Its Walmart. A clean store. Surprised how early they close, Im used to the big city. Must have significant theft issues. All the TVs were hooked together with anti-theft devices and each had their own security device.

Big store and selection. My favorite part of this Walmart is how it caters to the Amish by offering but covered and uncovered parking for the horses & carriages. Walmart even has a street sweeper/cleaner come through at night to clean all the horse droppings. Way to go Walmart!

Typical shopping experience...High school kids standing around talking or texting on their phones. Asked for help locating an item and, of course, they had no idea where it was. Not enough cashiers up front AGAIN.If youre planning a quick 10 minute trip inside to get a couple things, youre gonna be disappointed when it takes about 30 minutes.

This walmart is pretty good, but the overall atmosphere makes me feel exhausted and like I just want to leave. It’s really the other customers that do that to me rather than Walmart. Other than that, it’s exactly what you expect from Walmart.

Good place if you need stuff. Id recommend it more if they were open 24 hours again. For the people that work off shifts. And would be a better experience if they got rid of self checkout, and opened more job opportunities for paid checkouts.

They no longer service customers with a real person at checkout. On Saturday during peak times only one live person. You are expected to self-checkout. These systems constantly require an associate to clear software bugs. Go to Martin’s, you may pay a bit more; however, the quality and service is worth every penny. I am posting not as a one-time occurrence, the above issues are at all times and have been an issue for months.

I love Walmart super center! Each one has its own special layout and the clearance isle is a great way to find awesome bargains! Always friendly and clean..

We just moved to Topeka, IN. This is the closest Walmart to us. We have frequented this store many times, so far, to get the things that we need to decorate our new home. For the most part, this Walmart has had everything that weve needed or wanted. It is a very clean store. The restrooms are clean too. The associates are very friendly and helpful. They can help you find things quickly, when you cant find them yourselves. Cheryl, at the customer service desk, deserves high praise for helping us with a complicated mess with our purchases, just before her shift ended. This took over an hour for her to do, because some of our items were billed to the wrong card. She had to take all of those items off our receipt, one at a time, manually, to get the refund for one of our cards. Then she had to put them all back on a new receipt, one at a time, manually, to charge them to another card. She was calm and professional. She went above and beyond in my eyes. Thank you Cheryl!

It was good shopping tonight, wasnt crowded, plenty of checkout lanes open. The store was stocked fairly decent, no complaints. Keep up the good work!! 👍

This Walmart stood out from the moment I walked in the door. The cleanliness struck me first, then the amount and variation of products, the organization within the store and the friendliness of the staff. This is by far the best Walmart Ive been in. I am visiting from out of state so this was my first time at this location. Im not a regular but I was very impressed.

Now I am not sure if it was because I went there at 10:30 at night but it was pretty sketchy. A lot of people are just like walking/waiting in the parking lot, which makes me believe that they are looking to rob a car or worse a person. The inside was decently clean for a Walmart. I saw a lot of workers walking around which was nice to see, however, none of them seemed to be working the check out lanes, when I finished shopping. I dont know if the check out lanes close at a certain time or because of covid they are closed but I thought that was a little weird.

I was at the Pharmacy, been getting my RXs there for years. The pharmacist always knows how to answer my questions, the others know me so well that they know my voice over the phone. If Im having trouble getting a RX filled, the pharmacy walks me through the process of what I need to say to the Dr.s office. The line is worth the extra effort this Walmart Pharmacy does to help me get my RXs every month.

Well stocked but dont carry everything I buy... like for example packs of slim jims

Shelves need to be stocked more, but I can understand with the time were living in right now.

Low inventory and had to wait in line to self check out, which sucks because I am unable to lift items su h as dog food or milk. Only two in person aisles open.

They have to have the best selection of items in this walmart than any other walmart ive ever been to. I had to force myself to leave the store. cause I wanted to buy so much stuff from here. cause they had things other stores dont have. Or there prices were so good that it was hard not to buy it. Its Wal-Mart.However when they were have dollar and coin issues the whole all self checkout is card only and only one line open for cash was very effed up. They did it thinking if only one line for cash then theyll want to pay with card and everything is good. Sorry Wal-Mart, but if people are standing in line to pay with cash for 15+ minutes, most only wanting to buy a few items, then its obvious thats the only way to go for us. Caused me to either be late for work and Im sure cause many others to be late for various things.As a Customer Service rep myself I know how you chose to handle youre very minor issue with money was all about whats best for Walmart and the employees and nothing to do with keeping customers satisfied.Either round up when giveing change back or ask the customer if they would like to donate the remaining dollar to a charity or something similar.And why is there so much restocking and counting done while customers are shipping but you now close at 11PM? Does any 9f this cleaning and sanitizing get done that were told is the reason why even a year and a half later you stop letting people come in half hour before closing time and rush people out at 11pm?

DO NOT GET DELIVERY ORDERS FROM HERE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER BRING YOU YOUR ORDER. I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE 730 LAST NIGHT TO GET MY ORDER AND THEY KEEP PUSHING IT OFF AND NOW IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER HALF AN HOUR AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING AND I KEEP GETTING IGNORED. IT HAS BEEN 16 HOURS AND STILL NO ORDER.

They had laptop I was looking for in stock and were quick to help and check out.

