I will not use any other company. Ive had problems in the past with other companies, never with Clearview. Ive used them 5 times and theyre ALWAYS professional, courteous, and Ive never had a problem with their work.

My family recently had our vehicles broken into and the passenger window of one vehicle and the drivers window of another were both smashed out. I called them on a Wednesday morning and they were able to give me a quote over the phone with just the make and model. They were also able to fix both vehicles that Friday at 8:30 am. I dropped one vehicle off on Thursday afternoon. I brought the second vehicle that Friday morning at 8:15 am. At that time I was told that my first vehicle was already fixed and could drive it home. No sooner had I gotten home (around 9 ish) I received another phone call saying my second vehicle was fixed. Their quick and friendly service was exactly what my family needed after having those vehicles broken into. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.P.S. Remember to ask your insurance company about a glass only replacement so that you dont have to pay a deductible. If you dont know if you have one on your policy I would suggest you call and find out.

If youre looking for a reliable and dependable business then look somewhere else. First experience - Scheduled an appointment to fix my windshield and ended up getting a phone call a few hours before stating that they were going to have to reschedule because there was a problem with the glass that they ordered for my vehicle. Second experience - Had another appointment scheduled and ended up getting a phone call an hour after my appointment time was scheduled stating they were going to have to reschedule again because something came up with the technician. This was after the fact that I had already left work early. So this no-show ended up costing me money.

Oh my!!!!!!! Fantastic customer service!!!!!!!!! Quick service!!!! Got a new windshield two weeks ago - found scratches on it - took it back this morning and they installed a new one! Best customer service I have had in a long time - from the ladies (Jamie) who answered the phone to the installer! If you get it done at the shop you will find coffee, and all kinds of snacks waiting for you in a very clean and neat office setting!!!

BEWAREClearview glass did a terrible job on replacing my glass. I Kept getting water on the floor of my car and couldnt figure out why spent tons on money trying to find issue and was told that it was coming from my windsheild that CLEARVIEW HAD REPLACED.REACHED OUT TO THEM NOTHING. ENDED UP TAKING MY CAR TO ANOTHER GLASS COMPANY ON ST JAMES AVE IN GOOSE CREEK AND THEY REPLACED MY GLASS AND REOLVED THE ISSUE.

Third times a charm. With the replacement windshield coming in twice damaged, Clearview made it a point to expedite a new windshield along with replacing my wipers. Much appreciated and customer service outstanding!

Hit them up about a sun roof leaking. The gentleman said swing it on by around 8am the next morning, one guy looked at it, he tried a few things. When this older technician jumped right in to help him. We had several great conversations. Not only did we talk about the problem, but just about life in general. They fixed the leak. They also educated us about the auto glass world and how to prevent some things. We went on about our day. By the way....this WASNT a job they were getting paid for! And they knew that!!! It was just out of the kindness of the company. Its a great family owned and family run business!!!

Clearview has installed multiple windshields on my family’s vehicles. Always top notch work and very flexible with scheduling. I call them every time my windshield finds a rock on the road!

Installed new windshield in my car and ran into a problem with wiper linkage. They repaired the wipers at their own expense and made me feel as though I was important to their success as a business. I was happy even though things didn’t go as they had planned.

Coming from a guy that has seen all kinds of mistakes being in the automotive business when it comes to windshield installs and having worked at high end dealers that employed Clearview Auto Glasss services. They have done more BMW and MINI glass than any other glass company and know all the tricks at doing them correctly. Always recommended them....
