They accommodate to the working person, which is something I need. They also do not make you wait to get your vehicle in, like other places do. Great staff, great work, great prices! Ive been taking my MINI Cooper to Gateway for 15 yrs. I totally trust the guys here.

Dropped my Audi off for an oil change and full 100,000 mile inspection. They found a few things that needed replaced (that I was suspicious of anyway so I was ready for it) and quoted me a very fair price for each. They let me know which items were of high priority and which would be okay to wait on. I decided to go ahead with everything and they were able to overnight parts and have my car ready in less than 3 days. The car is running great and I still have some cash in my pocket, not to mention the friendly customer service!

Couldnt be happier with the service. Have used Gateway for preventive maintenance and repairs on an Audi and now on a MINI Cooper. Ive found them to be extremely honest, knowledgeable, efficient and effective. Instead of investing in a fluffy customer lounge with gourmet coffee, they focus on providing professional on-target service at reasonable prices. Sure works for me!

I just took my car to this shop for the first time a couple days ago for a valve adjustment and it was borderline insane how pleasant of an experience it was. I dont work here, nor do I know anybody from this shop just to clear that up for the trolls. This business exemplifies how a one should operate and how employees should treat customers. Incredibly nice people who were helpful, communicable, and respectful. I even received a text message yesterday thanking me for my business... I personally just dont see things like that from anywhere else. These simple gestures of customer service make the difference between a business and a great business. These guys are great! I am kept coming back to this business over the years and have never been disappointed. They do fair, honest, and great work that they stand behind. For instance the last time I went in I thought I needed to get all my brakes done, but I was unsure. Every other place quoted me for all of them. These guys actually looked at my car before fixing it and let me know I only had to get two replaced with a little extra rotor work. Even though I now live in a different city these guys still have my business for sure!

These guys were amazing. My timing belt snapped and seriously jacked up my engine, and they gave me tons of options about fixing it, and when it broke down again right after(suspicious, i know, but honestly it was unrelated) they looked at it for free(made sure it wasnt their fault) and told me what exactly was wrong and i just fixed it myself. Ill definitely go back if i ever need to, but fingers crossed i wont need to lol.
