I called to make an appointment to see a couple vehicles on their website only to be told that those had been out of stock for months. Then why are they on the website? The answer? Because they might get some at some point. No, not an acceptable answer to me. Just dont have them on the website at all.

I cant rave enough! If I could give 10 stars, I would!I was on a road trip on my wing - 500 miles from home when my back tire went bad. I called every bike shop within 75 miles and no one had my tire or the ability to mount and balance it for several days. Absolute said they had the tire but were down an employee and couldnt do the work. After several minutes of begging and pleading, they agreed to mount and balance if I removed the wheel and reinstalled. Within an hour, I was back on the road instead of having the rest of my trip ruined.To the service staff at Absolute: THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

Bought a machine here 2 years ago they were okay with staying open a little late to take care of a sale that big.. Went back this last Friday (10-18-19) because my trailer had no light the lady in the service department told me to pound sand in so many words because it was 4:50 and she shut everything down already. Bought a Dr chipper spent over $5000.00 on it got it home used it for 1.5 hours clogged three times on 3inch wood supposed to take 5 3/4 inch called absolute told them I wanted a refund they told me no refunds read your sales slip so I called Dr direct they said nothing they could do because they are an independent dealer even though if you order directly from Dr there is a no question 6 month home return for refund never buy anything from absolute power sports in gorham nh if you do you are taking your chances

I Looked at Razrs at a couple dealerships before I heard about Absolute from a friend. I had a 10X better experience with absolute then the others. They’re friendly, great location and when I told them what I wanted they waisted no time showing me what they had and letting me test drive. They didn’t try to push me into something I had no interest in. I will definitely be doing business here again.

The folks are amazing. A breathe of fresh air really. Courteous, timely, knowledgeable and personable. They really seem to go out of their way to make sure a customer has a great experience and its appreciated!

Bought a 2019 1000 xp4 have gone for two rides and broken it on both rides owner didn’t even have the decency to personally call me back about the problems just ducked my calls and had his employees call me instead. Salesman Tim was great but the owner could care less about customers even after you spend 25k in his shop

We rode the OHRV trail to their store. The trail was nice and once inside the people were friendly. We bought a pair of gloves and found their prices to be reasonable. They had a very large, uncrowded, show room.

Wouldnt recommended unless you like to be taken for granted, was told to bring my bike up so I could have some work done. They go threw it and tell me what I already knew and told them that I needed fixed just to turn around and tell me its too old its a 1996 didnt realize that was old? Then they will charge you for doing absolutely nothing. So if it was to old, then why would they tell me to bring it up over the phone? Good way to ruin business. Lost all mine.

Very small selection of used products. Which is odd since they are in ATV Capitol of new England. Only 2 salesmen. One must be an owner or partner. There is no way hed be able to keep his job with his nasty surly attitude otherwise. We bought a atv here with cash and were treated like scumbags. Despite this I went back to purchase myself an ATV, nearly punched the salesman after his 3rd extremely rude comment while trying to push me into a ATV I had no interest in.I will have to find somewhere else.

They took it back, repaired it, and gave it back to me. Things happen and we don’t live in a perfect world, but when dealing with Tim and Jim, they made it right. Needed a snow blower short order. Was referred to Absolute Power Sports through a friend. Ordered a Honda 928 on Tuesday morning, it was delivered (25 miles away) the next morning. I dealt with Tim and Jim (deliverey person). Impeccable service throughout the purchase and delivery. Jim gave me an excellent hands on tutorial with the snowblower. He processes great product knowledge and has a professional, friendly demeanor. It’s great giving to business to local merchants, customer service far exceeds anything that you would get from the super stores. Outstanding! PS: the Honda 928 is the best snowblower I’ve ever used, hands down.

Called desperately to to find a part for my atv that was broken down 17 miles in on success trail. The woman that answered the service phone didnt even know what a bearing was and put me on hold to see if she could find the part . She never asked me what year make or model atv I had. She came back on the phone and said nope we have no bearings and basically hung up. If you need help with your Polaris dont bother going here. Go to a mom and pop service center like ALL TERRAIN AUTO in Berlin who actually care about there customers
