I had them do main flooring and bedrooms in carpet. They did a great job. The 2 little issues I had they fixed fast.

At our rental, we had our AC set at 77 degrees during the summer. NOBODY was living in this rental it was vacant. We left them a key to get into the house to change the carpet. when we went back to the house the AC was set at 66 degrees but the house temp was 84!!! They turned our AC down and broke it! then they didnt want to take responsibility and help us get the ac fixed! horrible!

A very friendly place. The staff is very knowledgable and I love that its not like the big box stores. Locally owned is the best way to go.

Bought high-end carpet from them a little less than 6 years ago and carpet is bubbling up. Their installers did a lousy job.

When they showed up to install the carpeting they did not have enough to do the main room and i was supposed to have enough to include the closet. Then when i tried to remedy the situation then wanted to charge me 165.00 for the closet and added unneccessary fees!!!
