Publix is my go to store. Ive never had any issues until yesterday. I went to the butcher to ask if they carried liver pudding. So Im just standing there waiting for someone just to ask what I need. If I would have said to cut meat they could say I have someone ahead of you. No the black guy started giving me dirty looks and rolling his eyes at me. So I waved and said excuse me. With a nasty attitude he said Im helping someone. The White guy walked over with a smile and I could tell he felt bad about how the guy spoke to me. I totally understand they was busy but he could have just acknowledged me and told me he would be with me in a few minutes. If hes there I will not ask for anything out the meat department

Its much easier getting in & out of that particular store more quickly now thanks to Publix putting in several self check out stations (I think like 6 but dont quote me). It just moves faster when the people with ten or less items in their cart/basket are not being forced to wait behind other people that seem to have a hundered or more items in theirs. Maybe thats just me though.... Masks are still recommended (whether you have been vaccinated or not, supposedly). Im all for keeping myself, my family, & the others that have to be around me safe. I just dont see as many pair wearing me (maybe tgats just me personally) as I once did. Up to you. Your life. Just be safe out there you guys & make sure you try to fit in some fun whenever you can!

I live in Georgia. My sister lives in Goose Creek. I regularly use Instacart to pick up flowers and goodies from this store. They always outdo themselves!! Actually added a birthday card for her this week without me asking or paying for it!!! Well done!!!!

Most local shoppers consider this one of the cleanest and most well stocked groceries in the Goose Creek area. An above average choice of fresh produce and meats. Store associates are also a step above of politeness and appearance.

The fried chicken is the Best in the area!!However I’m writing this review for the great and super service at check out! The cashier (Sasha A.) was so nice, she made me feel good about being there. She had a Super attitude.

My go to grocery. Always clean, and staffed with friendly and helpful people. Their bakery has delicious fresh baked breads!!! The Tuscan garlic loaf is a favorite!! And their baguettes are actually crisp on the outside, as they should be. Nice produce section, and the butchers in the meat section, and staff at the fish counter are always very courteous and helpful. My favorite place to grocery shop in town.

I went here to pick up some of their fried chicken, but they didnt have enough available so I had to wait. The lady behind the counter was very nice and when the chicken came out she picked my 16 pieces from that batch, rather than give me some of the older stuff. I like this Publix because its clean and and I usually dont wait in line for too long. The chicken was awesome but thats probably because it came straight out of the oven. Their fried chicken is still pretty good even when its not just cooked.

I love this store! They are a little more expensive than other stores but they have a lot of unique foods & other items. They also have numerous foods made in a factory WITHOUT peanuts! Finally! They have someone make sushi every morning. Of course they throw out the sushi from the day before every morning. The lady that makes the sushi- Merry is super nice & will make special requests. They sell dry ice. The bakery sells pizza dough. They sell ice cream cakes in the bakery section. They sell balloons & plants/flowers....

I don’t come to this store often but if I am wanting something that I can only seem to find in this store, I’ll shop here. There are pros and cons to this place of course just like anything else in life. Whenever they’re doing awesome, shopping is perfect and other times not so much. It’s a hit or miss at times in my own opinion. Sometimes I walk out feeling like they robbed me blind and other times I feel I robbed them blind! Lol! Deli counter takes a lot longer than I would hope they take. Sometimes items don’t ring up correctly and I don’t catch until once I’m at home looking over my receipt. There is plenty of room for this store to improve!

Publix is my go to place when I cant find what I want anywhere else. Being on a retirees budget I appreciate having a choice in product size. Some stores stock only 1 size of say bbq sauce so youre forced to buy the jumbo economy size whether you need it or not. Having butchers in the store is also a godsend. Its worth the little extra I spend to shop at Publix.

Publix is a pretty good place to shop! The store stay clean and the prices are a little more than other stores but its not too bad. Customer service is good not everyone has good customer service though!

They are fast and efficient. All of the lines stay open. The cashiers are knowledgeable about the store. great service

Every associate that I came in contact with was absolutely polite.An associate will assist you with checking the delivery date of a product that is unavailable at the location.The store is always clean and organized.

Very clean but it takes forever to get through the store and then through the line to check out! There is also very limited handicap parking which is difficult to get into. Its amazing how many handicapped people shop at the store.

Im absolutely love publix i have a order every tuesday and thursday at 11:00 and when i come in its always ready robert daniel alberta and the rest of the staff in prepare food department are amazing

Great bakery. Always a line at the deli and lunch meat department. Produce is always fresh. Usually an a-hole or two with 30 or 40 items in the 15 item or less express checkout line and no one ever says anything to them.

