Wish I could go here year-round. Great ice cream selection, ice cream sandwiches, sundaes, noreasters, and usually some baked goods as well. The raspberry chocolate chip frozen yogurt is my personal favorite. They even have some vegan ice cream if thats your thing. Pleasant seating on the lawn in back. Calmer than Beals. Staff is super nice. Just a great local ice cream spot.

The new ownership has brought a new level of service and quality to this establishment. It is super convenient to my commute, so Sweet Life is a great quick stop for yummy breakfast sandwiches or a nice coffee.Ice cream is solid, too. Good variety, with nicely composed sundaes and fantastic specialty blended treats.Definitely worth a stop.

This is a DEFINITE return visit. A small cone is like the largest at other places! I had an amazing expresso crunch with chocolate covered coffee beans.Never seen that anywhere else! Highly recommend. You can order from your car. Somewhat limited seating at outside picnic tables. No indoor dining. Awesome place for a grab & go Ice cream treat.

First off, I have no affiliation with this place and do not write many reviews. That being said, I felt compelled to write one. I just got a breakfast sandwich and a cinnamon roll this morning. It was the most delicious combo I have ever had! The croissant for the sandwich was light and flakey. The sausage was just the right amount of juicy. The cinnamon roll tasted like it just came out of the oven. It was large, soft as a pillow, and sweet as sugar! (Probably a lot of sugar!) Thank you for starting my day off right.

Stopped in on the way home from Gorham. Hadnt been since it was the old Sweets and Eats. The new owner has done some great work revitalizing this gem in Little Falls.Great flavors like bubblegum (with real bubblegum in it) and java chip (with chocolate covered expresso beans) along with the classics. And a great selections of toppings to boot!

Worst ice cream and hot fudge sundae I have ever had! Vanilla ice cream had no flavor and the texture was more sticky than creamy. Very little serving of hot fudge which was not even hot. Will not patronize this business again.

It was fabulous! Lattes, 3 iced, and 1 hot! Chocolate Strawberry, Cherry Vanilla, and Vanilla. We had flavorful Bagels, Croissant egg sandwich, Chocolate Croissant, and a grilled Coffe Cake Muffin!!!!We love this place!!Mom and teenage daughters

Food and service was good but I only got two small vanilla soft serve one in a cup and the other in a cone and was $8 and some change. Expensive!!

So much icecream!! My kids couldnt finish the kiddie cones, nor could my husband. Its fairly priced, we will def be visiting frequently the rest of the summer. Theres never a long wait, staff is super friendly but parking is tight, especially peak hours around or after dinner. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had absolutely delicious ice cream bars! Only thing I wish the person that waited on us had been wearing a mask. Would think that’s a mandatory CDC regulation for Service and food businesses.

What a great place to enjoy a generous hot fudge sundae. I ordered the large caramel heath sundae. I was not expecting the large being so big. No complaints at all with that. This is my 2nd time there. The 1st time I ordered a large blueberry shake. Since then I have yet to find any better shake around. There is a huge menu of foods from sandwiches, pizzas and basically anything you want from appetizers to desserts.I got a discount being a senior which why the way their senior division starts at 50. The staff was off the chart personable but not very good at guessing ages. All in good fun which made the stop my new only go to for ice cream.

We had never been but decided to stop after a soccer game. Come to find out they give free ice cream out to kids in uniform. Love the idea. The employees were extremely nice and the ice cream was great.

Wouldnt recommend going here. We ordered a chocolate frappe that was so so and hot fudge sunday that was ordered as a large but was not even half a drop of soft serve and when I order peanuts I expect to get peanuts not some minced up tid bits. And the price was insane for what we got.
