Ordered a torch for my flamethrower. The one they sent is obviously used and doesnt even work. When I emailed the company about the issues, I received a reply for how to fix the used torch. When people place an order, they expect to receive a new product in useable condition. I dont think that these expectations are too high. This is unacceptable for me. I will not order from here again.

No response from them after I received a defective mag a month ago. First I was told to contact the manufacturer. Then I was asked what is the serial number of my firearm and what brand shells am I using. The magazine does not retract shells so it has nothing to do with the firearm. I havent even put it in my firearm yet. Ive made multiple attempts to contact them regarding this issue and now no one will respond.

Im from Tennessee but have ordered two guns from them and they always have what Im looking for even when its a hard to find item. The shipping is the best part of the experience they ship fast and without any issues.

Made a purchase through preper gun shop online via ammo seek on a $600 order of SP rounds. I purchased about $9,000 worth of ammo through various merchants that day with no issues, Using a different shipping address than my billing address as I cannot receive packages at my ranch. Megan then sent me an email pretty much demanding that I send copies of my drivers license and my credit card. Ya no not happening. So I called to clear it up and the employee I spoke with didnt say much other than, did you reply to her email and thanks for the call......they then cancelled the order stating that they could not confirm after I called them. When I tried to resolve the issue further, Amy, was condescending and made no attempt to perform any type of customer service or help to resolve the issue instead taking a pretentious attitude and telling me thanks for the feed back have a nice week. Look up consumerism, money is power so please do not give your money and power to these people and their company. I recommend staying clear of these guys for any of your online purchases

Bought a trigger online. Was hassled because my mailing and billing address were different. I received it after a few weeks. The trigger packaging was open and parts were on the button of the fed ex envelope. 2 parts were missing. When I contacted prepper I was told they can’t do anything about it and I should contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer wasn’t much help and now I’m outta $300.

I ordered an item then quickly realized I didnt in fact need this item. Emailed there support team to get it canceled to find out they charge a 6% cc fee if I cancel my order. It never even got shipped...Not a big deal I guess you need to cover your loss with credit card fees but 6%? I purchased a zero delta ready on the 7th and was told 4-10 days for delivery. They needed a new license copy for my FFL so I called and had that sent over same day and let prepped know it was sent. On the 14th I was told they never received the license, after a few minutes on the phone with shoot point blank they assured me it was sent on the 7th and they would resend it again to tell prepped to check spam. Sure enough when Joseph checked the spam they did get the new license. Now on the 20th they emailed me again that they still dont have the license. I called and showed them again that they have the license, still going to take them 2-3 days to send it out. First impression is everything and I will not buy from prepped gun shop again.

Purchased a product online Feb called to verify shipment after transaction cleared my bank and told product was out of stock . Sales person recommended a similar product, I agreed, charged my card again product not legal in my state. Still in dispute over the charges ( over $800) 6 weeks later.

So many good reviews- I thought I would give them a try. The price they showed on the confirmation page prior to submission was off by about $25 from what was charged to my card. I chatted with them immediately to cancel my order and was told I would be assessed a 6% cancellation fee...for them misrepresenting the charge. Enjoy this one, PGS- youve just lost a customer.

But what makes them stand out to me is their communication, shipping speed, and customer services. I’ve yet to email them and not get a response within a couple hours. That’s unheard of. These guys are good to go. I double checked the serial # with the manufacturer and they apparently get stuff fresh from the factory. The shipping was super fast. I would buy from them again. Would not recommend this location. Their website contradicts itself. I ordered a gun from Prepper Friday evening after business hours. Moments after ordering I decided to cancel the order and to purchase at a later date. I sent an e-mail asking to cancel the order and left a voicemail. I did both within 15 minutes of ordering the firearm. Their website says that they are open on Saturdays. So I decided Id call back then to confirm the cancellation. No one answered, I called 5x. I finally got a hold of someone on Monday saying that they would cancel the order but charge a 6% CC fee because the order had been processed. I was told it was too late to cancel the order without being charged. I was also told that they are closed on Saturdays thats why no one was answering. So it mentions that they charge a 6% CC fee for purchase, but also that they are open on Saturdays. Had they been open on Saturday like their site claims, I could have cancelled the order for no charge. Ive order multiple firearms from this company. But never again.
