I saw on YouTube how they called the police on somebody doing a constitutionally protected activity. In other words they wasted police time over somebody not breaking the law. No big deal, but it would have been nice to see the man from Payne come back out and apologize. Ill give my business to people with humility.

Todays our first day with Payne Oil, and I must say were extremely satisfied with the services provided so far. From scheduling over the phone, to the in-home installation of the gas line, we were treated fairly and with respect. They made us feel like family, which is tough to come by these days. We asked Ameri-gas/Foust five different times to schedule for an estimate, and they NEVER followed through. Thanks for making this happen Payne Oil! Update: we received our first bill, and it was ~$100 less than quoted! A+

This is a wonderful company that not only cares about their customers but also goes the extra mile above & beyond what’s required of a business. We called in for service to gas logs and had a response and appointment by the next day! Great customer service and super knowledgeable technicians.And for the lady that left a 1-star, you refill your tank probably yearly.. so you had a year to call it in but didn’t until the last day you needed it? Be a good human, and don’t expect people to jump due to your failure to be responsible. You get a 1-star rating on being human. You’re not entitled before anyone else to get devices. Stand in line & wait your turn. I’m sure you aren’t sacrificing any time you have off to provide any service to anyone else. Thank you Payne Oil for always being a 1st class company.

Understandably people need to have off for the holiday however how is it that you provide HEAT for people and because of the holiday I am to wait 5 days for delivery of propane. I know the policy is 3 days notice but its often delivered the same day. I didnt notice I had nothing on the tank, called to at 12 today, and had 2 different people speak to me with absolutely no compassion. I know there is nothing the the ladies in the office can do but the least you could do is be nice about it. I didnt intentionally end up empty. I work in a service industry and sometimes being compassionate and empathizing goes a long way.

Just wanted to say thank you to Jessica and Carla for being the best! Every time I call in they are so polite and always ask the most important questions to determine what’s best for my situation.I understand that every time may not suit me but guarantee anyone who calls in will get the most professional, passionate and polite ladies you could ever meet through the phone. The service I get when I call is excellent!! Carla and Jessica are amazing, they are very prompt and professional. I am so pleased with the service I get with this company. We move often, so Ive had experience with multiple propane companies in the past few years. Payne Oil is by far the best propane company to work with. The driver that comes to my house is extremely considerate and the office team is always pleasant and knowledgeable. They do a great job of keeping me warm. I hope we live in their territory for many more years.

Honest and reliable propane company.

I recently got a bill for over $400 because they decided to skip us and double up the next time. That may be convenient for them, but it makes it harder for us to pay that large of bill and if were late they fee you! Now even though we couldve got by on what we had left since its getting warmer, they want to fill it so they make $. I wont even use what they delivered! I think its time to buy our own tank! IN REPLY: EFFICIENT FOR YOUR POCKET. I dont want a monthly payment, just fairness, why dont you get rid of your late payment. Oh well, like most businesses, the customer is always wrong.

Excellent Customer Service ! Jessica and Carla are very friendly and knowledgeable, they both have been able to help explain my bill and any questions that I might have, done their very best to have service brought to my house within every means possible, I have been very happy with the service provided by the staff at Payne Oil and will continue to use them as my heating company.