I waited an hour and a half for an appointment I scheduled a day in advance to install a stem valve went to the restroom the lock on the door was broken two ppl walked in on me I went to wash my hands and the water sprayed all down my shirt I then waited 10 minutes more to talk to someone bout getting my keys and leaving I ended up having to tell a manager I was fed up with the service. I never got my car repaired. Very unsatisfied with Walmart!

Ordered curb side pickup. Got there and couldnt check-in because someone had marked my order as already picked up. Got it straightened out fairly quickly though.

Had a fabulous time food shopping, spent only $32. Other places would have been a little bit more. 😁

I order to fiscal burgers light mayonnaise, very cold food., I dont understand why fast food places like this what to up there price s, but cant serve hot food the meat was so cold. Who know how long it sat there,, I brought. It up to the cashier, the young girls that r working, and all they said was sorry., I even ask them please make sure it was hot, before I got them .. horrible

I was there on “ 9/28/21 “ i was in the fitting room area looking for some help for clothes & i think the young girl name is yamilet. after i tried asking for some help she gave me a really bad attitude and she didn’t seem like she wanted to help with what i needed “ and she kinda yelled at me

I had never been to the Goshen Walmart before I was not impressed.It wasnt the size or the goods that they had but the people that were shopping were somewhat rude if I accidentally stepped in front of someone Id say sorry but the customer would just give me a dirty look, and none of the people that work there seem to be very happy or smiling no greeting to customers especially when they may never have seen before I dont know if thats just the small town thing or if theyre just unhappy on the job. I will give it a three-star just because they had the same things that other Walmarts do have but they need to really clean up whatever is causing people who do not seem to be very happy on the job. That just brings the customer down and they want to get out of there as soon as possible not even look at anything else. Right now managers treat your people right and maybe theyll be happy.

It was very clean. Associates were smiling, friendly and helpful. They had some items in stock today that weve had trouble finding in other stores (Walmart and other stores in general).

Bought one of the worst Watermelons Ive ever had today from here. Sticker said grown locally & when I get it home I Ser the small print, in Florida. The Wabash region in Southern Indiana grows some of the best Watermelons I had in my 60+ years, why the hell would Wal-Mart get melons from Florida! Not ripe, Horrible!!

So the parking lot is pretty congested. But, once you get that worked out, the store is very clean, and the employees seem very nice and knowledgeable. I have visited here a few times now, and will return.

Only thing I wish would happen here is the time they close. When will we go back to 24 hour Walmarts???

Service desk was quick cashing checks today

Did a .com order, not needing any grocery items, so I could pick it up quickly at their pickup center. Surprise! Theyre not using the pickup center they recently put in (which certainly cost them thousands of dollars), so, now, instead of it being a quick in and out, you must go to the grocery pickup spot. At the grocery pickup spot, youre at the mercy of the poor, overworked store associate, who is the only one working in pickup. Definitely dont plan on being in and out quickly.

Couldnt find what I was wanting.or they dont carry it. Goshen Walmart is good for that.....

Omg! This was the nicest, cleanest, best stocked one we have ever been too! You should be proud! My wife even enjoyed shopping there. And thats rare.

It was horrible I was giving an ice maker for my birthday that didnt work one Walmart didnt have any and told me to go to another Wal-Mart I didnt have my receipt the first walmar I went told I didnt need it since it was a gift the second Wal-Mart refused to exchange it bc I didnt had the receipt I explained was I was told in the first Walmart and they told me that every Wal-Mart has there own polices since it was over $100 they couldnt give me the money back I told them I didnt want the money just an exchange well they said there was nothing they could do bc they need it proof that I bought it there so I told them that I was going to ask the person that bought it to send me a picture of the receipt then they said that wasnt enoght proof bc they need it to see the actual receipt.

The people who pull the groceries and online orders are rude and always in the way. If you are looking at something they will pull their cart right in front of you and start pulling stuff for the people who are to lazy to do their own shopping.

This walmart is not as crowded as some of the other ones Ive been too. Its also well stocked and clean

Great Store always have the items in stock and on the shelves, the folks that stock the shelves are always busy but courteous, great place to shop they get you in there and through the check-out fairly quick, that is why we keep going back.

It is usually relatively clean (in comparison with other Wal-Mart locations Ive visited inn the past), with helpful staff.

Never have registers open have had to me my own cashier the last 4 visits.Obviously its hard to say I wont go back but if I have to schedule my visits when they have 1 lane open I can probably schedule my visit somewhere else as well. 🤷🏼

Nice size Walmart. Really clean. Good subway which is at the back of the store. The auto center can handle 1 ton dually pickup as well.

As soon as we entered the door we were greeted by a young girl worker at the grocery area who was rude snappy and not very nice. We were asked if we had masks (not in a nice way either) and were asking how we were supposed to wear these new and confusing masks and were told to our faces that we are clueless and not very smart people. Not a very nice way to greet customers:/

They always have what I need. Today they had more registers open. Not just the self-service ones. We were in a line that had quite a bit of things in their carts, so an associate opened another register for us. I appreciate that.

Very limited on things today. Didnt really have what we needed so had to settle for something else.

I hate going to Walmart, bad customer service bad pricing, all the workers are kids that are just standing around. No open registers for cash. And when you ask them for help on ciggs or alcohol they look at you like you asked for their soul. I had to pick a star but if it was my choice it would be negative
