So disappointing. The employees were so bothered to be helpful. They couldn’t even look up from their computer to answer questions. All we got was “here is a pamphlet and all your answers are in there.” We were ready to purchase rock for our entire front and backyard and because of the “go away” attitude we will take our business elsewhere.

Poor quality of service..People with attitude always will be affecting business..I decided go to next door..(All Brite) me and family been purchasing there for more than 10 years..very nice people..honestly I regret since I try to see other options with this people...they dont even deserve one star review..

I’ve always been getting material/supplies at pioneer from Goodyear or Northern as a Hardscaping and Landscaping contractor. But today they lost my business completely. All I wanted was to exchange Native Phx pavers to Tierra Norte. I did not want my $$ back. My worker did not have the receipt with him since it had been filled for accounting purposes and I am out of town for business purposes. My worker showed them the online bank account statement where it shows that we purchased the pavers 2 days ago and Jessica from Goodyear wouldn’t even help. Cameron from Northern tried assisting us by having them search for the receipt on their end so he would be able to pull it up in his system. It’s really unfortunate for something like this to happen because Pioneer has employees that are willing to help but they also have unwillingness ones that shut people down. This would have never happened with Horizon Distributors of Marvel!!

The Green Waste Disposal service is an amazing thing, as I could never figure out what to do with my acre yard worth of tree trimmings. $50/ton with no minimum. I loaded up my trailer heaping full of branches and palms and it was only $9 to dump in the back of their yard. Ill definitely be using this service over and over!

Bad service. They close early and the girl there isn’t very helpful. It should be about customer service and liking your job. If you don’t like your job then don’t work!

Edit. The owner came out to the house to see it and did end up giving me a credit to compensate. He definitely made an effort to make it right.What a joke. We ordered rock and got more dirt than we did rock!!!! Literally! I have pictures. Will call tomorrow to address the issue.

Purchased 14 tons of rock, they delivered it the same day. Our only disappointment was that the rock didnt match the existing rock we had, even after bringing a sample. Too late now, over all happy.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. We were promised by some guy named Alex that he would come out here on Thursday to give us a quota on cutting down a tree. He said he would be here between 2:30pm and 4:30pm. He then calls around 4:30pm to say he had missed our appointment and will be come by Friday between 4:30pm and 6:30pm. My husband and I waited all evening for him to show up, and AGAIN, he messages us saying something came up, and he wont be able to come out here Friday. Plus he stated he was going out of town, and wont be back until next week. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with Alexs carelessness in not fulfilling his duty. All we asked for was a simple quota. We werent expecting any work to be done that exact day. Not only is he never getting our business (not that he even cared to show up), but he doesnt even deserve to be in business!

Just stopped in to get some granite. while in line, I heard the person in front of me tell the guy at the counter that his boss sent him in to get sand for pavers. the guy told him he needed 1/4 minus and sand was no good. the customer looked confused and said he also needed the sand to fill in between the pavers. the counter guy told him again that sand was no good for pavers. the customer seemed troubled, but ordered the 1/4 minus. sand is used by many companies for pavers, including my own. I dont understand why the guy wouldnt let the customer have what he was sent to pick up. I hope he doesnt get in trouble from his boss when he comes back with the wrong product.

Ive dealt with other suppliers but I have to admit cant compare with the great awesome customer service that Pioneer has to offer all of their staff are great workers but I personally deal with a Brian spectacular service always on top of everything and making the customer 100% satisfied kudos for Brian cox keep up the spectacular work! And of course great quality products!

Nice people and very helpful. Lots of things to choose from, gravel and artificial turf and lots more. Would recommend for those who want to upgrade their yards and patios.

I was upset with upper management when I found out I lost the guy at the surprise location. So I left them a nastygram on Google. Now to find out that another great guy that works at this location is also leaving because of hours cut. Joey is one of the best people Ive ever worked with at this company. I think this company forgot what got them where they are. It starts off with the people that you hire. And on top of that. I cant find pavers for jobs that I have quoted and that Ive sold. This move you are making right now. Is affecting your employees and your customers. The two things that keep your business thriving. I dont like the direction this company is moving in. Nor do I think many will. Youre going to loose a lot of good employees and good contractors. I will be looking for a new place to purchase my material. It makes a big difference if you trust and know the people that youre working with. Like most companies they will not have the common courtesy to reply back to a bad rating. And if you do I would love to know what you have to say. Because losing good employees and not having the material for your contractors is probably not the best route to go. Good luck with whatever it is youre trying to do with this company. But to me its broken right now. And I wont be back.

I ordered some rock for the front yard. They knew exactly what type i needed for the neighborhood. Saved me a lot of hassle with the HOA!! Great service and good prices. Highly recommend

I ordered 15 tons of Coco brown screened 1 they delivered and 30% is dirt. I called them and sent pics of receipt and the load. No response in a week. First load was from northern location and it was clean. This load more dirt than rock.

Thank you for putting up with our visits. ………………………………………………………………………When 1st moving to AZ we got rock from a nearby company off of MC85 near Litchfield… needless to say we dont have a scale to weigh all that rock. but we got 2 loads…………………………………………………………………….My aunt & uncle moved to AZ & they needed rock. Well that co closed that location & we found PIONEER. She gave the sqft-age & got the rock. my dad & I feared the amount would not be enough but it was………………………...Then my parents bought a home right next to me & we needed more rock. Well, we order the amount as for my yard since the home & area was identical. We received the shipment in two loads but we ONLY needed the ONE load………………………..How is that possible? Well, it goes like this, the first company is a cheat &&&&& PIONEER IS HONEST. We were shocked… we will confront the OTHER company and we are weighing our options on how to deal with them……………………………..Our latest visit to Pioneer was for pavers… which we finally decided which ones we wanted & are going there this morning to get around 200 pieces (they do have competitive pricing which beat the big box stores… come for a visit & do the math worth it!!…………………………………………………………………….BTW they have a nice selection but if they dont carry something, they will direct you on where to go… in my aunts case it was just next door to their friendly competitor… she opted for PIONEER, obviously.
