I prefer and try to do as much business with local companies as I possibly can. When my large facility needed a few generic fittings and tubing I went here as they are a local business. The lady in the front office began asking for models and serial numbers as I am sure she is instructed to do. After explaining what I needed she instructed me to speak with Tom. Let’s just say Tom is one of the most unpleasant humans I have ever encountered. His rudeness and inexplicable behavior will never get any of my business. Which includes the small parts I needed today or the service on my 8 compressors. My advice if you need air compressor service or parts pretend this place doesn’t exist. They don’t need anymore business obviously.

Tommy has been helping us for over 30years. Havent found anyone more knowledgeable in the compressor industry. Just purchased a new Drier since mine went out and within days not only did he have my new drier but also had the best price of ANYONE including online distributors. Thank you Tommy & Tammy!!!
Id leave less than one star if I could. Drove 30 minutes and brought the part with me that I needed a replacement gasket for and was told I had to have the serial number and model number off the air compressor I was working on. Didnt even try to help me. You can bet I wont be doing business with this place ever again.
I sure do appreciate getting a person on the phone who knows what he is talking about. I dont need any sugar-coating... I called an air compressor company ...not a donut shop. Tommy knows his stuff and his many years of experience is helpful. When I need air compressors... I would only call McGuires.

WoW I called to ask a simple question about an air compressor and give them two part numbers to see if they had or could get them I spoke with a guy by the name of Tommy I dont know if he is the owner or just works there but he had one more I dont care attitude I Guess my call just ruined his whole day maybe even his whole month. I do frame up restorations and custom street rod cars and trucks I spend a lot of time on the phone ordering parts and supplys from all over the country if I call a business and they sound so annoyed to even be speaking to me..( and youd be surprised how many that are that way these days ) I say thanks and good bye as quick as I can and you can bet money that I will never darken their day again by calling them back even if it cost me more elsewhere.the phone book and World Wide Web are loaded with businesses selling the same products and services and most of them are happy to help you part with your money and smile while doing it .I was going to ask about buying some air filters and gaskets I needed to finish my project with but was so put off by the rude Attitude and hateful tone of voice I just kindly said good bye and have a great day and he crunched the phone down without a word.iv ran a really successful business for over 35 years and have many many customers who iv done repairs and builds for from the days I first opened they sure dont keep coming back because Im grouchy and short with them and whether my customers are on the phone or standing right in front of me I always say thank you out of respect for them being the reason my doors are still open when a lot of businesses have had to close theirs in these near recession times you should be thankful your phone is ringing because when it stops so will your income.
I have found my business experience with Mr. McGuire to be a very pleasant process. Hes always done whatever he said he would do on time and at a fair price.
Called after ordering three hose reels, one was broken on arrival. What they dont tell you is that they dont ship the reels they have them drop shipped from the manufacture. They are only an extra middle man. If you have a problem you are on your own. If you are going to do all of the work yourself, and there is a problem why even use the middleman? These guys dont even have the foggiest idea of the meaning of customer service.
One star because I can’t do 0 stars never go there they will call you a lier and not stand behind there poor workmanship.
