They made my glasses and it has been the best experience in getting glasses. The quality was fantastic!

The optometrist is very knowledgeable and friendly! He was able to provide useful information and clearly explain everything he noticed about the health of my eyes. The owner, Kelsie was friendly and extremely helpful!!! She gave me her honest opinion on how different shapes and colors of frames looked on my face and helped me pick out the cutest frames! Overall, a professional place with friendly staff!

The staff as always was great! However, since Dr. Murry has retired, I had to see the new optometrist. He did not seem very friendly at all, and seemed to have very little patience. I did not like my first time experience with him. One of the only reasons I stick with Sterling Optical is because they accept my insurance.

I recently went in for checkup. I have a fused neck and had a problem using machines. Staff was excellent very understanding. Dr was not. He was rude, condescending and not at all cooperative. He said he wasn’t getting correct measurements. I don’t trust his results thus having to find a new Dr.I live on a limited income and once again find myself having to pay for another exam. Dr Murie has retired so I find myself not knowing whom to trust.

From the moment I stepped in the door to the moment I walked out, I had a great experience! The staff was beyond warm and welcoming on this chilly day. Their genuine smiles and attitudes made me feel valued. It was obvious that they enjoyed their work and one another. Kindness matters. Thanks for the great service! I will be back.

UPDATE and stars updated to match:I was contacted via phone very quickly with an apology and a remedy to the situation. I am so glad they reached out so quickly and sited their 30 day guarantee. My daughter is very excited to know that she will get a 2nd chance with the glasses that she had chose at this years checkup. With that being said I will put this experience past us and remember how awesome Sterling Optical has been for the years we have been going there. We will keep going here and here alone for our eye appointments and glasses needs.Last year and the years before I would and had given 5 stars. This time a very different story. I miss the old staff that were so sweet when we would come in. My daughter would run up and give hugs and say her Hellos but that person is now gone. The new Dr. is not my complaint, he was wonderful. It is the staff. We bought new glasses and lenses. My daughters classmate accidently cracked the frame the day after we had picked them up. My husband and daughter brought them in to get fixed.. or at least we thought. Nope. Instead of offering new frames or a discount on new frames (because the lenses were in perfect condition and 2 days old) they were trying to push my husband into buying new glasses with new lenses. He was refused any other option. 3 years we have been customers and this is the first time they have ever COMPLETELY let us down.

I have been coming here for years. This is a great place to get trendy, affordable glasses! The staff is always so kind and helpful. Melody helped me pick out 2 pairs of glasses that I LOVE! She really goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service!

Dr. Murie is one of a kind! With over 30 years of experience under her belt she is arguably the best in town...very polite and professional, my vision has never been better. The staff at Sterling got me into a pair of glasses that I wanted at a price that was perfect for me!

I’ve gone to Sterling Optical for my exams, contact lenses, and glasses for the past 3 years. I recently switched jobs and no longer was a part of a group vision insurance plan. I broke my glasses, and since I was without insurance, I decided to sign up for VSP to receive a discount on my new glasses and exam. Sterling told me they work with VSP and match pricing even though they are out-of-network for VSP. There was something weird with VAP’s claim site and I was unable to use my just purchased insurance...long story short, SterlingOptical was amazing to work with and gave me the discounted insurance price out of their own pockets! I cancelled my insurance and will be finding one that Sterling is in-network for because they were so kind when they didn’t need to be! Thank you Sterling Optical!

After my eye exam, I wanted to keep my same frames, purchased from a different shop but, I wanted to fix the issue I was having with the frames temple socks. Jay went above and beyond to search for temple socks, and when Oakley didnt have them, he worked with Oakley to find a suitable no cost solution, keeping me updated the entire way. A true example of customer service that will earn a lifelong customer.
