Only been in twice since Covid started, but everyone has been masked and doing their best to distance. Employees are generally knowledgeable about sales or know who they can ask. Lines arent bad during off peak hours. Highly recommend their photoboxes when on sale for $2.

Best customer service around! I wanted the last light up deer it was a display. The associates in the floor were extremely friendly especially I was in at almost 10pm after a 12hr day friendly faces were nice to see. Even got help carrying to my car. No fuss and it was 4 below! Will definitely shop Michaels over other craft stores in the future if staff is always this great and genuine!

Aawwww Michaels. My mom loves this place. Doesnt take long to spend a lot of money but it has everything.The staff is great and the environment is always clean.If youre into do-it-yourself craft projects this will feel very similar to heaven.I still think they should have a random baby monkey that roams the store and steals your hat but will give it back if you give it something... but... you cant have everything :)Give this place a try I think youll like it.

Cute little craft store; friendly staff. Love taking the little ones to the craft events every Saturday. They do something different. They also have classes you can take and different events for the kiddos throughout the summer

Great selection of craft supplies! I can always find supplies I need (and more!). Prices are reasonable and the sales are great. The app isn’t the easiest to use and most of the staff I’ve talked to don’t know how to use it either.

I always buy journaling pens here. Excited to find a six pack of pens and got to use a 40% coupon on them. Staff is friendly and helpful. My granddaughters love the crafts I buy for them at Michaels when I go to S.D. Great items to select from.

The visit want for me but my wife. She always seems to find something even when they do not have what she originally went in for. This time she found really nice paint brushes that were clearanced so she got an amazing price on them.

Ive NEVER been to a bad Michaels. Ive lived in 4 states and visited others in many states. In fact, Ive even worked at a Michaels. But quit. After only 2 days. Im not a retail chic. But anywho- the bottom line is that Michaels is a consistently great store no matter where you go.

Michaels has a wide range of crafts for any age. It is full of tempting projects. Staff is helpful and friendly.

I love this store! But when I go there, I dont feel Im being helped, and the employees are usually kind of rude.I went to a class of tie t shirts like a month or so ago, and the instructor was super rude and did not know how to treat kids or anybody in there. I would just go back because I like to learn new things, but that person did not like me. She was explaining everything with an attitude and expect the kids to know how to do everything she was saying.

The employees are always nice to me. The prices are not the best unless you use a coupon, and then it is worth it. They also give discounts to veterans.

I was able to purchase an item for 50% off and left a happy camper
