My two experiences with this company have left me amazed at the honesty of them. I am more than pleased to recommend them highly. My repairman, Anthony, was efficient and explained in detail the required repair needed. I am sorry so many people have complained about Barfields service and customer service. I have only the highest praise for courtesy, efficiency, and honesty from Barfields.

I was set up with this company through my warranty people. It took forever to get the parts in. When I called to follow-up they said they had not received anything yet, but the warranty company had proof of delivery. When they finally did locate the parts, one item was still missing so it was 3 months from reporting the issue to getting it fixed. However, the fridge starting having the same problem a month later. They wouldnt come back and look at it without a new order from the warranty people, which cost me another $75, even though this should have been considered their problem at this point if they stood by their work. Luckily we got a new company with the new claim. Barfield totally missed part of the problem. They were also supposed to look at my dishwasher, but there was a piece of silverware in the door so they said that was the issue and didnt look at anything else. Turns out it needed a new circuit board. Through the entire ordeal, Barfield was rude, took no responsibility and put the blame on me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I was assigned to the company based on my home warranty company. Their customer service was excellent. Professional and very thorough. I would absolutely recommend them.

Barfields and I have had a business relationship for a few years. Seeing their low rating is suspect to corporate sabotage. This is a phenomenon Ive witnessed that gets little to no press. It is a form of bullying and is disgusting to say the least. Small business owners may not have every fancy gadget or gizmo to get back to you in half a second. Consider this, you may not be first in line. We all remember the line cutters in the lunch line who used to get their way. They grew up and are now the Entitled Ones. If your appliances need parts or youre looking for a nice used one, then this is the place. If this business were to be swallowed up, wed all be at the mercy of Entitled Brats!

Stop trying to justify and making excuses as to why my repair is not done after 5+ months! Poor workmanship, poor customer service! If you want a job done I would not recommend Barfields!

The customer service is terrible. They frequently don’t answer their phone and are unwilling to do their part to get invoices approved by home warranty companies. I tried to work with them for almost a month and a half to no avail. The home warranty company also tried reaching out to them several times via phone and email, but this company didn’t answer the phone or keep track of their emails. I would never recommend them to even my worse enemies. Stay away from these lazy people.

Do not use this contractor! They fail to show up for appointments, are not flexible and bill for work they didnt completed. Barfields was assigned by American Home Shield to repair my refrigerator over 2 months ago. Not only did they not show up, but they billed AHS for the pro anyway. Please beware of this company. Worst contractor Ive ever dealt with as a homeowner....
