Staff not knowledgeable or helpful whatsoever. Needed beta-blockers and antioxidants.. asked the guy working if he could help he said they did not sell Beta Blockers and there are alot of antioxidants..I mean? when I asked where he said vitamin C . Was definitely not qualified to work at GNC. I had to google brands and walk through the isles. If you look up the word dismissive.. this sums up the staff. Visit 10-19-21 @2:20pm

Really nice customer service guy.. knew his product well

Came in to pick up my package twice in one day. Same thing no code to the scanner for Amazon package. I have a very important flight to catch and I need my package. I am trying to figure out why the manager or whomever didn’t answer when his employee was tryin to contact him for the code? Doesn’t even matter but wtbs, training is off the market for this store. Very unorganized, yet unprofessional. But I bet you if it were somebody else coming to get their package the scanner would’ve magically worked. It’s always something. The man working tonight 11.14.20, had no clue as to what to do. But I give him effort for attempting several times to contact the manager. He was getting frustrated as well as myself. But I will not be using this HUB ever again. It is not his fault he wasn’t trained on what to do. Just think if it were an emergency, & forbid something happened the manager still wouldn’t have picked up the phone. 🤦🏽‍♀️ please do better GNC.

A good selection of supplements

Props to the young woman who wasnt pushy. She went through the corporate spiel, and was very patient. She sold me what I came in for and that was refreshing.

1pm on a Sunday.....there is no one there! Online and on storefront it says you open at noon. I called corporate. They confirmed you should be open. You lost several customers this morning and a complaint was filed, along with a call to your regional manager!
