BE WARE of this business, its used cars, and practices! We were intrigued by an offer we received in the mail for a pre-approval. We researched their inventory online and received a quote for our trade-in on their website.When we went to test drive some vehicles that we saw online We were given many excuses as to why the vehicles were not available.They claimed that some of the vehicles had just been sold and others have just been sent to the shop. For one car, they said that a catalytic converter that was attempted stolen and not to worry about the loud sound. Another vehicle we test drove was shaking and the motor was visibly trembling. Once we found a car we were interested in, they then offered us less than half of the offer we were given online for our trade-in. They advised us to keep it and sell it ourselves. They do not appear to value their customers and gave us the runaround about why the website gave us a different quote. We did not purchase from them. I question their trustworthiness. They seem to want to take advantage of buyers.

I drove an hour to look at a vehicle that has a good price on the internet. It was acting up when I arrived, the check engine light started flashing. They checked it out said everything was good, I went back up to test drive, it threw a check engine light completely. They worked on it over night, they found the issue, I drove up a third time, I was excited, the problem was fixed but then they came back and said the price on the website was too low, they were sorry but they couldnt sell it to me for that price. They would not budge, I ended up having to leave. 6 hours of drive time and gas and then they tried to raise the price on me. It hurts so bad to have that happen, I really wanted that car, but couldnt afford to play those games.

I assumed it was Westgates fault because the bank made it clear to me that they never received the payment. I received a call from Elizabeth from Westgate. She assured me that they sent the full payoff on 1/13. After being on the phones literally for 2 hours over 3 phone calls, we confirmed that it was the fault of the bank. Not only did we get wonderful service in the buying process, Elizabeth stepped up to help me through this crazy process with the bank.Just purchased an awesome 2016 Jeep Renegade, in Omaha Orange, for my wife! She LOVES it like no other car weve had, which has been MANY. PARKER, DALLAS, & CLAY were wonderful to work with. Lowest price on what we wanted----skyview upgrade. Gave me an above average trade value & a great price. I have purchased over 20 vehicles in the last 20 years & Westgate was at the top. I highly recommend coming here for a car purchase! We live outside of Graham and we’re interested in a vehicle. Dallas took the time to text a video of the inside and outside of the car which we truly appreciated. We went the next day. The pluses were Dallas was extremely helpful, buying the car was easy, we were just handed the keys for a test drive and paperwork went smoothly. Dallas even helped me program my phone in the vehicle. Deltas were car was out of gas before the test drive, the car was really dirty, very little wiggle room on the price. I would stay clear of this place. It was the worst car buying experience Ive ever had. They dont go the extra mile or even the mile at that. Ive had to hunt down the financing person just to see if they will finally pay off my trade-in vehicle loan. I bought my car on April 7th, it is now May 2nd and they have yet to pay it off, or return my voicemails on my concerns. Ive already made my first payment with my new loan company so I know that Triad Mitsubishi has the money to pay off my old loan. The sales department is okay. Luckily, I was already fixated on the vehicle I wanted, so they didnt have to do much. I wouldnt waste my time again, and would advise against anyone elses time too.

I bought my Jeep Wrangler from Shea at westgate a little over a month ago and I could not be more pleased with the whole experience. The process was easy and quick. A week or so after our purchase, we noticed a popping noise and took it to the service department. We definitely understand things happen and were so pleased when the fix was under warranty. The service department did an outstanding job, were 100% honest and gave us accurate and detailed updates several times. This situation could have been super stressful but westgate did an amazing job and we truly appreciate it!
