What fantastic customer service and quality work!I called Weivoda one Saturday morning and later on that week Natalie showed up at my house to check out what I was wanting to have done.I live in a home that was built in 1910. If you have had any remodel experience with an older home you know what kind of SPECIAL issues you can run into! I wanted the room off of my kitchen made into a pantry.One whole wall was to be custom cabinets and the flooring had to be taken care of.Through this entire process I never once had to leave my home.Natalie listened to what I wanted, brought samples, made wonderful suggestions(I hadnt thought of) and scheduled the crew.Thank you to the entire staff and especially Natalie for making this experience so wonderful and my home beautiful!I love it!Jamie

The first word that comes to mind when I think about our service for Weivoda Carpet is, amazing! This is the second house that we have floored from top to bottom with them, and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Not only are their prices amazing, but the service is just as wonderful! Their knowledge, designing, and prompt service is top notch.

I have been a customer of Weivoda Carpet on Gateway drive since 1992. Will only purchase carpets and vinyl from them. Jean and the rest of the staff are excellent! Superior customer service. Fine selections. Easy to work with and they find the contractors for you to consider which saves a great deal of time when I dont have a contractor in mind or know a contractor to call.Best of all, they do not drag the process out but get it done promptly. You can trust them to give you the best price.As you can tell, I am a very satisfied customer.Keep up the good work Jean and staff!

Weivoda carries so much more than carpet. While they do have an enormous selection of carpet to fit all budgets, they also have more types of flooring than I knew existed. They were wonderful to work with when I was trying to find new flooring for my entryway. They spent lots of time showing me all of the products I had to choose from and giving info and advice about what would work best for my space. They sent me home with samples so I could see what the flooring looked like in my entryway before I purchased anything, I didnt have to just imagine it and hope for the best. I ended up choosing a loose lay vinyl tile that I am very happy with. They really could not have been more helpful. They made my flooring purchase enjoyable and I will certainly go to them for all future flooring projects. They also have the most gorgeous custom cabinets I have ever seen.

Very nice staff, i have done two very large government jobs with them and the service is exceptional. they got us installers for carpet,vct,cove base,tile,and built and installed our cabinets . work was great and they were a one stop fix all for our company. highly recommend !

We had such a great experience working with the Weivodas on a large home renovation project. Their expertise and consultation on the flooring and carpet helped our project go smoothly. They communicated everything we needed to know as we went through the project and are so personable. The flooring products (carpet and laminate) they suggested exceeded our expectations. We needed guidance on a color scheme and Jean and Natalie nailed it. The cabinets and countertops are Gorgeous! Highly recommend their services. They were even able to schedule the installation earlier than we hoped! We will definitely reach out for our next renovation. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a great experience to work with great people who were all related, running a family owned business. I checked out prices at some of the local flooring businesses to get hardwood flooring in my home. They were on average a dollar cheaper per square foot on the styles I was looking at, compared to Carpet Garage.I went with an installer they recommended and they delivered the product and had it finished the next day. Id definitely go back to them for my next little project and recommend them to friends and family!

If giving zero stars was a option, I would give that.We begin our flooring project paying approximately 75% of the balance and agreeing to pay the remaining when the process was complete. We were also told before the process begin theyd cover things and clean up at the end of every day. Laura assured us the contractors knew wed be living there, and their tools, saws, etc would be outside. Things werent covered, and their tools and saws were in our garage...We have small children, and would find nails laying around.They also gave us the wrong pricing for the flooring we ordered, and told us the boards come in various lengths. When in fact they they were all the same length boards and higher priced than we were told.We had dents, nicks, scraps, holes, etc. in our cabinets and walls from flooring being installed. Asking them to fix this appeared to be an inconvenience, our phone calls and emails were avoided.When they did come to evaluate the damage Laura immediately asked for the remaining balance per company policy. We were not comfortable doing this and our agreement was to pay when the project was complete. She said she would call me later that day to okay this with a manager, and also call Monday to arrange for them to come Wednesday for the fixes. We received none of these calls & nobody came to fix anything Wednesday.Wednesday afternoon we receive a call saying theyre coming Thursday. No apologizes for anything, even after I bring up my concerns. Laura told me theyve been in business for 30 years and theyre a trustworthy company. Thursday they fix portions of the problems, and refused to leave our home without payment.They sat at our home, would not leave without a check. I had to leave work and give them a check. I told Mark (owner of Constructive Building Solutions) our concerns with their level of customer service and his response was this is how we do business. So just know, if youre going into business with this company, this is the service youll get. After all, he said it himself.

As a former Grand Forks resident Id just like to mention the great service, care and attention to detail shown to myself and customers that Weivoda Carpet Girl consistently demonstrates. I put myself through UND working construction, and I saw lots of customer/vendor interactions-some very good, (like Weivoda showed), some not so much unfortunately. In addition to the great service, the flooring crew always performed super nice installs, and I could tell that the Weivoda team had done the walk-in shower tile work by looking at the ceiling-always caulked with the correct matching color!! ...anyway if I didnt live in the Minneapolis right now I would shop there and have their great crew help me out!!

They are a professional company who cares about their customers. They are experts in their field and were very helpful in picking the right flooring for us. I have been very pleased with my purchase, the carpet is good quality and the service was excellent.

If your working on a new house or remodel project call ahead even if your on the way over- a decorator will schedule the design room and work one on one with you. The gals there really love to pull options to put whole houses together.

STAY AWAY FROM WEIVODA! If 0 stars was an option that’s what I would give Weivoda. We ordered our products and were guaranteed it would be in on time for our installation. A month later it still wasn’t in and they didn’t call to update us that it was apparently backordered. They waited until 4:00pm on the day before Thanksgiving to inform us it wouldn’t be here in time for our installation that was scheduled on the following Monday. So we had to reschedule our installer multiple times as our product kept getting pushed back and delayed even further. They also ordered us the wrong transition pieces so we had to wait for the correct ones to be ordered and delivered. Our installer had to come back to our house multiple times as the pieces slowly got delivered one by one. This place stopped calling or talking to us at all and would only talk through our installer. This place is an absolute joke of a business. They are sooooooo unprofessional and not at all willing to fix their mistakes. They were completely hands off the entire process, and lacked all basic communication skills necessary to run a business. Spend the extra money and buy from the better/nicer/more professional place in town.
