This USED to be my favorite Walgreens...Last visit, the shelves appeared empty. My ONE HOUR PRINT was not ready the next day because: machine has been broken for TWO WEEKS. But WAIT! That was a LIE. That is what they told me to get off the hook for the non-1 hour service that took a over 12 hours. Steer clear of this place.

This Walgreens location on Red Bank Road in Goose Creek is a convenient and well managed Walgreens that has everything that you need when you need to make that stop. It is easy to access and find everything that you need here. The staff here is very friendly and efficient.

I have a severe fear or phobia of needles that require me to be medicated when I get them and also have to see a therapist to work on. Yes that severe. The gentleman in the pharmacy unfortunately I can’t remember his name sat with me and helped me through it and actively thought of ways to help me be able to get my vaccine. He was patient and not rude at all and I’m very glad he was there to help me get my vaccine. I cannot say the same for the other places I tried to get my vaccine and other things done at because as soon as I mention being scared of needles and start having a panic attack they turn me away annoyed that they even had to deal with that. I really appreciate the pharmacy here for how well they were with helping me even though it took over an hour and they ended up closing while I was there. I appreciate the man who sat and actively thought of a solution to help me and next time I go back for my second vaccine I will be going to him again.

The sales Associate Demelesha is very unfriendly and incompetent. She made no attempt to try and add the coupon her store advertised. You guys need to hirer quality workers and not just people to fill in the spaces because you get people like her who have 0 customer service.

Pharmacy is super slow ! If you’re understaffed just say so ! They didn’t care to give any reason why it took two hours of filling my medication. (I literally sat in my car ) The one star is bc they said 30-40 min to fill, I return 45 min later for them to tell me it’s not ready and it will be another 30-40 min. STILL NOT READY

“ walk-ins welcome” for Covid vaccine…Lies.After an appointment being cancelled by Walgreens previously, we attempted a walk-in.We were told that they were short staffed so no vaccines being administered. Smh

Robbie in Pharmacey helped me out greatly. He suggested some medications to substitute The expensive ones I’m currently taking. Certainly is a conversation I can have with my doctor. He is professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. After receiving such terrible customer service at other places he is a breath of fresh air. I am grateful for his help.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Will try not to even look in the direction of this Walgreens ever again. Kind of made me dislike Walgreens as a brand.

Worst customer service. I’ve left 3 times from this store because Their incompetency is beyond believe. First two times the guy had no clue of what I was asking for and today the lady doing passport couldn’t prioritize her tasks so I left again without services being provided. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere for anything!

Walgreens and the Pharmacist here are a joke. I had a prescription faxed over on Friday. Go to pick up at 530p Sat. (pharm closes 6p) and the pharmacy is closed. Came again on Sunday (pharmacy is open again until 6p) and once again this location is closed.

A gentleman working the pharmacy counter (didnt catch his name, sorry) really went above and beyond getting me my diabetic supplies at the cheapest price possible. He didnt have to take that much time to do it, but he did. I really appreciate it!! Thank you!!

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE PHARMACY! The pharmacist, or whatever he is, Russ or Russell, has no, ZERO, customer service skills!!!! He is rude and inept. They constantly ask for insurance information and never have meds ready.

It was very dissatisfied thing as soon as I walked in the manager or supervisor a short chubby round lady white with brown hair walks up and tells me that I have 5 minutes before they close so I go down the one Ill I noticed where the item was and it wasnt there I went to use the bathroom while Im using the bathroom shes staring at me all the way down the aisle from the other side by the cashier then I go to leave because she said 5 minutes and both doors are locked so she had to unlock one if youre so ready to close please leave both doors unlocked

Been dealing with them for a few years and I am extremely unsatisfied. Just switched to a new pharmacy, lets see how this goes
