We have looked to purchase a sectional from furniture gallery in Gorham for awhile now but have waited for the right configuration to be available. We found the configuration we have been waiting for and purchased no problem, and easy. Delivery crew was fantastic and had great communication with them despite having phone connection issue. I truly feel like they care about what the customer wants and needs and charge a fair amount for their products and delivery. Highly recommend furniture gallery over all the big companies like Bobs or Jordan’s! Support local!

My wife and I would like to say, Furniture Gallery is the greatest furniture store we have ever patronized. The sales lady was very helpful, and courteous. The delivery men (2) went above and beyond in delivering our bed frames and recliners. I have only good to say about this company. The whole experience was exceptionally great, and we appreciate it. We will, in the future, buy all our furnishings from this company.

Couch wouldnt fit through upstairs doorway so went back found something even nicer that comes apart so much easier to get in and upThey were extremely helpful in finding the right one for us

December 26th of 2020 my wife and I purchased a sofa from the Gorham store. The sofa we purchased was a floor model and looked in great condition. Two days after the sofa was delivered by Furniture Gallery, wrinkles appeared on the cushions which were very obvious. One of the delivery drivers was sent to examine the sofa and take pictures. We received a call from the store 2 days later telling us that they could do nothing because there was no structural damage. We were extremely disappointed in their decision and told us a lot about the company. Never will we purchase anything again from Furniture Gallery.

They push garbage furniture from Ashley. While final decisions are made by the customer, the location should be more upfront with its client and not simply do and say things to get the sale. Knew Ashley reputation but sales person insisted quality had improved. Fifteen months reclining loveseat falling apart. Understand you get what you pay for. Well never pay for another piece of furniture from this storr

Helpful staff!! We got there a half an hour before close and they helped with all of our questions. The bedroom set we wanted wasn’t in stock in Gorham so they called other locations to get it for us. Highly recommended.

This place had really great furniture at super low prices. My husband and I went to 10 different furniture stores in one day and went here last. We were so disappointed we didn’t just go here first.

They had what we wanted in the store and took them home.

No pressure sale that was friendly and helpful. Their prices clearly were competitive, and had a better selection in a much much nicer showroom than many of the nearby furniture places. Both times we dealt with them the staff seemed a bit unfamiliar with their own computer system and it slowed down the experience a bit, but otherwise a pleasant experience for a big purchase. We bought new living room furniture here after shopping around a bit.Delivery price was reasonable and we were about 35 minutes away, and the delivery drivers were friendly and respectful at our home.

I shopped for a recliner, Ed and Norman at the Gorham store were very helpful in my selection And luckily I got next day delivery.Their delivery team from their Augusta store was friendly, quick and very courteous. I highly recommend Furniture Gallery for all your furniture needs.

Very disappointed in the service here. We went in to buy a couch, and were completely ignored by the staff. We were not greeted once. We were there for 30 mins and sat on a few different couches, but no one ever came to help us.
