I have gone here since I was little, all sorts of craftsl items and other artsy items that are fun to use at all ages!

On Thursday July 29 at the Goshen Michaels Store an employee named Michelle checked my daughter and me out at her register. We cant thank her enough for her friendly service and her determination to find discounts for which we would qualify. Michelle was very personable as well as very professional. Employees like Michelle make it pleasant to return to shopping at stores after the long stretch of home shopping due to COVID. Thank you, Michelle. :-)

Its all right. Very expensive supplies but its the same as Hobby Lobby. I did get some paints that I needed and were on clearance sale.

A nice craft store with plenty of options for art lovers. Lots of xmas stuff on 70% sale, however I went to look for planners and they didnt seem to have any. Plus no one to assist... With new year and covid, service seems very laxed but I ll have to try my luck some other time. There are lots of quilting stuff (strings I guess) on sale too, if you re looking to get more for your hobby or start a new one! Remember to wear your mask and practice social distancing! Large selection good prices

Found the frame that I needed to display the flowers from my father in laws funeral. It works perfectly.

Usually they have a good selection, but not right now. And the prices on most things are ridiculously high. However, the staff was nice and as helpful as they could be.

Everyone must be doing lots of crafts, because there were lots of empty shelves.

At that time I believe that the stock in some items was low because of changing to another holiday, maybe short handed. 🤷‍♀️

Great crafts store. Signage is easy to read and shelves looked well stocked. This location is well kept and people were friendly. Great paint selection acrylics and oils. My wife likes the knitting section.

They have so many craft items. I could stay there for hours. I found the small reclosable bags my friend said I needed for my business. The cashier was nice. He asked if I had their reward card. Even though I dont, he gave me a coupon on my purchase and gave me two coupons for future purchases. The store is clean and organized. Each aisle is signed so products are easy to find.

I love taking my daughters into Michaels! Today there was a birthday party there. Might be our Next event.

Found everything I was looking for! Only downside is the isles can be a little cramped and thin but otherwise the staff were very helpful and the store well organized.

This is a huge store that carries any kind of craft items you can think of! The staff was helpful and friendly. And when I was at the cashier, I received a $4 discount on my $20 purchase. Amazing!

When Im in need of Craft supplies this is my go to. Today I needed a miss carpet, 1/2 inch foam core board in white, spray paint for metal,wood filler, duct tape, and craft paint for a doll house. I got everything I needed, all in one place.

Overpriced, not always having whats needed. Few staff there and they give directions, they dont show you where things are. Easier to order online and pick up in store.

This is one of my favorite places! No matter what project I’m embarking on, Michaels’ has what I need. I appreciate their efforts to make sure everyone can make their mark with anywhere from very inexpensive to top of the line products.

There is a much bigger selection of items at this Michaels than at the one in the Goshen area. I love to shop here when I am looking for something very specific and want to have a lot of options to try to get an item as close to my idea as possible.

LOVE Michaels and especially our local store. Now all that wonderful craft stuff and knowledge is close and convenient!

I love crafting and now that In a mom love it even more. We go here to get supplies and also just to brows for ideas of things to do. This is a fun store for our whole family. We truly enjoy every trip we make to this particular store. My daughters are finding their love for crafts and all things glitter related lol. Thank you for being an amazing establishment.

Clean store, clerks are friendly and helpful in finding items. Dont try to use the app in the store, they dont have wifi, print out your coupons or save on your phone to use. Sales are good, parking is plentiful. Framing department leaves a lot to be desired as far as letting you know when your items are done and dropping them off/picking them up is a hassle as they dont always have someone back there.

I made an online purchase, it arrived within the last couple of days. I have not opened the item, I have the packing labels and the email confirmation and yet I was made to wait 30 minutes by the store manager, DeVon, only to be told it is against Michaels online policy to allow an in store refund for an online purchase. (Which customer service and the Michaels website both proved to be false) The manager would not come out and speak to me and was just going to remain in the office until I left, without my refund. Is this the kind of management that Michaels stores want representing it?I have a video that I will be adding to YouTube to demonstrate this managers attitude to customer service and following company policy.

Cant get enough of the Best cashier in Goshen, Kylr. She makes you feel like shes known you forever, extremely helpful, bright and cheery. A definite asset to Michaels.

Not the best Michaels ever, probably not the worst.They dont have any fabric here, so dont bother.The sales staff often have no ability to help you with any question you might have about their products. They may resort to asking a customer who is just trying to go about his day and not do their job for them and seems REALLY annoyed that theyre asking.The selection in any department is kind of limited and of course the prices are always artificially high, but its also just about the only place you can get most of this stuff in Goshen, so try not to think about it.