I guess just carting around meat cut for people is okay. Not cool!

Its Publix... What to say? Its ALWAYS clean. The staff is nice. The food is amazing. Bakery - on point. I mean... Its Publix. Thats a brand and a standard. They live it and own it! Keep up the great work!

My wife and I shop at this Publix every Wednesday on Senior Day and have done so for many years. We also stop in any other time that we need something from the store. We know the grand majority of employees there by name; servers, stockers, check-out personnel and management. This post is to publicly acknowledge a particular check-out clerk/cashier by the name of Lori. We always seek out her check-out lane. Lori always smiles and personally greets us and she is fast, professional and extremely efficient. She has an amazing sense of humor which we totally enjoy. She has an excellent rapport not only with customers but also with the baggers who work her check-out station. Lori is a pleasure to be around and is a valuable asset to this store. We have mentioned this several times to Donald, the store manager.

The chicken fingers are very tasty from the deli. I love their potato salad and Cole slaw. Publix is a great store.

High and dry. High prices for what they do have. I gave a 4 because subs are the best (a little slow even if called in) and bakery is honestly excellent.

Had a horrible experience with a cashier by the name of Lori, she basically threw some of my items without handling it with care. I simply told her to be careful with the items and not to throw items. She began to yell and scream at me with many other customers in the store. I asked for a manager and she walked away from her register stating that I will get one for you because I’m not helping you and my customers love how fast I work. I spoke to 2 managers one manager had to basically push Lori in the office because she was yelling and screaming so much!!! Store manager stated that he would take care of it, I went back to the store 20 minutes later and Lori was back on the register working! This is unacceptable, I will be contacting corporate!

Came to pick a platter line was pretty long there was a gentleman who looked like the manager not paying any attention to line just went on cutting meet for his the gentleman in front of me left he talked to a store manager before he left nothing changed

This store... in general publix is the problem child of grocery stores. Im pretty sure its just their corporate culture. But this store in particular was always the place that made me want to raise the dongers. Was forced to 3rd party contract here for several monthes. They have their cx face, they have their internal face. One is usualy rude. The isles are tiny compared to other stores too.

I used to like this place. recently the prices have gone way up and they close at 10:00 so I cant even get there in time most nights. I would pay higher prices if I could shop later. basically Walmart and Wendys are my only late night options now

Our Goose Creek Publix has started to become just another grocery store. Have noticed a degradation in the store duringy last several visits, but it was particularly noticeable today. Employees seem less interested in customers, selection is getting more and more limited, customers are allowed to more unruly and not follow store practices. Especially concerning was that people appear to be able to bring their pets through the store, which I would assume should be a health code violation. Hard for me to want to pick out deli, fruits, and vegetables when there is dog hair in the storeOverall, the store simply isnt the experience it used to be and shopping is no longer a pleasure. I will likely continue to use the store when I have to, but it isnt really any different from WalMart or Food Lion

This is my favorite grocery store in the area. The meat and produce are always fresh and stay good for a while. They have specialty foods I wasnt able to find at walmart. Everything is always clean and well organized. I signed up online for free membership to get coupons and email about savings!

Wouldve been nice if they called me to tell me that the sub (tuna salad) I ordered online was unavailable so i can make changes before heading to the store. Customer service was good but the point of ordering online was to save time during my lunch hour.Please call your customers when something inconvenient like this comes up and please find a way to list it as unavailable on your website so that way the disappointment isnt huge when the customer arrives.

This location and other Publix locations share one common deficiency, their Deli counters are under staffed. Customers should not have to wait long periods to be served.

I absolutely love the sub sandwiches at the deli! Publix always has the out of way food products that most stores dont carry and some of the freshest bouquets to lighten up a dining room.

I have really never had a bad experience with a Publix. I drive out of my way past three other grocery stores because their produce is always super fresh and well stocked. Same with the meat selection. You rarely see a bare shelf in the place and their customer service is up there with the best

I love this place. The deli counter was really slow today though. 30 minutes. There was only 1 person at the counter and only 3 people in front of me. The selection is the best there so it was worth it but eh. Also no one enforcing social distancing. Its very important because we are not mandated to wear masks. An announcement should be made or something. Still 4 stars for customer service and selection. Oh yeah and there was No Sushi :(

They mostly have stuff you need is on the shelves not like the other stores and nice people
