My phone was so broken to the point where I couldnt even use it. I walked in and Josh had my screen fixed within the hour! He was very helpful and the service was quick and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Thought I submitted a review back when this happened, but apparently it was removed/didnt get properly submitted. Im not the type to write a bad review because we are all human and we all make mistakes, but my experience should be addressed. I went in with a glitchy laptop screen, and it turned out that I needed it replaced. They had to order the part from overseas (understandable), but the timing was tough because I was a few days from finals week. I believe paid $450-$500 for the part and service fee on the spot, and was told that it would be ready less than 48 hours after the part arrived (they estimated a week for it to be delivered). After a week or maybe 9-10 days of not hearing anything, I called to check the status of my laptop. They said that the screen that was ordered unfortunately showed up shattered, and that they had to reorder it. I understand that this is not CPRs fault, but they could have at least notified me of it when it happened. I gave it another week or so, called back, and was told that shipping had been delayed due to winter storms (again, not their fault, but it would have been nice to be informed about what was going on). I waited all of Christmas break, called back a couple of days before school started up again, and it was still not ready. Three weeks into the semester, I still hadnt received any updates and called once again to ask when I could expect it to be ready. I was told that they were working on it, and it would be ready within a few more days. A couple of days later, I finally received a call towards the end of the business day that it was ready to be picked up. I was there within an hour to get it. The customer service rep was very polite and pointed out the amount of time it had taken to get what I paid for: I see that your laptop has been here since mid-December, Im so sorry about that. We had some poor management and changes made in these last few weeks and I apologize for it being so delayed. I greatly appreciated his acknowledgement of the situation, but as a student, it was incredibly frustrating having to pay such a hefty charge just to go through all of finals week and the first 3-4 weeks of a new semester without the most important and most often used school material I own. I completely recognize that some of the circumstances were out of CPRs control, but the communication of those circumstances would have been appreciated. Not only that, but blaming poor management without offering any type of compensation didnt make me feel better about it. This was in the 2019-2020 school year, so I know that this review is delayed, but I find it necessary. In all, it was roughly 40-45 days that I didnt have my laptop, and it was tough.

We have had a few phone screens replaced by CPR and have had great service with them. With a child who drops their phone and wrecks screens often, we will be coming back time and time again!

I had my phone screen replaced. A few days later it stopped working altogether and wouldn’t turn on. It’s Sunday now and they aren’t open. Hope to get a partial refund for the inconvenience.Update: brought the phone to geek squad because CPR told me it’s a software issue. Geek squad (who’s an apple authorized provider) said its a hardware issue and restoring my phone didn’t work when they tried everything that apple would tell them to do, so it’s now officially rendered useless. I would hope CPR would refund me the full amount. Also lost out on a significant phone take back promotion at Verizon because of the hardware malfunction. I like the guys I was working with but something just went wrong in the actual repair, which is very unfortunate.

I had cracked my S10+ and after a couple phone calls throughout the area, CPR was the only one willing to overnight the screen/parts they needed to fix my phone. The price was pretty comparable to other places, and the individual fixing my phone was super laid back and professional. He was able to fix the phone pretty quickly, in a couple hours time. Other issues arose during the fixing process, however he was super cool about taking the extra time to figure out what the issue was. I would definitely recommend this place!

I was in town for a business trip and needed my shattered iPhone 8 Plus screen repaired. I called first and was told the parts were in stock and I could head over anytime. I was greeted by the manager, Zack (?), and he had a friendly, positive and professional attitude. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a reasonable estimate for pickup. My phone is working perfectly and I don’t have to pick up shards of glass off my desk area anymore.

Shattered the screen on my iphone 11, after going to 3 other shops to gauge the price I choose CPR due to other reviews and that were the most reasonable on price & time. I dropped my phone off around 11:30, and was able to pick it up less than an hour later with a completely new screen. it seriously looks brand new! I have a 5th gen. iPad and the screen was pretty much shattered it kept miss clicking or clicking on things all by its self. So I brought it in and for a fair price he replaced it. It took a little longer that expected but It’s the start of the school year and I understand he’s busy. He answered all my calls and helped me out with all my questions. He’s also a really friendly guy.

Recommended by a co-worker. Found them to be very helpful in explaining options available. Turnaround time was top-notch. The tablet works as good as new. Fair pricing. Would recommend.

This place and its employees are amazing and fast!! I brought my daughter’s iPhone 7 in today to get the screen fixed. It was completely shattered and we didn’t know if anything else like the home button was damaged or not. We got there at roughly 4:20 (on a Friday I might add) and after paying a few minutes of discussing the quoted price and paying, the man (I wish I would have asked his name!) said “okay just come back some time before 5”. This was at 4:30 at this point. We came back 20 minutes later and the screen was already done. I thought I was going to have to listed to my 16 yr old whine all weekend because she didn’t have her phone! But it was done in 20 minutes!! He also charged it since it was completely dead and then checked to make she the screen and home button worked as they should and they did. If you need any repair work done, seriously go see these guys!!! Professional, so polite, fast, and efficient. I’m so glad this was so east after a crazy day at work. Thank you CPR GF!!!

I turned in my iPad Pro, on Saturday the 2nd and was told it would be ready by Wes or thur & the 6th or 7th haven’t gotten any information or even a call on the update of my iPad, it is now Jan 10th, I did have to call and ask about my iPad Pro and they told me the part is running late and could possibly be done by yesterday, well I went to your store and it says it should be open, and the store was closed the whole day, very unhappy & not professional in your part to keep me updated, and I already paid in full “

I went there to have my iPhone 8 screen repaired, about 2 days later I noticed the screen would pop out a little. I had it replaced by someone recommended by Verizon and they told me the screen put in was a cheap third party knock off that probably cost $15 while I was charged over $150 for the replacement. I dont recommend this business and if I could give zero stars I would.

I dropped my device off on 1/3/20 i PAID for the screen upfront and was told it would be completed by 1/10/20. On the 17th i called to check on the status of the repair and i was directed to their Fargo Office. THE SCREEN WAS NEVER ORDERED even though i paid IN FULL for the screen ($115) on 1/3/20. The Fargo store told me they had an employee issue and let someone go. Fargo also told me they would order and overnight the screen to Grand Forks and they would follow up with me to let me know a estimated completed date. They never followed up, so on 1/25 i called and they said they screen was ordered but not overnight-ed as it would cost too much. The screen was scheduled to arrive in Grand Forks on 1/28. It did and they called on 1/30 to let me know it was ready for pick up. I was then quoted an additional $99.95 for labor, i requested a discount since they had my device for 27 days instead of 7. I was directed to the Fargo manager who would not return my calls. Had i known about their sub par customer service and lack of communication i would have taken it elsewhere and i HIGHLY suggest you do as well.

I brought in my IPAD to be repaired. I dropped it and it cracked the protective screen and broke the camera. They were able to put in a new camera and put on a new protective screen. They were very easy to work with and I highly recommended them for any screen repair or other electronic issues.

Dissatisfied! Got my sons MacBook back today with a white screen. We are not computer technicians programmers or installers. We are computer operators. We need more than that! So....I have a computer with a new hard drive that is completely useless! Not even a Google search bar... nothing....very frustrating.

They repaired a broken hinge on our HP Laptop. Unable to screw or fix so they glued it and after two weeks its still good.

Ordered and paid for a $100 battery for my phone...stopped to pick it up and they had sold it to someone else....have to reorder. My husband had gone in, if it was me I would have asked for my money back and went elsewhere. Stopped there several times over the last month and sign says they are open but door is locked. Check Facebook page, says theyre open so call and get a voice mail. Disappointing to say the least.
