Had an issue were parts that are under warranty failed. I was told they wouldnt do the work unless I bought parts from them. Very disappointed! I am a loyal customer and they service all 3 of my cars. We will not be back.

I have been a steady and faithful customer for over 8 years! Brian D and his staff are top notch people and mechanics. They do great automotive work and maintenance. They guarantee and have pride in their work, have excellent prices and ensure customer satisfaction and safety. This is why their customers--like me-- trust, rely and return to them for any and all car issues, including state inspections. and oil changes. They have good service hours and acommodate customers when emergencies arise--even if they are booked with scheduled appointments.

Great place, was in and out for a safety and emissions inspection. Easy peasy.

Actively talked me out of repairs that werent worth the money. The hurt their own bottom line in service of moral values by just telling me the facts in an unbiased manner, and helped me learn some things too. Also saved me like $1300 vs an estimate from a different repair shop. Great guys, definitely will miss having them nearby after having moved.

I called to see how much it would cost for them to just evacuate my air conditioning system so I could replace my compressor myself. It literally involves just hooking my car up to a machine and turning it on. 1/2 hour to hour max. They quoted me $190 which is ridiculous. I can purchase the entire evacuation machine for $200+ dollars and do it myself but for a one time job that was more than I wanted to spend. I knew they were trying to rip me off and figured that I would just say sure here is $190 bucks and thank you so much. I called Firestone on University Dr. and low and behold $40 to do the job, $150 less than Champion and it only took them 20 minutes from the time I arrived at Firestone to finish the job. This is the whole problem with the automotive repair industry trying to rip off unsuspecting regular people. Shame on you Champion and I wouldnt take my car to them if they were the last repair place on earth, I would rather walk.

Overall experience has been good.

Didn’t touch my car for 2 days! Asked why and they told me they were behind. Not upfront with me from the get go. Do not take your car here if you need it back in a timely manner because they just do not care.

These guys were great! I came in the morning with an issue with my car and they had it fixed by the end of the day. They also went above and beyond giving me a ride so I didnt have to stay in the waiting room all day. Mike up front was super polite and considerate. Not sure who worked on my care but Im extremely grateful for you guys!

This place couldnt help a disabled stranded person, soon as they found out I was disabled they hung up on me... These people are nothing but trash !I broke down on April 28th at 7 p.m. I made it to the smart buy gas station on main Street shortly after that. I called around everybody was closed until the next morning. Started making all my calls at 7:30am on April 29th. I finished making my calls around 10 a.m. April 29th.

My wife and I were heading to a wedding and realized we had a bolt draining the air out of our tire! Very quick service! Got us fixed in less than 30 minutes! We got lucky it was slow but everyone was really nice!

My car broke down and I coasted into Champion/J&W Automotive and the owner William could not have been any nicer or more accommodating to me. He got my car running and gave me a quote for repairs on the spot and did not charge me a thing. It is refreshing to find honest and good people out there in the world when you need them most. I highly recommend J&W and their services.

I throughly enjoyed my experience at Champion Automotive. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The owner Bryan goes out of his way to make the customer feel comfortable. I look forward to having a long term relationship with these guys for a long time.

DO NOT GO TO THESE THIEVES!Brought my vehicle in to have brakes checked. It was checked and I was told it needed new front brake pads and that the rotors were so bad they needed replacing. I questiones this and was told that their is a new law that would only allow them to be turned once at best. Also told there was water in the brake line but couldnt explain how. Due to the over selling by theemployee, who was basically a kid that new nothing, I declined the repair.Took the vehicle less than two miles down the road to a very established repair shop and got a new diagnosis, Everything looked fine and the rotorsjust needed turning. Told the mechanics about Champion and they just shook their head.Took my vehicle directly to a very established repair shop less than two miles away. Diagnosis: rotors only needed to be machined, everything else seemed fine. When told about the Champion diagnosis he laughed.

These guys really care about doing a quality job and can be trusted. They go above and beyond to explain in detail the problems and the solutions. The customer service is outstanding every time.

Champion Automotive and Tire is top notch. Brian, the owner, is knowledgeable and very reliable. Hes fair and frank. Definitely recommend his services.

I was coming down Main St in Graham when I realized that I had a flat tire. I pulled in and they had me all fixed up in 15 minutes!! Very kind and I will be back!! Thanks guys!!

This is a very expensive place for repair work. They add an $80/ hour, minimum 1/2 hour, “Diagnostic Charge”, essentially charging you for a quote, to your bill in addition to quoted Labor and Parts charges, without your knowledge or authorization. They do not disclose this beforehand. Bulla-Warren or Southern Tire are much better choices.

DO NOT TRUST!!!! Took our car here to have leaking tire checked out....mistake!!! We normally go to same place was afraid we wouldn’t make it due to tire leaking air and within a couple minutes Champion told us we needed a new over $200 tire and we said no so they charged us to put the spare on. We decided to go have second opinion(place we normally go) another tire place had the tire plugged within 10 minutes and didn’t even charge us due to having purchased tires there originally. Very disappointed that there are only a few honest people left in this world. Think twice before you use this place. You have been warned!!!!

Weeding through service shops to find someone you can trust can be a challenge. Champion has the technical knowledge to get it right and wont sell you a bunch of stuff you dont really need. A winner!

Dont recommend, my husband bought 2 batteries from this company, they are only 3 years old, went back because they are going bad, was told they dont sell this brand of battery anymore and they wouldnt stand behind what they sold, was supposed to be free install, they charge 49.00 to install, I believe in keeping the customers happy, if customers arent happy with the service, they are likely not to recommend them to someone else in the future, I suggest if you use this company, know your stuff beforehand dont let them rip you off to, I wont be recommending them to anyone.......

Horrible! will never use them again! to explain...Took my 07 santa fe in Feb to get timing belt done. Was told by hyundai that water pump does not need to be done so i elected not to do so. 2 Weeks ago i notice a leak and that im almost out of coolant. Take it to different shop and find out that a motor mount bolt that bolts to engine thru water pump was missing. Once they start doing work find out two more bolts are also missing. So i spend $750 to do water pump and per coolant got on belt had to re replace timing belt. My interaction with Champion auto is as follows..7/28 11:40Am - mechanic calls stating 3 bolts were missing.7/28 11:45Am - called champion spoke with Brain (owner) he advised send pics of missing bolts.7/28 2:40pm - emailed pics and called champion to confirm they received email. Was told Brian would call me back.7/28 4:50pm - called back champion. Was told Brian would call me back before close or first thing in morning.7/29 10:00Am - no call so i called and was told Brian was on test drive.7/29 2:50Pm - called champion. Finally talk to Brian. Was told he water old water pump. Brian then hung up with i was talking. I then called my mechanic and was told they no longer had water pump. I then spoke to Wesley and stated i want what re doing to timing belt cost me since their tech did not put bolts back $350. Was told that they would do nothing for me because i dont have the old part. They are the only ones to touch my car till new mechanic.So not only did i have to keep calling to speak to Brian he hangs up on me. As a busi.ess owner i think this is horribly wrong. So you can say honest mistake or a way to get more business since i declined. After my interaction with Brian im going with not an accident.
