Acme Tools is great to work with, flawless in fact. Acme Equipment is a joke!! Manager should be reprimanded if not fired. I called over a week ago inquiring about a hydraulic breaker and was ready to purchase but needed to confirm the coupler. The guy I spoke with didn’t seem very knowledgeable yet should have had an answer fairly quickly if not within an hour or two. It’s been over a week. Just tried to call back and was on hold for twenty minutes and gave up after being in queue position 1 for more than ten minutes of it. I guess this company has enough business to flake people off. Point taken, I’ll go elsewhere.

My father purchased a Kubota tractor that was amazing its a really good piece of equipment it perfect and fix his needs but we have had warranty work that took two and a half months to get done through the shop and a year later they brought it in for its first service and they charged him over $500 and labor for an oil change and a new fuel filter and it a little bit more warranty work and it took them over two and a half weeks to get through that the service department is terrible and its something they really need to work on

I dealt with Bobby Pearson when purchasing my Kubota BX23 tractor nearly two years ago. I changed the options on my order several times and each time he promptly provided a new quote with a smile. I requested changes via phone calls, emails, and in person, he never gave me the impression of being bothered. I bet if I called today, hed be there without complaint. First rate.Mine is equipped with a front loader, center finish cutting deck, rear snow thrower, and a full cab with heat and lights. I find it easy to operate the rear snow thrower and it has the power to throw snow 25 feet plus. The optional cab and heater do a great job of keeping me warm during our ND winters. The cab doors easily lift off for summer operations. To me, the finish cutting deck does as good a job as any mower on the market. Ive used the front loader more than I thought I would. Moving dirt, snow, and equipment/hardware. With power steering and hydrostatic drive its comfortable to operate all day. Checkout Kubotas website for all the details and specifications.Why did I choose Kubota? To me these small tractor offerings across the brands are pretty much equal in capabilities and cost. The Kubota is steel where others are plastic. I like steel. I feel Ill get better service from ACME as a small tractor owner than the farmer preferred brand locations. My decision really came down to how I was treated at the two dealerships I visited. At the other dealership I didnt even get a glance from a sales person and when I tried to get some info, the employee acted as if I was asking for the world. I left with no more than I arrived with. Bobby Pearson and the rest of the ACME staff have answered every time and always treat me well.

In June of 2018 I purchased a new Kubota B2650 TLB and I don’t know what I’m more pleased with. JT Anderson and his sales team made the purchase process go smoothly, answered all my questions, and helped with some recommendations when asked. The Kubota tractor and equipment lives up to its name and is everything I expected with just a couple of minor items needing attention after delivery.
