So my husband and I go to GameStop to see if they have the item we are looking for, it is two days past Christmas so they have a white piece of paper taped on the front of the door that says “hours for Sunday is 12pm-6pm” so we try to open the door and it is locked. Mind you it was almost 12:30 pm. We look inside and there is a guy standing there and he just waved at us. We pull our mask down at the door and mouth “are y’all open?” and he shakes his head no. We then walk back to our truck and persistently try to call, and he denies all of our calls and we can literally tell that. We will never go here and we will report this. You literally have one job!

Tired of walking into this game stop and smelling vape smoke. My 5 year old should also not have to smell it inside the store. Tina is very rude and doesnt seem to know anything about games. How can anyone shop here if your own employee doesnt know how to answer questions!

Everyone is always cheerful and helpful. Back when there were multiple Gamestop in town this was the go to store

I always love their selection of games here whether it is new or used. The people that work here obviously know the scoop on anything game related. Pricing usually on par with anywhere else.

Horrible company. Eric the district manager sold me two switches and ended up giving me the wrong ones but my receipt shows the correct ones that I wanted! I have also gone in and dealt with a young lady name Tina and she is very unprofessional; Also vaping in the store should not be allowed!!! Gamestop pull your heads out of your butts. Will never shop at gamestop again!

Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful to my wife and I, along with the other customers in the store. We went to Best Buy instead. Employees at gamestop did not want to work or do anything.

Terrible customer service, brought my son to spend his gift card he got for his birthday. He recently got into naruto, so we were looking for a game. No games were up because of a remodel so we asked the lady behind the counter what naruto games they had behind the counter. And she was so rude to a 9 year old, because he asked to see the games, so he could decide what one to buy since there are so many naruto games. I won’t go back there. Second time I dealt with that lady. Remodel or not you don’t treat customers yet alone a child the way she did.

Store doesn’t hold a ton of inventory, but I found the employees to be really helpful and kind, and they gave me good suggestions. If you’re looking for something and don’t see it, just ask.

Even though its the only place in town to trade in old games and consoles for cash I never truly have a fond experience when I go there, But the biggest problem with this place is that if you try to sell something there you get a low payment but whats worse is that a console that you can trade in for 30$ is 100$ more expensive to buy, I actually had a experience like this before the quarantine where I was planing to sell my old Wii U and its games but when I went online to check the trade in prices I was shocked, disappointed, and outraged at the trade in cost. just take my word for it, If you just want to off load some game junk somewhere you can go to GameStop but in general if you go there to trade in stuff dont be surprised if the numbers appear shortchanged

Worst service and terrible selfish staff. Cant believe how bad this company has gotten.

I went here to get a new power cord for my Xbox and she said it was my Xbox not the power cord. she didnt even try to use a different power cord to make sure it turned on so I just took my Xbox to Rock 30 so they could use one of their power cords to test my Xbox and when they plugged it and it works so it was my power cord and not the actual console like she said it was. Im not going to go here again if these people arent even going to try!

The person I just spoke to on the phone was screaming and acting pychotic when I called to ask her to change an order because it hasnt shipped yet wow super unprofessional

Normally I havent had issues, but recently they double charged me for the same product and gave me the run around for giving me a refund on the duplicate charge. I strongly advise against using credit card payments at this store. Their processing terminal is antiquated and they dont know how to adequately deal with the duplicate charges. Extremely, unethical to say the least.

Love game stop. Lots to choose from but i do feel the prices are still a bit high. But a good place to get your game fix.

Employees are always personable and knowledgeable. I get my sticking stuffers here every year and I am never disappointed. The team anticipates big game releases and gets customers pumped up for them months in advance. The when that big game is released, the team is efficient and friendly to all the waiting customers.

The people who work at this store have always been helpful and awesome with suggestions on games and accessories. Never have had problems returning items or exchanging. Always nice and fun to talk with about upcoming games. Will continue to shop here for gaming items.

It was fun looking for things

I’ve never had such a struggle trying to call a store before. It’s absolutely impossible to get in contact with someone.

Went in today to get my 33.00 for the Destiny game I bought yesterday and the guy working asked how he could help me. I explained I needed to sell Destiny back and why and he fix the whole situation very quickly and just like I wanted, He stated that yesterday was a very crazy day and that they were slightly overwhelmed. Said sorry, then he fixed the issue I had. I was quickly mad yesterday and would not have gone back, but Kelly saved the day. I will be back due to Kellys excellent handling of the situation.

If your store associate tells the customer the price is 12.99 and it rings up at 19.99 honor the price you said because that is there reason for buying it. GameStop figure your stuff out. Thank you from someone that went from spending thousands in your store to buying amazon and digital. You are letting your customers down daily.

Absolutely love this gamestop. The workers are amazing and take time to chat with their regular shoppers and remember us even after a deployment. I also really love their collectable section! Keep em coming!

A guy named Lance there is horrible. Very uncooperative. It was easy to tell he did not like answering questions. When i double checked later he was wrong on the release dates. The people at Wal-Mart care more about theyre job, and help you more appreciatively than Lance would. With employees like that I find it easier to buy and sell online anyways.

Sold my sons pre-ordered copy of Overwatch to somebody else because they dont check ID when you come in to pick up the games you pre-order. Buyers beware! Gamers, shop elsewhere if you want your games.

Gamestop in general is a rip off...... get squat for your games and systems and they turn around and sell it for double. I will say however the people who work there are very friendly.

Had fortnite stuff high priced but needed it.

I dont have a problem with this gamestop, but when you are told there is going to be a midnight release of a game it should be at midnight not midnight in New York. The person who told me there is going to be a midnight release failed to inform me that the release would be at 11 instead of 12.
