This is now a Safelite auto glass repair shop. Very nice staff. Minerva the front office receptionist is amazing! She speaks 3 languages fluently and she masterfully handled customers on the phone and in person. I was super impressed just watching her in action while I waited. She knows her stuff and she went above and beyond to help.

Left my car off the night before and was kept up to date on their progress. When it was do e, pick up was quick and my technician explained what was done and how to care for my new windshield.

Was great interacting with Kevin, give that guy a raise.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. Kevin patched a chip in my windshield. It was such a great job that I would not have been able to find it if I had not marked it. It was an insanely good job. He took his time to do everything right and even vacuumed my carpets. Thank you Kevin!

I had a technician come out to my home and replace my windshield. Sharod was very professional and provided excellent customer service. He called me in the morning to inform me I was his third client and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Later on he called again to tell me he was on the way. This company replaced my windshield back in 2017 and I will keep using them if needed.

They were thorough and very fast. Jason went above and beyond to ensure me they have provided me the exact same windshield by pulling my old one back out of the trash when I questioned them about the replaced windshield. I was impressed.

Kevin was very professional and courteous. He explained everything to me in plain terms. They had exactly the glass I needed (very specific - needed correct mounts and HUD glass). There was a tiny scratch on the glass that I probably wouldnt have even noticed, but Kevin showed it to me and asked if I still wanted them to use that glass or to wait and order another one. Him being that up front and asking my approval is why I will recommend this place over and over. Integrity in a repair shop is rare...this one should be rewarded with a great review.

Great service. In and out in less than an hour

I seriously cannot recommend a better company. If you should trust anybody with your glass repairs, it’s this shop right here. I just had surgery, and my rear window/hatch decided to fail at the most inopportune time it could have possibly chosen. This shop worked around my limited ability and my mom’s return time home to make sure we were able to get it repaired. I cannot thank these guys enough for getting this fixed and making this problem stress free. There are amazing people left in the world, and this shop is full of them.

A nice guy, they had to recalibrate my windshield..I came back the next day because my apps were not working, Kevin took it for a test drive, and fixed the problem for me.. With all the bells and whistles on that car, I didnt know how to turn them on... Sounds silly but he knew what the problem was..I felt bad waistng his time but he couldnt have been nicer.I would definitely recommend this company..

I had my front windshield replaced on my Genesis Coupe by James, dude was super professional out the gate. He had to have been looking for me because as soon as I parked (I think in the wrong spot at that) he approached me immediately, greeted me, inspected, explained briefly, got the keys, and got right to it.Finished sooner than expected.I couldnt find a link to a survey to give him a 10 star review, so consider this one. Replaced my windshield and calibrated my cars sensors. Everything went super smooth and they even let me pick it up the next day since I work nights

They fixed my windshield had issues with the box on the windshield coming loose month later call them and they came back out that week and fixed it with no problem. Customer Service was excellent.

Arrived 30 minutes early. Only waited 10 minutes before vehicle was taken for repairs. Kevin Danner provided excellent service.

I was unable to do business here because I was not able to drop my car off and leave the state. I know this sounds ridiculous, but believe me, it was. The manager accused me of trying to put him and his technician through something, not sure what all that was about. I thought they were in the windshield replacement business. I was wrong. The guys by the bowling alley fixed me up, no drama, trust me and just go there first.

We love the Glass Pro in Goose Creek across from the super Walmart. The staff always does a great job and is so friendly. We even had the manager Michael come out and check on us on the various visits when we have had our windshields replaced. I would definitely recommend going amd having them replace yours should you need it. They make the process so simple and painless.Great work Glass Pro of Goose Creek, an example for others to follow for sure.

Went and took my car here today and payed $9 for the automated car wash, the thing hat spins destroyed the driver side of my front bumper, I will be going into tomorrow to get this handled. There was no rails to keep the car from getting hit like that so I don’t see how they can blame it on the user but more the machine!

Did a good job replacing my windshield

The car wash just destroyed the rear windshield wiper on my Equinox. I took it to the office, and the schmuck said theres a sign saying they are not responsible for that kind of damage. Yes, there is a tiny sign. So Ill tell you boldly...do not go through any Glasspro car wash that uses brushes. the equipment is in bad shape and is deathly on your vehicle. I have been through the TOUCHLESS facilities there and the results were good.

Glass pro as a glass company 5 stars. However the POS car wash sucks . I paid 10$ the best wash they had and my car is dirtier then when I went threw. Used the mat cleaner and now my floor mats are trashed left black stains . DONT NOT GO TO THE POS CAR WASH

They replaced the old car wash with a new one I paid $12 to have my truck washed the new machine beat the hell out of my truck. Broke one of my windshield wipers and broke off the corner cab trim both sides I talked to the employees and the owner they called my F250 2012 truck old and theyre not responsible and said there was a sign out back stating just that. Wouldnt even refund my money.

The staff here treated me very well, helped me with evety single request and made me proud to have made the call to them! This not the first time asking for help here, happy every time.

Have called 3 different times to have a windshield replaced, each time I called I was told something different. No thanks, will gladly go somewhere else and not get the run around!
