The Doctor as well as the staff were very friendly and helpful. I have had issues with lights for years driving at night. With my new contacts I am able to see very well at night and not blinded by oncoming traffic. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

My experience today was amazing! I was in desperate need of new glasses. Dr. Wade did a great job with my exam and was very kind and professional. I had a hard time picking out glasses, but Ieesha and Kyle were patient and very helpful as i looked at lots of frames. They helped me decide on what looked good and felt comfortable. I am so glad I came here for glasses.

I actually met this group at the fair this summer. They were fun and convinced me to check them out, so I gave them a try. Ive never been to Pearl Vision before, so let me tell you..I wasnt expecting to be impressed but I was. I thought for sure I was going to have to do battle with my kids over glasses. But I didnt have to. The staff there knows what they are doing. The manager took charge of my girls selections and had them in glasses that we were all happy with. Im happy with the service we received and will definitely go back.

I have been coming here for years now and I love Dr. Wade. His staff is always helpful and kind! I have worked with several people they are great. I look forward to going in every year for my exam but I also don’t dread needing to go on when I need adjustments!

Great place for quick eye exams. My husband was able to get lens and frames from online since they didnt carry them in-house. Quick and easy ordering process. You may have to wait a few more seconds than you planned, but the wait is worth the friendliness.

The Dr is good. Examination is good; however, Ive had issues getting my Rx sent to me. Had to request my Rx multiple times because they would rather put a task that should take less than 1 minute on hold instead of taking care of it. The associates need to prioritize better. I dont like spending time of phone continually asking them to do something that should have been taken care of when I had my exam.

We went to get my husband a new pair of glasses this past week. We had an exam with Dr. Wade who we have been going to for decades now and we were also helped by the amazing team to find him the set he liked best. The manager Ieesha was very helpful and made us feel welcome. We highly recommend them!

Dr. Wade is great and Ive never had a problem with the staffing before now. I have been trying for 3 days to talk to an actual human there just order another box of contacts. It just rings and rings until it goes to voicemail, then it says that the voicemail box is full and hangs up on me.

Kyle and Ieesha were amazing to work with and helped pick the right glasses for my entire family. Highly recommend.

The dr spent more time telling me how everyone over 40 needs bifocals and how him and his wife n father are in the vision industry and have offices. I picked up 3 of 4 pair of glasses had to argue for 20 minutes to get him to come out and help adjust the messed up pair. Waited another 3 weeks to get them back and they still are not acceptable to use in a manufacturing setting. I showed up at 1pm the sign on the door stated office lunch until 2pm - the business next door went and WOKE UP the ONLY staff member that was there at 215pm. And made it clear that happens frequently. I have no words for that kind of behavior or business ethic. I asked for a refund and was told they don’t do refunds they will just keep fixing them until they are right. They are not corporate owned so apparently no one cares. I live 40 miles away and don’t have time to constantly run there for adjustments to lenses that may or may not be accurate. I’ve waited long enough they should have been accurate. It was a two week wait initially from the exam. So we are 5 weeks out they have been paid and I am still not happy, don’t have the second pair and they don’t care that I have to go out of my way or spend extra money on unnecessary trips to drive there for the changes they haven’t made right. I wanted a refund and that’s not a thing so I should keep spending more money to drive there and back and hope they are open when I arrive and that they have finally fixed the issue. Super disappointed with this particular facility and the Actions of the staff.UPDATE:As of 1021 today (10/21) they have offered to make this right and fix the error stating that this is definitely not a normal experience! I will keep updating as Aisha keeps her words on helping me out and that she will do 3 things as a courtesy to solve the issues. As that happens I will update however due to their privacy and respect I will not state (at this time) what was promised.

I will start by saying Dr. Wade is amazing, he is quick and very knowledgeable at what he does.Went back a few months later to have a paper signed for insurance and pick our eye prescriptions, the lady at the front desk was very bothered and had a bad attitude by me asking for this. She came back to the computer at the front and threw the papers down by her computer and said in a rude tone this will take a while you can have a seat.even know we were the only ones there.Definitely not going back after that. Especially if they have terrible attitudes like that.

Best visit to the optometrist ever!!I tried this location out because they accept my VSP insurance. From the time I scheduled until I walked out the door after the appointment, this was an absolute great experience!I scheduled online. The appointment availability was great! I tried scheduling other places and appointments were a month out. Here, I was able to schedule within one week and didnt have to take time off work or take my daughter out of school.When we went for our appointment, we were greeted immediately by Sara (no H). She was extremely personable and helped me choose a pair of frames, giving an unbiased and friendly opinion.Dr. Wade has a great chairside manner. He talked about his family and hus volunteer work. It was nice to get to know him on a personal level. He told me that I needed bifocals-in a way that wasnt offensive.Kyle was really easy to talk with. He explained my coverage and helped me with choose options that maximized my insurance benefits.Ieesha wrapped it all up making sure all of our questions were answered. She made sure we had a great experience before we left.I definitely recommend this office. Customer service is the best!!!

Dr. Jeffery Wade is fantastic. I have been going to him ever. There are 3 different Dr Wades in this office. I miss having Sara to help me. The glasses always fit the first time and the lenses were always correct with her.This office no longer measures personally but by some contraption so the last two years in trying to get my progressives correct has been a very expensive proposition for me with too numerous return visits to get it corrected.The staff is working at it but it is not the care of Sara.The actual reading part of the dispensed Perscription is forcing my eyes to close to my nose causing terrible strain and Only allows for about 5-10 minutes of reading. I cannot read at all without picking the glasses up off my nose and holding them to get to the Perscription. In other words, the Perscription is too low on the lense. This is a technical issue by the ones who make the lenses. When Sara used to fit me she marked the glasses for where my pupils for distance were and also marked them for reading. This is no longer done which is probably an owner decision. It is now done a standard way as if all people are made alike. This puts the staff in a awkward position and makes it harder for them who’s eyes do not move like the average. I noticed in one of the reviews the owner said for someone to stop in because they didn’t answer their phone. That is not good customer service. Good customer service is wjen the store reaches out to correct things. The customer should not have to beg to get what they need .I paid extra for wider range vision but it is not even wide enough to cover the full width of a books page. It only covers about 1/3 the width of a page.

What a great experience Dr. Wade is the nicest optometrist I’ve ever met. He really makes you feel like he is there with you, and only you during your appointment.

I called in about a glasses problem from a pair of glasses that I purchased from them. To make this short the new manager tried to tell me that the part I needed for my glasses was non replaceable. I proceeded to tell her that I specifically ask if this part was replaceable when I purchased them and the sales lady even showed me how to replace it. Well she said she would have to check with her vendor and get back with me. That was 3 weeks ago and no contact. I just went to Walmart and bought the part ( FYI they have the same frame for 1/4 the cost). I really like the doctor there but after this I will just purchase my glasses at Walmart. Save me some money to in the process.

Great place to get your eyes checked ..Ive been coming here for at least 30yrs.. Dr. Wade ...(not only having a great last name) is thorough in his exams and you arent jus a number in his office...He takes the time to get to know you and your concerns.
