I am always happy at my local Hannaford.Couldnt find something and one worker found the very last package of what I was looking for and brought it down two rows to me. Keep up the great work

Our To Go orders are always correct, friendly staff, quick service

On todays stop, heading to the lake needed some last minute cooler items, great produce assortment,cold cuts too. Some beverages dont forget the ice.In and out quick,friendly helpful people .never a surprise,usually have all you could want.But can someone tell where the rice cakes have gone? Cant find them anywhere. Lol

The food was delicious and service was to notch! We had the French Toast with crispy bacon and home seasoned fries, and the combo 2 egg, blueberry pancake, home fries, extra crispy bacon. Topped off with an OJ and a mimosa! We will be back!

I came here for specifically one item and of course out of stock. Everytime I come here they are always missing something I need. Easily one of the weakest Hannafords I have ever been to. Save time go somewhere else where u can get everything in one trip.

Go here because its the closet one to my house. Prefer Standish over Gorham.

Hannaford is my favorite grocery store in Maine. It has the freshest meat, seafood, produce, dairy, everything. Its always stocked. If they dont have it, theyll order it for you. Greatest Supermarket!!!

Hannaford in general has lower prices and better service than their competitor in our area. The Gorham location is top notch.

With the state of things in consideration, this store is doing an exceptional job handling Covid. The staff is very friendly, clean establishment, full shelves. Nice work.

Great store, but a fair number of people without masks

Great location. Only .3 miles from my apartment. I can walk or ride my bike there if I dont feel like driving. Great selection of meats and seafood and baked goods and canned foods. Just about everything youd need at a grocery store.

I love Hannaford but was sadly disappointed that they were out of celery! I and 3 other women were all looking for celery! Other than that! I love that store. It is becoming more and more acclimated to having a better variety of gluten-free products! That makes me happy

A very nice mid sized grocery store. The have all the basic necessities, a nice beer and wine selection, hot food to eat, a salad bar and an ample cheese selection. Everyone who works there has a smile on their face and appear to be very happy to help you in any way. The prices are fair.

Typically very clean and well kept. Produce, Deli, and Bakery departments keep a fresh rotation of product. The store is usually staffed well, and the staff is helpful. This location lacks a bit in product selection as most smaller locations outside major market do, ans there are times (weekends typically) where it is obvious the truck has not yet arrived and holes can be found on the shelves. Overall this is a great community level store.

In addition to having all your food needs, they also have a ton of prepared foods in their deli area. I tried some salt & vinegar wings from the hot well....so good. Id never heard of them before now. Im hooked!

So there is this gentleman at the Deli who’s name is Jordan. He’s waited on me twice now and each time has been the most positive experience. I don’t know how he does it, but he just radiates positivity. Don’t get me wrong, everyone I’ve had at the Deli has been nice and professional, but I literally leave in a better mood when Jordan has waited on me.

Its just an average grocery store. Nothing really special about it besides its easily accessible and the cost of food isnt through the roof. They have a clink bottle return system there so that makes life a little bit more manageable as well as an app that allows people who cannot shop on their own pick out items online and the store will get them ready for you and bag them for you as well as bring them out to your car. So the internet is making it possible for handicapped people to do their own shopping.

I love this store and the staff! I absolutely love rewards and how convient Hannaford to go is. With three kids its such a wonderful option to have.

We dont usually go to this hannaford; we were very impressed with the level of customer service, they set the bar high compared to other stores. Also the layout makes it easy to find everything you need without going back and forth 20 times.

Theres a reason why theyve been around for so long because its just a fantastic store to go and get everything you need for groceries and the meat selection is fantastic

Great produce for sure, the best anywhere around, especially versus Walmart. They have the standard retail problem of not keeping enough cashiers on usually, its always pretty busy. Otherwise excellent grocery store! Great sushi too!

Very poor customer service 😢I had a sleeping 3 month old baby in the car it was 82 degrees outside I parked in the only shade in the parking lot witch is the Hannaford to go parking all the to go spots were empty my wife ran in to get milk not even 5 minutes.. and a employee came out and told me I could not park there. I explained that I had a sleeping infant in the car and the wife was only gonna be a min she told me it did not matter that I had a baby in the car and proceeded to tell me to park illegally on the side of parking lot where I would have been in the way of others coming and going.She was very rude and very upsetting to me that she said it didnt matter if my sleeping child had to sit in the sun.We spend over $300 a week there I think we deserve a little better customer service. And some shade in the parking lot for dogs or children sitting in the car..

Polite good selection of anything you need. lots of cash registers so, I think it is a fast checkout instead of having to wait in line! They also have self checkout and pharmacy check cashing money orders stamps

I use To Go on a weekly basis. Sherry is so kind, helpful, and quick! This service in Gorham is better than the other 3 locations I used before we had it in Gorham.

Hannaford is a great place to grocery shop, lots of friendly staff. Clean and well organized. Only real grocery store in Gorham. Medium sized as far as grocery stores go but selection is still great.

Friendly and helpful staff. If they don’t have an item you want simply ask. More often than not they will have it for you the next time you come in.

Hannafords in Gorham is in the process of re-organizing the store. Several of the signs above the aisles do not currently match the content of the aisles. I tried to find a group of products and had to ask 2 employees and search in 2 areas of the store (after going through the entire store) to find what I wanted tucked in a corner. Until the signage is fixed and the employees know where everything has been rearranged, I highly recommend that you shop at a different store.

I love Hannaford in Gorham, ME. They recently finished the renovation+ Im pretty sure of the new place of things I buy normally. I know most of the cashiers/ employees, whom are polite, funny+ trained well! They are well organized, usually in stock, except Motts blue box fruit snacks were out of stock for a while, when they were remodeling, but they got it back in! Id recommend this hannaford to anyone!

Great store BUT! I don’t get why the butcher was such a pill and not helpful. attitude and eye roll about cutting $50 worth of steaks. Will go to Whole Foods now for meat.

A real shame...used to be an absolute gem of a store but has been totally ruined due to it being recently updated and improved . I heard a customer say exactly what I now think... I dont like shopping here anymore.

It makes no sense that hot fudge topping is not in the desert isle or in that same isle as Herseys syrup or even the same isle as ice cream. No it is in the same isle as bread. Duh!!! Very frustrating!
