Iit its a very good place to live in nobody getting in your business or bothers me thats what I like about it I can leave my trailer for a week and Ill come back nobody thats messing around or nothing I like that neighborhood its a good neighborhood

Campground?? More like Crampground This is a trailer park on Redbank Road in Goose Creek. Ive never been there, only driven by. Looks pretty shady and the trailers are packed in there

Not too bad if you like late night parties, random gunfire and being a tornado magnet.

Neighborhood layout can be confusing (not on Google maps). Strict Parking rules are enforced nightly so dont park on the grass or youll be asked to pay a personal non-taxed fee to the corrupt towtrucker. Calm neighborhood overall, the pub nearby gets loud (as well as Highschool football games) on the weekends and traffic can be heard evenly throughout the night if you live near the front. You will hear gun shootouts around here a couple times a year. Turning onto Redbank Rd. can be a nightmare at peak traffic hours.

Why dont they just give up on mobile homes and change into real big homes so they can actually get more profit because more people are going to think its a amazing place to live and if they see trailers and RVs theyre absolutely not going to live here I already got robbed and also I smell marijuana so just change to at least homes and not trailers so you can make more profit because people love houses.

Good mobile home park but best of all, they allow RVS. We love living in our RV plus my husband is retired military and its nice to receive thoughtfulness.

We have no problems here. The place has improved from when we first moved here and that was over 8 years ago.

I know this is the worse place to ever live. Your property will be stolen, home broken into,cars broken into an all around awful place. They have more security camera than a pill manufacturing company and its only for them to watch what you do not to protect you. They always up the rent for the same excuses as trash and water going up which is a lie because we call the companies to check. The office people are snakes and just watch your back and property if you live in this dump. They are there to take and not for their tenets at all.

You do not want to live here, there are so many restrictions in this place. Rent goes up constantly supposedly because prices go up on water, gas,maintenance blah blah, but they really dont, its just always something. You cant have company over or they will tow your car(can only have 2 cars in gated area). Oh yeah, gated area Is pointless, its pretty much open all day.

Management staff is awesome, neighbors are friendly, and everything is so well taken care of.

Management wont enforce rules and people are very disrespectful of thier neighbors.

Im staying here with my RV. Ok place but many residents dont respect the rules.

Loved it plan on moving back as soon as they have a place vacant

I like it because everything is quiet there are swimming pools parks and everything is just my opinion

Rent goes up every year, it parks a little badly and the one in the reca takes the car and has to pay about 200 or 300 dollars to get it. Not recommended, they are better elsewhere

I do not like it for a few weeks I went to visit a family member and I did not have an hour to check when I go out and see the crane hooking my car and my brothers charged us 300 dlls for unhooking them 🤬😡😠 I think it is unfair

Are running out of the mobile home owners do not invest money to make up the mobile homes in less than three months and go two mobile homes with an hagarrado fire to and people who complain that ay short sircuitos in homes and not Asen to them or repair the holes in the walls of houses.

Neither the best nor the worst. But its location is very good.
