WOW Folks either really love you or dont like you at all.My experience was very good. We called with the part numbers needed, they verified availability and pulled them for us. When we arrived we were waited on quickly and cashed out. The only reason we did not give a 5 star rating is the items were about 15% higher than the last purchase for the identical items. Be very careful not to price yourself out of business. As a customer we will compare prices for variances.Overall based on our experience we would recommend this business.

Outstanding service and quality parts for tractors. Great customer service an greeted when I entered the store which is great in my opinion an eyes being in retail myself acknowledging the customer entering the store.

Called the store, discussed what services I needed on my tractor along with the year, make, and model. The employee on the phone made an appointment.I paid to have my tractor towed to the store, but when the tractor arrived, the owner said they werent willing to do that kind of work on this type of tractor.The owner got very aggressive with me and told me that it was my fault because when I spoke on the phone, I talked to the wrong employee.Of course I explained I have no control over who answers the phone, and I cant possibly know who is the right employee on his staff. He called me lazy and said its not his employees fault for not knowing what work the shop performs on different types of tractors.The owner was very rude, aggressive, and refused to refund me any amount of the towing cost to bring a tractor to his store for a confirmed appointment to perform previously agreed to services.

I drove 50 miles one way because of the helpful attitude they displayed over the phone. They resealed my 50 year old Ford 4000 steering gear for a fair price and did so in a timely manner. Good people, fair price, I have no hesitation recommending them.

Good set of guys. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

They charged me three times what they should have. I brought in an axle to replace the bearing, race, and seal. I had already removed the axle nut and I power washed the assembly. I provided the bearing, race, and seal. I even told them not to pack the bearing, as I can do that with a needle lube grease gun, which can pack the bearing in place. They have a puller to remove the shaft without a press. This is truly a 1/2 hour job - flat rate. In real time, this should be a 15 minute job. They charged 1.5 hours!!!! Absolutely insane. The counter guy made up some BS which contradicts how you do they job. Stay away from these folks!

Needed a couple parts for a Stihl weedeater and had been told in 2 different places that it would be about a week... was told to check Graham Tractor. Not only were they far more pleasant to deal with than the previous dealers, they had BOTH parts in stock!A grumpy about a week as compared to a friendly 5 minutes? No contest! These guys are great, knowledgeable, and fair! The parts they had in stock were 15% cheaper than the special ordered identical parts from the other guys. Great home town country store!

If you arent a farmer - just the Green Acres - whats a Tractor? newcomer to the country type - Graham Tractor is your place. If you are a farmer - well, you already come here! The folks are terrific and answer all my dumb questions. They dont make me feel dumb, but readily help me out to resolve problems and get me back to work! They are an invaluable asset, but then again....local farmers who have been patronizing them for years...know that! You could not ask for a more knowledgeable group of individuals who are ready to help. So, if tractors and attachments are new to your life, dont hesitate to come see these folks to help you out. You wont regret it!

Worst Customer service I have experienced. They had my lawn mower for over a month and couldnt call me once with a status update. Spoke with owner and he didnt seem to care at all. Not impressed with the service and will not be back.
