Came in for a treat for my daughters birthday. They didnt have vanilla or chocolate flavors. Had to wait for a staff to actually come to the til and answer our questions. We ended up going to Coldstone.

We loved the yogurt. Great variety of toppings. We will definitely return. I gave four stars only because when we entered, the worker was no where to be seen. This was our first time visiting. I questioned whether they were really open. Although most froyo locations are similar, there was no customer service. No one to greet us.

Poor girl mustve been having a rough night i asked about gummy frogs and she apparently was irritated.. God bless her soul

This has been a staple piece desert stop since I was in 5th grade. Grew up with this incredible place and still very much enjoy going in a getting some froyo from time to time. Everything tastes great, the workers are friendly, and the ambiance is fun. 10/10 recommend.

Not a place my wife and I will visit again. Honestly the experience was fun for a one time deal as it is self-service, but is overshadowed by the price. They go by weight and I didnt know that. $15 yogurt treat for me !!

Clean place and usually has some good vegan options for yogurt.

Walked in and there was only one worker. She didnt greet us. Then walked past us as we were looking at ice cream and after not being greeted again, I said hi, how are you? In which she responded good without looking at me and walked away. Customer service is everything to me. Being kind and just simply thankful you have a job makes all the difference.

I really didnt want to be one of those people and give a really great place a poorer review than it needed to get but at the same time I cant give Cherry Berry a three star review in good faith. Dont get me wrong, the frozen yogurt and the topping selection are both out of this world and the price is at least to me, perfect. The problem I have is something much more personal than that. Each time that I go into Cherry Berry I feel as though my presence is an inconvenience for the workers there. No matter when I go in, how busy they are or what time of day it is the workers seem to resent the fact that they actually have to do their jobs. I am met with a cashier who snaps at me to put my yogurt on the scale and then treats customers with questions or who would like to test a flavor as though they are asking for a kidney.Today for example, an elderly couple came in while I was finishing up creating my masterpiece and asked how it all worked. The cashier rolled her eyes and very rudely told them that they could pick up a cup around that corner and then go from there. They ended up leaving without any yogurt because they couldnt find the cups and didnt understand how the pricing worked. I have been in customer service in previous jobs and it truly is the customers that sign your paycheck. Cherry Berry would do well to keep that in mind. I mean I dont care if you hate your job, most people do, but it is your job to at least act like you care about the people that walk in your door, No matter how inviting you make the place look and how hip you make it seem if you have crappy customer service your business is going to suffer.

Love the variety of flavors and the toppings. The location is very convenient.

I ate here today with my granddaughter and I noticed there were only two workers. I take this is because its cold out and work isnt very busy. One was a peppy girl with brown hair and bangs, willing to help anyone. A mans son dropped his ice cream on the group and she just laughed and told him to get another one. The other worker wasnt even in her uniform and was sitting at one of the tables with one of her friends. She had black hair and it looked like the side of her head was shaved. I wouldnt have been able to tell she worked there if we had not sat around while we ate. The nice worker walked into the back, and when someone came in, the other girl stood up to help them. She was very rude and hasty as they were checking out, and only sounded nice as they were leaving.The yogurt was good, and the price didnt seem too extreme. Some of the toppings looked a little old, but it could just be from being crushed.Overall, if they had a better staff (and didnt play Disney Channel on every TV) the experience wouldve been much better.

Clean, quick, and friendly

Absolutely loved this place! I am from ND now live in Cincinnati. We do not have this store anywhere near us. I was home for an emergency and it was nice to have such a good treat that gave us a smile! AND they have sugar free strawberry for those of us who cant have sugar! Major plus!!

My family and I stopped here during a slow evening, and everything was good. Im glad they had a dairy free option, and my two year old was overwhelmed and delighted with all of the topping choices. We had fun and will return in the future.

I did not think I would like frozen yogurt. I thought what kind of a Millennium scam is this?The key is dont put many toppings on. Just the bare essentials. And start with the smallest cup and dont over do it you can always go back.What I say its better than custard? Haha not hardly. But it is very refreshing Expressional I in the summer.

Great self serve place, fairly comfortable seating but it is definitely targeted at kids as some of the chairs are a little too small for a normal sized human.Solid selection of Fruit and sweet toppings. Always rotating flavors.

Place was clean and inviting. A few drips of froyo here and there but just a very few. Counter worker was looking like she wanted to be somewhere else but once I got to checkout she perked up and sounded very pleasant.

Good variety of flavors that change from time to time. We all liked the Green Apple Sorbet on our last visit. Remember you pay by weight, so pick things you know youll like, or sample in moderation.
