I bought my swimming pool from Mary 14 years ago.They have been friendly and helpful all these years.When I decided to buy my first spa I went back to Goose Creek to see Mary.She sent me to Paradise in Summerville.Donna was very friendly and helpful.Gave us advice and helped us pick out the jet packs.When the spas arrived we were getting ready to go out of town for 10 days.She held spa at her shop till we returned.They arrived with spa on time.They were very helpful setting spa where needed to go.Had to move around couple of times to find level place.The guy that done my pad did a very sorry job.They found level spot and put steps,cover and lifter on spa.They even drilled hole and ran wires to panel.So when electrician arrived he just had to hook wires.She called check see if we were happy.Donna said call her anytime with questions.We we’re happy with outcome

We paid around $65k for a pool with a plastic liner. Weve only had it for less than 2 years. No one wants to help us. Our auto pool cover does not work right, weve had a broken pool light since May 2021, a broken deck jet since we bought the pool - which was patched and looks awful, cracked concrete which is crumbling and sinking, and no one will help us. We have a 3 year warranty and by the time someone gets to us because theyre too busy building new pools, our warranty will be ended. I am disappointed.

First Chris is sales is great, very thorough, helpful, and makes the process smooth.Will the owner was very professional and punctual. He got the guys started and then came to visit often to see how it was going.The crew, let me tell you, were one of a kind. I was lucky and had Daniels crew and they did a jam up job. They were always friendly, cleaned up after themselves, answered any questions I had, plus went above and beyond for us. They also did not mind my constant supervision and bugging them, lol, they were a fun crew to see daily. I enjoyed them and the work they did.So far everything went great and the process was smooth and the job well it is perfect. We are so excited for our new oasis!!Thank you Will and your guys, I couldnt be happier!!

Im not one to normally write reviews, but if I do it is either for exceptionally good service or very poor service. Fortunately this one is for exceptionally good service. My family(like many others) decided to put in a pool during the crazy 2020 Covid Pandemic. Ill start by saying that we couldnt be happier. We understood that there was a significant spike in the pool business and that we may be waiting a while. We first contacted Paradise in July, signed the contract 2 months later, and broke ground in January. The work crews were excellent and very good at what they do. They had to use a 75-ton crane to lift our pool over our house and into the hole that was dug and prepped. Will, the owner, was down in the hole helping the crew set the pool. After the pool was fulled with water and backfilled, my curiosity got the better of me so I took a beam level out to see how well they did, and was shocked that the pool was level on all 4 sides! I failed to mention that we got about 6 inches of rain throughout the install process. Said it before but we couldnt be happier with the process from start to finish. Chris was excellent, answering questions about differences in equipment, fairly pricing in peace of mind upgrades, and staying in communication throughout the ordering process. The crews were all professional, as were the subcontractors(electrical, concrete, deck topping). And Will, wow, he is involved throughout the install process, literally getting dirty. And the guy knows his stuff about pools and the equipment they sell. He can give you the 30,000 foot view or the granular view of all the parts and pieces. A pool is a very large investment and Paradise didnt disappoint one bit. They do the little things that you may or not notice, until you notice them. Something as simple as putting plywood down on the existing yard keeps it from being torn up by the equipment moving in and out. We will not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone that asks due to the exceptional service we received. Oh, one more thing... the price cant be beat. We got prices form several local companies for the same exact fiberglass shell and Paradise had the best pricing/value out there.

I love Paradise Pools of Goose Creek. They help keep the pool clean all year. I also got my last pool though them. I have had a few problems and they never quit trying to find a solution.

These guys are great!. They test your water and have everything you need to fix any water issues. Theyll even tell you how much and when to add products even if you dont buy them from them. I recommend them to everyone that services their own pool. They also will come to your home and do services to your pool or jacuzzi.

There always very friendly and test my pool water for free,if I need replacement pieces for my Hayward system they either have or can order. They are close and convenient even though my pool was installed by another company. They carry a variety of pool accessories and patio supplies.This is my go to place for pool chemicals they print a step by step process to follow making it so easy to own an inground pool.

TERRIBLE. This company has cost me over $13,000 in repairs because they dont know how to maintain a pool. The crack in my pool and basically replied oh well, call a lawyer. Worst company Ive ever dealt with! Stay away! Update: yes I went through a realtor. I estimated what I paid them..wasnt an exact guess. Youre trying to deflect the the real issue to save face on Google. By maintain I mean all aspects..nobody but yourself assumed it meant weekly cleanings. I talked to your company today and showed proof of the inspection. Once you realized in was through the realtor you suddenly realize I didnt have any holes in my story. Just wanted to update so the readers see the deflection. Thank you.

Building our new pool with Paradise has been an awesome experience! The installation was smooth and beautifully choreographed, and the finish work is flawless. Paradise did everything they said they would do and more!

Not great customer service, always feel like they are in a bad mood, and the prices are a bit high. Only plus is the location is convenient. They know there stuff though and will do a good job when hired.

So it was a experience, they knowledgeable on every facet and learn something out of it, also very kind and helpful, Highly recommend

Very helpful staff! Nice and friendly and they will explain what I need to do with the chemicals in a way that I can understand. Read that they were pricey, maybe compared to Walmart but the chemicals are alot better and last alot longer, so less work. I have recommended Paradise Pools to my friends and will continue to recommend them.

A great group of people! I had a major problem when a half gallon of paint accidentally spilled into my pool. I called they told me to come in and get Ekoclean. Wonderful stuff! I thought it was going to cost me thousands to get this corrected. $22 and 4 days later my pool is sparkling clean!They have always been great to work with and never try to up sell you and make you purchase stuff you dont need!

We have owned a gunite pool in Fl and opted for a vinyl in-ground pool in Spring Grove. Bob and the entire staff at Paradise were excellent to work with, a truly pleasant experience. We had some weather delays, but they stayed true to their schedule and kept us informed during the whole build process. Afterwards, the team at the store were very helpful in getting the chemicals balanced and weve been enjoying a clean, clear pool now for over a month. Great company and Great people!!

When discussing a scheduling issue and working to resolve it the lady on the phone hung up abruptly to end the conversation vs. trying to work out the conflict.
