Went in for a few sewing items, also got some fall decorations for a really good price.

Stopped in while on vacation and wow! What a nice store. New, very modern and updated, extremely clean and organized. We spoke with and/or were assisted by 3 employees; Lily, Jeff (the manager) and one other whose name I dont recall. All were very friendly, helpful and my friend and I had a very enjoyable time...so much that we went back a couple of hours later for something we forgot the first time. If youre ever in the Goshen area, this store is a great shopping destination!

You may want to tell the guys behind the counter that they need to remain professional when a husband and wife are having a conversation and it has nothing to do with them they need to mind their own business and not interject themselves into our conversation wasnt happy wasnt pleasant.

Now open! Nice interior, and easy parking. Big step up from their old location at the Concord Mall. Right next to Staples. They have a creator studio, online ordering pickup, and spacious interior. Bathrooms are decent.

The Goshen store has some guy working there who is surly and jaded, not welcoming at all. The first time I encountered him I chalked it up to him having a bad day. The second time I pulled up to receive my pick-up order, and he just tossed it in the window and left. I dont know what his deal is, but employees should be a little more welcoming. Never using this store again.

Really disappointed in my buy online, pick up in store experience at this location. I had placed a pick up order for a few items around 3pm thinking Id stop and get them after work (around 5:30). The website was running a promotion of 15% off if you picked up in store plus some other promotions. When I got there, they said my order wasnt ready. Thats fine it had only been a couple of hours. I asked if I could just go grab the items myself since I had already paid for them and the woman said if I wanted to do that I would have to cancel my order and pay the store price. Wouldnt match the prices online. So since it was a pretty considerable difference, I asked when my order would be ready. She said she had no idea and that it wasnt even in their system yet. So I resigned myself to having to make the 20 minute drive again the next day. Well, I get home and see that my order was ready 10 minutes after I left the store. If I had known that, I would have just waited. The stores need to have a better way of receiving/ checking/processing pick up orders if thats a service theyre going to offer.

Store was nice enough, but staff not that helpful. They did give me patterns for making masks, and showed me the elastic they have in bulk. I asked for two yards. In my mind I was questioning how the girl was measuring... (Looked like it was stretched) yep, I got 56 of elastic! Not that big of a deal, but maybe they should be trained better.

Cutting counter woman insulted my fabric choices as ugly and stated she hates Halloween despite the fact the fabric was Designed Exclusively for Joann.Did not appreciate the employees negative, unhelpful, hurtful, and unwelcome comments.They didnt have any DC Batman (or any DC Superheroes) cotton fabric that I was looking for.Wont be returning to this Goshen, IN location.

Established store in a new location. Large and bright and colorful. Large selection of fabrics, and sewing machines, including a couple of long-arm quilting machines. Also has some 3D printing machines, and even a laser cutter for use in the store. Really looks like a nice setup.

My favorite new fabric and craft go to store! Beautiful, clean, friendly, organized like no other. The store manager is friendly and helpful. There are eatery close by too!

Nice roomy layout with a good selection of items

Took 3 sewing and quilting classes here and had a great time in each class. Betty, the quilting instructed, stayed an extra hour with me when I had trouble with my table runner. I was able to finish making it at home and it turned out very well and its on my dresser in my bedroom. I have been quilting like crazy since I took those classes. The staff is very friendly and kind and remembers who I am when they see me, especially the sewing instructors. They always ask about what Ive been making and Im happy to show them photos. One time, I brought my little Motorola quilt into sewing class and Jessica, who cut my brown and green flannel for it, remembered me and asked about it when I was in my first quilting class. The sewing ladies were very impressed with my Motorola rag quilt. I cut out the Motorola Emsignias by hand and appliqued them onto the quilt and many people have been impressed with my quilt. I also quilted a 7-piece kitchen set for a Xmas gift for a special family member and their spouse for their new kitchen and have made many bowl cozies which are alot of fun to make. I would recommend Joann too anyone who wants a place to buy great quality fabric. I am Autistic and sewing is my therapy, well one of them. Im quilting bowl cozies for Xmas gifts, as well as a few mug rugs.

JoAnns is a longtime favorite of mine, I knit and sew. That makes this a great place for me to get supplies.

Being an artist and retired high school art teacher I’ve been in several JoAnn’s stores in different states. This is the biggest store I have ever been in and their selection is exceptional. They also accept/honor Michael’s coupons. My only negative is on the amount of time it takes to checkout at the Curlew Rd store. No matter what day of the week or time of day I’ve been in the store they never have more than 2 people working the checkout lanes always causing a wait in line. I’ve never heard the workers call for backup. They always have plenty of help throughout the store so it’s confusing why they don’t have more people on cash registers when they physically have at least 6 lanes.

Easy to get around in. They have really cut back on supplies since grand opening. Went to get 108wide material I had seen at opening. Now they only have plain and 3 prints that where very similar.

The new building is beautiful, the fabric selection is amazing.....but what happened to their yarn selection?!?!? When they were in Concord mall they always had a good selection of the newly released yarns from Lion Brand, Bernat, Red Heart, AND Premier. Now they just have the very most basics of the first 3 and next to NO Premier yarns at all! Plus they dont carry ANY Cake Yarns AT ALL. All of the aforementioned yarn companies have been releasing all sorts of cake yarns for over 2 years now and this Joanns doesnt carry a single one of them!! You want Red Heart Super Saver? Theyve got 3 full WALLS plus a full aisle of a bunch of different colors... But its still the same old basic Super Saver.... Want Bernat Blanket Yarn? Theyve got bins upon bins upon bins all lined up right in front of their Doubled Lined Aisle with Nothing but that stuff!Want to check out Lion Brands newest Wool Blend Yarn Cakes....? NOPE! Sweet Shop? Cupcake? Bernat Pop Chunky? Forget it pal, we just have the same old basic yarns.....but at least there are 45 different solid colors, 235 variegated colors, and now for a limited time....4 SELF STRIPING! 😒😒😒😒Come on Joanns.....your supposed to be the crafting supplies Power House around here....not just another Order online and come check it out AFTER its paid for craft shop...
