Guys dont be confused if you are picking up. As soon as you enter go to left and stop on the scale, youll be checking in in the scale house while your truck is parked on the scale. You will need a pu# 822... something,also your truck license plate number and your trailer number. After that listen what they say to you

The whole pickup procedure was made by some crazy chess player. There are 6 parking spots and you move from one to another till you make a circle. Why do you have to do that? What hit you at the head when you invented this remarkable idea? To whom it may concern (managers of shipping department)-Thank you very much yall!!!

Totally different setup here. For outbound loads you come in and go-to the left to scale in, slide your tanems/open diors & then you play ring around the rosey moving from spot #6 to spot #1 waiting for one of the 3 loading doors to open up. Then you scale out to get your paperwork on the same scale, but facing out. It can be a bottle neck at the scale b/c of other trucks coming in. In any case, the people here are friendky enough.

I was 2hrs late with my delivery but I wasnt penalized. I was in and out under 2hrs.

They allow overnight parking for early morning appointments. I had a 5am delivery appointment. I arrived at 8pm the night before & stayed overnight. Set your alarm, they may or may not wake you up to go around back to unloading docks.

They pay there people good and the opportunity for moving up in the company is there if you want. Tuition reimbursement, 401k, performance bonuses available. Work environment is really hot in the summer so you have to be prepared for that. Overall is a good place to work.

Quick loading. They allow drivers to clean out trailer. You can stay overnight, but only after 18:00 and if you are delivering very early in the morning. After unloading, you do have to leave the premises.

Very strict to appointmnt. Cant be late or early by 30 mns. Or u need to reschedule. Recieving hrs are only 5am-12 noon. No exception. Old guy at noon shift was v. very rude, but mng guy was nice. Once on dock took 30 mns to offload.

There is no on site truck parking. But if you arrived at midnight and your appointment is in the morning they might let you stay there. My experience was not bad. If you are on time it is quick in and out.

Start receiving at 4am..and first come first serve .as long as delivery for that day..overnight parking after 9pm

Delivering scrap aluminum, I pulled in on the scale to right of guard shack, parked and took BOL inside. Guard got my truck info himself. I was informed they go by appointment and usually turn drivers away more than 2 hours early. As it was 5 am, I was lucky and allowed in more than 2 hours early since I was the only truck there for the 2 scrap receiving docks. Id hate to count on it, though. Thanks! P.S., safety vest, safety glasses, long pants and closed toe shoes required.

Shipping side is very fast and nice to work with. In and out in less than an hr. And when I got there all 3 docks were taken. Havent dealt with recieving. When entering facility, turn hard left for shipping(red). Go straight for recieving(blue).

Security and shipping/receiving staff very friendly and accommodating. Loaded in less than 30 minutes.

This place is a joke appt @845am its 1030 & in a dock they still ant start unloading yet!! Hope you getting paid big bucks to come here because it will take up your day even if you on time

You have to go through security gate twice they have parking for trucks but not allowed to park overnight

If I could give 0 stars I would have... Truck been there for delivery since 8:24am, appointment for 8:30am. Already 1pm and still no door, they are not unloading him. Worst company ever.

Not driver friendly. Lots of hateful signs everywhere. Shipping staff was friendly, but overall company policies are anti driver.

I was delivering didnt take too long once you get in back. Only two docks dont deliver early youll have to wait for others to show up for their appt

Had a delivery appointment time of 1000 arrived at 0730. My brother had passed away that morning and the lady at guard house helped get me unloaded early and on my way.

Appointment for 10am, not on time they did let me park overnight since I got there about 4am in the morning, not sure if they were behind because of holiday or maintenance work happening at the plant.

They tell you to act like an owner, suck you in to get great ideas from you but when you do the slightest thing wrong, youre done!
