an absolute nightmare. They told me a price on a piece of furniture and when I drove an hour to the store the item was HUNDREDS more than they told me. They wouldn’t honor the price a representative from their store quoted me. Save yourself the hassle from driving way out of your way for overpriced dirty furniture.

Has the best furniture, and it is buy a lot of other great stores, and has stuff that isnt even furniture like backpacks, lunch boxes, blankets, etc...

I was so super excited to go here for the first time. However, to my surprise the products are still way over priced and some damaged or missing parts. Kinda disappointing.

Even at deep discounted outlet pricing, the prices are absolutely absurd. Visible damage knocks $100 off a $3000 sofa that you can get at AFW for $600? Hard pass.

Everything was half off or more from the regular price. Most items were new in boxes. A few items were damaged. Tons of couches and chairs. Childrens furniture. Desks. Rugs. Great sale!

This Pottery Barn Outlet has only furniture and a few of the kids furniture toys. I thought the prices were still too high, but it is a huge test store. If the store does well, theyll bring in accessories and linens. Id be more likely to find something there if they had things other than furniture. There were a few lamps and mirrors.
