I recently rented tuxedos for my wedding through Bridal Knight, and working with Ryan and Jenica was terrific. After my first call with Ryan, I could tell he cared about his customers and went the extra distance to ensure absolute customer satisfaction. The entire process was easy and convenient and offered added flexibility. Ryan/Jenica came to our house to properly size/fit most of the groomsman, using his mobile fitting trailer, and worked remotely with the few individuals who were coming from out of state. They also dropped all of the tuxedos off at our wedding location the day before the wedding, which was great because no one had to travel with pressed tuxes. I highly recommend Bridal Knight for any suit/tuxedo needs in West Michigan. Thank you, Ryan and Jenica, for making the entire process so easy and stress-free.

We used Bridal Knight for our wedding and I couldn’t be more impressed with how well Ryan took care of us. All of my groomsmen were from out of town. They sent their measurements in through the link online. All of them took their own measurements when they went to send them in. None of them could make it in till the day of the wedding. We went in for our final fitting and three of the four groomsmens suits needed some work. Ryan was able to get all his alterations done and suits delivered to us with two hrs to go before the ceremony. I can’t think of many other places that will go the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of. Highly recommend wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My husband and I went through Bridal Knight for our wedding and Ryan is super organized. The gentlemen looked amazing and everything went very smooth. Alterations were done as needed; Ryan even stayed until 10pm in his shop making sure our groomsmens tuxedo fit perfect! I would hands down recommend Bridal Knight!!

My guys all loved that they Bridal Knight came right to the venue during the rehearsal dinner and finished their fitting right in the trailer, and all they had to do after the wedding was hang their tuxes back up in the grooms room after the wedding and they were picked up the next day. The whole experience was stress free and seamless where their mobile trailer came to us and provided fittings for all the groomsman, dropped off the suits the day before the wedding, at the venue, where they fine tuned the fit and then picked up the suits the next day! Needed to get fitted for a suit last minute and they got me in the same day. Owner opened up the shop just to take my measurements, seemed very down to earth and personable. Thoroughly pleased with the entire experience and will be returning here for any formalwear needs in the future.

My husband and I were married on May 8, 2015 and we used Bridal Knight for our groomsmen. Our bridal party had such a great experience with Bridal Knights tuxedo rental services and I would recommend them (and all ready have) to all other brides in the West MI area.From the beginning of our time working with Jenica and Ryan, everything was extremely timely and organized. They were very quick at returning phone calls and emails. Their concept of a mobile company is very innovative, unique and helpful! A majority of our groomsmen live out of town and some out of state but they were so willing to work with each member of our bridal party in getting measurements taken prior to the wedding and making last minute alterations the night before the wedding. They pay great attention to detail which really helped to ease some of the apprehension that I had, at first.They assured me that everything would come together and delivered a beautiful product. We were extremely happy with the fit of every single suit!So thankful to have found a small, local business willing to help on our special day They made us feel like a priority since day one! I cannot tell you how AMAZING Bridal Knight is! Ryan and Jenica were so helpful!! My fiancée and I had been to Mens Warehouse and did NOT have good customer service. We googled Mens tuxes in the Grand Haven area and stumbled upon Bridal Knight. They are extremely customer oriented!! They took care of every detail for us and made it EXTREMELY easy. This took so much stress off our plate! Not to mention they are such nice people! Thank you both for taking care of every detail and for making our wedding stress free! Traveling from out of town and remembered I needed to send tux measurements for an upcoming wedding back home. I googled this company, found them open on a Sunday afternoon and called Ryan, who told me to come on by. They were absolutely fantastic: friendly, down to earth, professional and knowledgeable. I thought my request would be an annoyance, instead they took extra time to make sure I had the right fit and would send as accurate a measurement as possible to the tailor at home. They made me feel as comfortable as if I was one of their regular customers renting from them. This is everything a successful company should be: owners who are great at what they do and clearly happy doing it. Would recommend them in an instant to anyone living in the area (or traveling through town!).
