Shelves barely stocked, prices are outrageous, poor lighting

They have a ton of party stuff. Halloween costumes were super picked over, but that is too be expected day before Halloween. Friendly staff

Fun to walk around and checkout the costumes. Decorations are a bit overpriced. I seen some of the same items at the dollar store.I will say that party and event supplies are where it is at!!! Huge variety! Check out all the isles and you should have your theme completely covered.

My go to store for any type of party. Staff is very helpful and polite

Workers were friendly even tho many customers were in store and they were having to rush around to get to us but each customer was paid special attention to for each order.

Wow they have got Halloween covered! They have a huge assortment of costumes available. I was surprised by the kids party isle. I will totally be bringing my daughter here to see what she likes for a themed birthday party. The staff asked if I needed any help finding anything and was quick to show me what I was looking for. Overall a fun place to get ready for a party.

Nice clean store. Pretty spendy for what you get. They do have a nice selection of different party supplies. Everything from birthdays, weddings and basic dress up. Now they even have Santa Claus suits. Well worth the stop to look around.

The man working the morning of November 14th was so incredibly rude. It was hands down the worst costumer service I have ever encountered. Then to top off the absolute horrible experience we had in the store... He lied to me when I called asking if I left an item ( I paid for) behind . I went to the store to talk to someone about it and I could hear him say to the lady he just went ahead and put it back on the shelf. Which is fine but why lie to me about it when I called? I will never be back.

Tina, the clerk was very polite and helpful. She discerned I was shopping for a business event and told me about their corporate discount program. Its pretty sweet deal. It was great until she had to get approval from, Raquel?, the manager. She was on the phone in the back and didnt answer the page. When she came up, she snyped at Tina who was helping a gentleman find something while we waited for HER to come up front. She was rude to Tina--who did everything by the book in opening up a corporate account. Raquel did not acknowledge me or even say thank you. She was the most unprofessional, sloppy, greasy hair hanging in face, unfriendly person I have ever seen. As a business owner she does NOT make the grade. Good on ya, Tina. If anyone above Raquel reads this, I hope you make changes quick. Sidebar: whoever does your buying of greeting cards is missing the mark. Used to have great selection. I go to target now.

If I could give it no stars I would. Employees are so incredibly rude. It was evident how irritated he was just that we walked thru the door. The entire experience was horrible. Dont spend your money there, it obviously upsets them.

My wife and I were shopping for a baby shower and between Walmart and Hobby Lobby we saw Party City and decided to stop. The selection was great and we found lots of great items for the party. We werent worried about buying too many items because their return policy states that within 30 days, with a receipt, you can return any item in new condition, unopened, unworn and in original packaging. We ended up using everything except for two plastic serving bowls. We later found glass ones at Walmart that we ended up using. The weekend after the party we made rounds returning extra items to Walmart and Hobby Lobby both with no problem. When we get to Party City the cashier looks at the items and says I need to check on these. She comes back with Emily who says nothing but looks at the items while the cashier explains that they cannot return the items because they are sold without a package. As I point out that the return policy does not contain exceptions for items that have no packaging Emily just rolls her eyes and walks off to start helping another customer. The cashier just kept looking to Emily and had nothing else to say other than she couldn’t return them. We tried to talk to Emily but she just ignored my wife and I as we tried to talk to her.I haven’t used Party City before but this experience is certainly ensuring that I am not a return customer. I recommend saving yourself the frustration and going somewhere else.

I have never written a review in my life. But this Party City needs to a whole new staff. Im disgusted with the customer service here. Not only did they just stare at me through the door and ignore me when they could have easily just told me sorry, were closed, but I took my 2 year old son to the bathroom and there was poop stains in the toilet bowl and PERIOD BLOOD on the toilet seat. I will never go to this party city again. Im irate.

Horrible costumer service from more than one staff member when purchasing our costumes. It’s sad this is the only place to buy now in town besides target/Walmart

This place is overpriced and has the rudest employees!! The atmosphere was unwelcoming to say the least!! All of the employees seem to hate their job as they physically cringe when having to deal with customers. Not impressed!

Always find something that you do and dont need.

Came in late at night to get balloons filled to surprise my husband for his birthday the next day. One of the balloons popped as they were filling them. One of the girls filling them asked if she could get a new balloon to replace it and the manager said no. Then when I asked to get a refund for that balloon’s helium charge since it wasn’t filled and I had already paid for the ballon as well she said no. Customer service goes a long way. I’ll go to hornbachers instead for balloons from now on and probably won’t come back to this store for decorations either.
