The customer service is bar none the best! I have worked with both the piano department and sheet music. They go way above and beyond what is expected. Their expertise is exceptional. I’ve emailed a couple times for suggestions for repertoire for chamber music and all times they have been so helpful. Sharon in the sheet music department is a gem. Josh in the piano department surpassed my expectations with training and deliver. Overall, an outstanding experience.

When looking for a Knowledgeable place to purchase an instrument I can’t recommend this store enough. They gave us personal customer service and patience. Josh was fantastic. We did everything by phone until the actual delivery of our piano to our house when I was able to meet Josh and the owner of Poppler’s who did the delivery themselves. Josh thoughtfully answered questions and educated me (I don’t know pianos) about the differences in the models we were considering. Friendly, helpful service!

It has an uncommonly wide selection of reasonably priced instruments, equipment, and sheet music (especially ensemble music!); an organized and spacious facility; and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They make a point of recruiting salespeople that are both musically experienced and completely professional.Popplers also offers private lessons and instrument rentals for school ensembles. Their staff are well connected to teachers in the local school music programs, so they are well-informed for meeting the needs of the students in those programs.My wife and I have been there many times, most recently to shop for a keyboard. We were mainly helped by Josh, who has extensive experience and knowledge of keyboards and pianos, and was happy to answer my many questions and share his knowledge. We were in and out of the store a few times before finally making the purchase, and we never felt pressured to rush into the decision. Been going to Popplers since I was in elementary band. I miss the old store there was a much better selection of guitars, drums, amplifiers and accessories. Now it seems to be more focused on sheet music. The staff is great and always very helpful.

As a guitar player, I feel VERY uncomfortable at the new store. I feel like Ive walked into a library. When I test out gear, I feel like I am disturbing everyone in the library! Selection is terrible. Nothing but sheet music and some instruments. Unlike most music stores, they dont have a single CD or record, so if youre looking for those, dont come here.

I have ordered from these guys three times, and each time they said that it would arrive one week later. Well, all of those times it arrived three weeks later. Im done buying from Poppers. Very dissatisfied.
