Everyone there is super friendly!! love the scents. i do not pay for them full price ( don’t know anyone who does !) but once they have a sale or i have coupons im the first in line !!

Pleasant shop floor assistants at an outlet with safe shopping space. I always take note of the way each shopper is greeted as they enter.

Only go for sale items, other than that its a bit pricey

This stores salespeople will help you with the coupons, info. on products and the testers allow you to smell or try out the products before buying them. It even has a sink to wash your hands with the soaps.

Love their candles & hand soaps but they have a lot of other great products. Only thing I dont like is when you find something you like they end up discontinuing it. Great customer service.

I am giving this review 3 stars. It is mainly for the creams. Everything else seems okay but the other products give me an allergic reaction. This is just me.The only thing I have to criticize about there creams that the fragrances are too strong. I literally have to mix a fragrance-free and dye-free cream with the cream I get from here. So it would be to my liking.

The prices were worthy of 5 stars, the customer service a 1. There were 2 employees, one on the cash register, one on the sales floor. The lady ringing everyone up seemed like a newer employee, and was very friendly. The lady on the sales floor, not so much. She was very snarky and acted like any question a customer had annoyed her. Seems like theres always that one employee no matter where you go that messes it up for everyone.

Haili, at the Goshen, IN location was very helpful. Would have given 5 stars; however, the stock was very depleted so choices were limited. Fortunately, we found a few items to make our trip worth it &, when I checked out, Haili asked me to bring up my B&B works account so she could scan the barcode to give me additional savings that ended up being over 1/2 off my initial total purchase! Kudos to Haili for putstanding customer service!
