**Update: New manager seems to have taken down the open sign. Not sure if its a new company policy, or so customers dont bother him. Either way it makes it very hard to tell when the store is open. It seems all the best employees have gone. Not sure why the owners have allowed their store to go downhill so quickly, but we definitely wont be back now.Have been using this store for years! Usually the staff is amazing and helpful. It appears the excellent manager they used to have moved, and unfortunately the new manager is definitely not good. He embodies every bad parts store meme youve ever seen. Still absolutely love the regular guys that have been there a while, they are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! We have often driven 80 mile round trips just to get their amazing service and parts. Now its definitely not worth making the drive during the day. That doesnt work very well if you need parts during business hours, so weve just had to take our business elsewhere...

Oh my gosh! Dylan is amazing! He put in my bulbs for me and took the time to switch them out to figure out the problem with my signal light. And he found my phone! (It was on my car) The others were nice too, but Dylan deserves Employee of the Month!

Stopped here in the middle of a blizzard with a Chevy that had a dead battery. Other stores had closed due the weather, but these guys were open. Better yet, he installed the battery in my truck out in the blizzard. Highly recommend this parts place PLUS!

To say that I’m “blown away” with the service and attitude of Jeremy would be an understatement. I purchased windshield wiper blades for myself and for my niece during a storm that had hit our area. We both were struggling because of broken wipers. Jeremy came out to our vehicles and changed them out for both of us. It was snowing and blowing, freezing temps, and Jeremy stayed there until he had them properly installed. I wouldn’t have been able to do it, as they were blades I was really unfamiliar with. Autozone has a “gem” of an employee in Jeremy. I will happily send all of my friends to Autozone, and tell them about the “gold service” I received there.

It must have been Brennans first day. He asked for the phone number five times. Nice guys but they need to sell it better not when its to late and Im walking out the door.

I said thanks. Thats the last of my money. The guy was like whatever. I need these products for my job. Im infuriated. Im throwing out that autozone rewards cards I just signed up for. Ill go elsewhere

Got my parts I needed

Pleasantly surprised with the pricing and service I have received here multiple times.

They tried selling me a resistor for my vehicle for $75 when I had found one on their online store for only $15. According to their manager the $15 one would not work with my vehicle even though the website said fits your vehicle. I ordered the $15 one anyways and it works just fine in my vehicle. Either this store is trying to scam a college student or just very unfamiliar with the product it sells.

To the employee who told me changing a headlight bulb would cost me $200 and be impossible to do without removing my entire bumper and headlight casing because my girlfriend has this same car: f* you.took me 3 mins to do it myself.i might be just a girl, but i know im talking about.normally this place is great. but the attitude and pretentiousness from this one employee today was atrocious. i was barely done talking when the estimate of $200 came out of his mouth. literally had to argue that it doesnt cost that much for a bulb.talked down to me when i told him Ive never had to remove anything to replace a bulb before, this didnt sound right. especially since ive changed bulbs on my car 4 times before, first time myself, last time at this exact store, and no, no one removed my bumper to do so. ever.instead of wasting energy arguing, i just took the bulbs and did it myself at home.literally. 3. minutes.and thats including fixing an air duct that had slipped.not cool, bro. not cool.

Needed a 4x4 actuator for a 2012 dodge. It was a sunday...oriellys auto...advanced auto parts couldnt get the part till Tuesday. Called auto zone....we can have it here from our fargo store in 4 hours.....what?! On a sunday. Couldnt believe it. Will definitely shop here again.
